The elevators didn’t work so we had to take the stairs up to our room. The hairdryer didn’t work. The TVs remote did not work and someone needs to tell the attendant that deodorant can be used. It’s not a poison.

Room was clean but very dated The toilet is very low like a kindergarten classroom. Not appropriate fro adults of any age. The carpet had burrs from the outside. When you stepped on them it didn’t cut your foot but you got a sharp poke. Must be a Texas thing because last nights Hampton had the same thing. If you had a fenced dog yard you could control what was growing in it and what the dogs tracked in on the carpet. The grass outside was littered with dog poop that other owners did not pick up. We left nothing.

The hotel is not bad. The rooms are a little dated, particularly the carpets. The toilet was too low to the floor. Not easy for seniors to use. Also, there was no elevator.

The room did not have any coffee for the supplied coffee pot. The cleaning staff did not supply any even after the room was cleaned.

The rooms were very clean and roomy we only had one problem had a problem with the commode it needed the flapper changed it would not drop properly it was fixed by the Maintenace man after several complaints by me but it was done no problem after that thank you

Check in staff was wonderful. deserves kudos. Morning staff was less than helpful. Went downstairs around 530 to get coffee and watch tv. TV in room wasn't working. acknowledged me as I was getting coffee and I told about tv. Didn't offer to turn tv on. Around 6 had all of the pastries out but did not offer to let me partake. I know the 630 time but it's called customer service especially more interested in talking on cellphone.

I payed for a double bed but got a king with a couch . It worked but the picture shows 2 beds . The man in front is rude . Cleaning ladies and gen rest are very nice!

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was “acceptable.” There was a wait at check in because of confusion related to the people checking in ahead of us. The pool and spa looked very nice although we weren’t able to use them!

Safety latch on the door was broken off, I had to rig up my own with a wooden clothes hanger. had a big dried up booger on the bed skirting. An obvious dirty hand print on the wall behind the toilet. Seems dated and in need of a carpet change.

expected more for a $200.00 room. Not well kept. Food for breakfast sub par, not even bagels. room for 4 juices, only 2 were offered. Sausage patties were not very good either.

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was not good. The buffet was empty of sweet rolls, bagels and the orange juice tasted like yellow water. The room itself was in very poor condition. The metal casing around the bathroom was rusted as was the TP holder. All the furniture was scratched and dented. The refrigerator was propped up on a block of wood. I was disappointed! The Quality was less than average. But I said average bc the bed was nice and the staff was friendly and it was well stocked with towels.

Bed sheets had hair in the bed, bathroom was unsanitary and dirty, bathroom baseboards are rusty, shower head was disgusting, bathtub was peeling I couldnt take a shower ,had to be moved to a different room because the toilet didn’t work, the second room doors also would t lock had to use the lock latch

Hotel staff was exceptionally pleasant. I’ve never had a hotel staff greet me and make me feel so welcome and in the morning they greet you for breakfast ask you how you slept and is there anything else they could do for you?

The rooms were dirty and not properly kept up. I would not stay here every again. We booked three different rooms and they were all in terrible condition.

The only thing we like is the indoor pool . Air conditioning/heating is noisy and disrupt our sleep . Bedding is clean but the side door is dirty with bee colony.
