Our first day, we arrived to a room with no toilet paper, blankets, or linens. Not only did we have to request these items but were walked to the store room by the staff to pick up these necessities to carry back to our room ourselves. In the several days we stayed, our room was not serviced, cleaned, or stocked once. In addition, there was constant construction being performed, which should not have been an issue, but it started at 7am every day and was directly next to our room. Plus the workers keeping the only elevator open meant that guests were unable to use it and were left waiting for long periods of time or forced to take the stairs from multiple floors up.

This motel is under major construction should’ve been noted on the reservation page. They also want to charge a $25 pet fee, which was not disclosed prior. Air conditioning didn’t work in the room. TV didn’t work on the room. We asked for a refund and left.

This hotel is being renovated. The improved rooms are great except not quite complete. The lighting and seating in our King room was very good. There were no glasses or ice bucket. I got them from the front desk. The Micro wave and refrigerator were not yet installed. No coffee available in the lobby. Really? They couldn't figure out a coffee service? The check in person was wonderful, got us an early check in making our visit to our friends birthday party much easier and more pleasant. Staff were great, I spoke with 3. I believe that this will be an excellent place to stay once the remodel is complete. Breakfast was a bag with an apple, energy bar, apple juice, and a high calorie muffin full of chemical preservatives. I would suggest a small chit to a nearby fast food place instead. At least folks could get a cup of coffe and something hot to eat.

Ive stayed at this hotel before, staff always great as it was for this trip. However, hotel is under renovation and the pool was closed for maintenance. Would have been nice to know that before booking. I would have book another hotel.

It would have been nice to know the hotel is under construction before booking the stay. It was only one night so we tolerated it. Breakfast advertised when booking but in reality, a "to go" bag was the only option which was disappointing. I know this was due to construction, but had we known all of this in advance, we definitely would have made a different choice. To add insult to injury, there was no bedspread/comforter on the bed which may have been a good thing in the end. Also, our toilet didn't flush properly and it did stop up. I had to use the men's bathroom -- single stall -- since the women's was locked the whole time. (my husband was in ours) Luckily there was a plunger in the restroom since the toilet stopped up and had to plunge it myself. Took the plunger to our room where I am currently trying to unclog our toilet and avoid throwing up. Yes, I know I could have called staff, but why bother. Maybe after construction, this may be a nice place but until then, I would definitely discourage staying here unless you are desperate.

They were in the middle of renovations, so parking lot & walkways had various construction debris: wires, screws, etc. Staff was friendly & helpful. Room was clean. The swing guard lock on the door was barely held in by a screw, but the deadbolt lock worked well.

I understand that they are doing renovations but the room looked like it had not been vacuumed at all - there were stains on the bed sheets - the light fixtures were all missing one light bulb - there was an outlet that didn’t work at all and not enough outlets for charging devices, and the pet fee of $25 per pet per night was the most expensive of any hotel we stayed during our trip especially for a hotel that was so dirty and in such disrepair. But the A/C did work and the shower was nice.

There was mold above the shower in room 207 was moved to room 217 and was able to detect mold above that shower as well. Just not as much. There is a moldy smell in these rooms. And the first room had a shower pole that was leaning down, and the curtain would not stay closed. This hotel is definitely in need of some serious upgrading not only for aesthetic but for health reasons.The staff was professional and friendly but for the price they are charging, it definitely needs desperate repair! There are much nicer hotels, right next-door!

I think when we booked our trip, we should have been advised the hotel was under going renovations. I do not think we should have to pay full price for a room that was not able to be used morning, because of the noise, or afternoons, because there was no water. Housekeeping did not ever come in the room during out 11 day stay. Sharing space with the homeless population is interesting. Breakfast served in a brown paper bag was.... interesting. Pillows were just awful! Not enough covering for the bed provided. Lights that did not work. Microwave was a struggle.

Great front desk service. Maria is awesome! The rooms are clean. Couch had mus match colored cushions and rooms are outdated. The rooms are priced right and because the service we got and it was clean, I'd stay again.

The first room had white powder substance on all the flat surfaces. I immediately left the room and got moved to another room (102) ☹️ both beds were super soft and sat on it and bottomed out. The pool water was cloudy 😝. All the lamps in the room had only one light bulb, but 2 sockets for 2 bulbs. I do not recommend this place and a grab n go bag for breakfast. Stop for only one night thank goodness.

i visited this location under very tough circumstances, but was greeted with such compassion and grace. I felt safe and relieved that my children had somewhere clean to sleep for a few nights. Each staff member quickly helped when I approached needing towels, the daily breakfast with the stay, etc. I booked an extra night at full price (had a discount price from expedia credits), because of how much i enjoyed the property.
