Very friendly Italian restaurant with rooms.
The room was comfortable and a good size, but was adjacent to the toilets the restaurant guests used. I came out of my room a couple of times just as men were coming out the gents which was a bit off putting.
The room was clean and comfortable if a tiny bit dated.
The food and the service in the restaurant was very good although i was a bit sad to find myself eating alone for most of my meal in the annex as the restaurant was I assume full.
My biggest complaint was that the music while dining in the annex was very loud, but I felt a bit too embarrassed to ask them to turn it down, two ladies were also eventually shown to a table near me and did ask. It was a lot more bearable then.
Breakfast was a continental buffet whcih was fresh and very nice.
Overall a very nice place to stay and very easy with the restaurant downstairs.

Last minute booking, and there was only 1 room available.
It was a gorgeous room, with luxurious features, including a 4 poster bed, and free standing bath.
The restaurant is an authentic Italian and the menu was sublime, which oozed quality - both in the ingredients and presentation, all served very attentively.
The breakfast in the morning had plenty of continental options too, a full English was an optional extra.

Arrived late in the day and the hosts were very welcoming and we settled in quickly. Very nice and spacious room and we were accommodated for food in the restaurant without any fuss at all.

Couldn't get in - flight was delayed and unable to get any response from number on booking to advise I would need a late check in. Ended up stranded in town having to find a hotel that caters for business

The property only has a very small car park (3 cars) which was problematic. The shower in the room was broken and the shower head un-adjustable so it sprayed water directly in your face. The bed was very good as was the restaurant although we were not aware that there was only a continental breakfast on offer

Small hotel with four rooms, continental breakfast was included but wanted an extra £12 for cooked one. Unfortunately no toilet seat in the bathroom, reception said there were unaware so curious to what the cleaner had done.
Finally the WiFi password was written in little upper case characters instead of lower case.

Great stay at Caravelli. Room was beautiful and food in the restaurant excellent. Continental breakfast in the morning was good. Rooms are above a restaurant so no check in area per se. friendly staff and onsite parking. Great central location for visiting son at uni.

I had the small double business room, the bed and pillows were to hard for me and the emergency exit light in the room omits light all night so the room isn’t dark. The room was extremely hot but to be honest it was a hot day so all in all a very bad night’s sleep

A wonderful place to stay, old world charm but still comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. We also ate dinner two nights in the restaurant and that was top notch. I don't have a negative.

Fantastic visit & thoroughly enjoyed my time spent there.
Staff were attentive, caring & couldn’t do enough. A great business trip and I would recommend anyone working in the area for a few days to stay here. - however.
The car parking at the rear was very tight and due to my early starts it wasn’t helped by other staff/residents blocking my vehicle in plus the rear car park is difficult to reverse into made worse if you have a larger vehicle.

Lovely atmospheric room. Good size. Modern ensuite with good quality towels. Nice toiletries. Big comfortable bed. Reasonable tea/coffee tray (I always mean to remember to take extra tea bags!!!) Good continental breakfast included with option to pay for cooked. Small parking for free which was a bonus. Well positioned to walk into town. Warm and pleasant staff without being crowding. Would stay again.

I had a fantastic stay at Caravelli. The room was nice and cosy, and although it was very hot, there was a fan which I was able to use to cool the room down which I really appreciated. The bed was also comfortable! The bathroom was quite small but still absolutely fine. The service was absolutely fantastic, especially at breakfast.

Great service from Caravelli team. Restaurant is very good. Room is on the whole good but some aspects need attention - but in all very good value. Second stay and would return - this says a lot! Convenient for town centre and close to railway station. Parking is limited but provided for each room.

Had to pay for accommodation within half an hour of arriving. Normally this is upon leaving. As a result of this didn’t go back to purchase drinks went to local pub instead. Also breakfast very poor no marmalade available?

We stayed in the Beaumont room which was spacious, nicely decorated and had a really comfortable four poster bed. The parking and directions were easy and breakfast was cooked to order and a good standard. Overall a lovely stay.

Clean comfortable bed , good selection of teas and coffee. Modern shower room which was clean. However, there was no hot water in the morning and nobody seemed very bothered to help sort it of offer a solution .

Fantastic place to stay. Had the deluxe room which was very large and beautifully fitted. Modern en suite. Bed very comfy. Breakfast was fab and service charming. Would def return if in Loughborough.
