Friendly and helpful staff all the time. Comfortable and quiet room. Two things to say: 1. The cook should keep an eye on the breakfast provision more regularly - some things ran out and were not replaced 2. TV service should be upgraded to offer more international channels and information about the hotel and Andenes

Excellent Hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a small gym, but it has everything you need. Breakfast included is great, free coffee in the lobby area and a nice sitting / hang out area in the lobby as well.

Room and location was ok. The bread at breakfast was the worst we had during our 4 weeks in Norway.

A reasonable choice of place to stay. The service was good in every way, the room was really spacious, clean and the sofa set was a nice bonus in the big room. Small bathroom but clean and functional. The bed was comfortable, with a pillow and duvet as well. Breakfast was invested in and Covid regulations and compared to many other hotels it was a good +. Price / quality right and therefore recommended. Coffee was available all the time +++ The hotel is undergoing a facade renovation but at least we were not disturbed in any way.

Breakfast was amazing! Perfect location but parking was an issue since they were tearing up the parking lot and a tour bus was taking up lots of car parking spaces.

Nice hotel to explore the northern Andöya with whale safari, bird watching and fishing. The staff recommended the best restaurants etc in the area.

I feel sorry that i mixed wrong comments with other hotels. This hotel provide elevator n good service while i stayed in Andenes. I would like to recommend other friends to book this hotel.

There are not many accommodation options in the place so we chose this hotel. It is a quiet fishing village where you will find peace. However, the hotel staff is somewhat clueless, slow and forgetful with your requests.

Very fast to respond to concerns or changes in itenerary. Good language skills of all staff. Clean room. A single room is truely a single but its clean and well laid out with good tv and coffee. Great breakfast. Really awesome that you can walk to airport. Just really enjoyed the stay

Hotel is located centrally in Andenes. Free Wifi. Rooms are clean and OK, but not luxurious. Nice breakfast buffet included.

The personell is friendly. The hotel breakfast is below expected standard. The rooms are also below standard. No refrigirator and a shelf system that did not fint into the cabord. Alhough coffe and tea i the reception

nice, but anonymous hotel... good value for money. Breakfast could be more interestig, but does the work. the staff at the reception is very friendly and helpfull, they gave the hotel an extra star :-)

The only reason I stay in this hotel because of convenience of sea safari tour. It's a very old hotel that made me felt uncomfortable when I walked in. A poor room without electric kettle and hair dryer.
