Overall a good stay, the air conditioning unit had a horrible smell, the sheets had some stains and there were a few bugs. But a fine place to rest your head.

Like the fridge and stove, although didn’t need stove. Good bed and pillows, good AC, good shower. Lots of outside lighting; very safe.

I booked to stay for one night, when I checked in, they said they couldn't check in because they had lost power for a week, they should have notified me 72 hours in advance so I could know how to book another hotel. But they didn't do that, and we had to struggle to find a hotel that night to sleep. I discovered that because we couldn't check in, we had to cancel. They charged us a cancellation fee while they was the one who didn't give the room.

The weather was bad the day i checked in the hurricane hit the next day and i was without lights the whole time i checked out 2 days early and im still trying to get my refund.

The rooms were stinking.

Broken toilet seat. Bathroom door wouldnt close so we had to brace it shut with a trash can. Ancient built-in microwave with bubbling paint inside that could flake off into any food being warmed up. TV didnt work. Rooms smelled damp and musty. AC's didnt drain properly so there were puddles of water right outside the door that were easily tracked inside. Honestly a pretty miserable place to spend a couple of days. I would not recommend this place unless you're down to last few bucks and just need a place to rest for night.

The area the hotel is in was nice and quiet. The hotel has potential. Our room was small but quaint. The bathroom had some issues. There was no water running for the toilet. We had to fill the trash can with water and pour it in the tank in order to flush the toilet. The bathroom sink was clogged and wouldn't drain. Other then that it was ok.

The lady Mimi is very rude and not understanding at all. Her and Cynthia where sitting in front of a customer (me) talking bad about an employee name Anna and she was the one that was nice, understanding and had a great attitude. Need more like Anna working here . Because the other 2 ran me off. And I been here for 3 weeks . I will take my business elsewhere.

I didn’t like the fact it was roaches throughout the whole room they did offer to change my room but mentioned that it may also be roaches in another room so the time I was leaving at 6:30am and returning at 10pm I just wanted to lay down and I only was there for 3 nights but overall I wouldn’t stay there again

Stayed 5 days to recoup from an allergy.

They charge a $2 credit card fee and also a $25 deposit. Very unlike most motel 6 in general and especially the $2 credit card fee.

Maria in office was excellent in arranging extra days to stay.
Martin was prompt and effective in getting another occupant making noise with a boom box.

Perfect for an extended stay. No frills. Exactly what we needed when traveling with dogs.

too much loitering around property and upstairs gazing probably for illegal activity, parking near unit is difficult. stovetop didn't work but the other appliances did. The room itself was above average for price just clientel is very sketchy would not recommend for a family stay.

Quiet surroundings. Close to freeway. No frills.

ROACHES

I walked into the office and was ignored by a lady who was more interested in playing music than she was with helping me. The lady who decided to help me barely spoke English. I got my keys and went to my room. As soon as I opened the door i was hit with the smell of stale pee. I did expect a smell since it was a smoking room and the hotel allows pets. I brought fabreeze with me. It did not make a dent. I had to go buy clorox wipes and bathroom cleanser. When that didn't work i used the wipes to clean every surface and mop the floors. I had to buy a candle. Within a hour I had to kill a baby roach and some flying thing. Over the course of the day I killed 5 bugs. One of which crawled onto the bed. I spoke to feont desk and was told i could get a partial refund or switch rooms. I had to duct tape the air conditioner because that is where the bugs were coming from. I had to spray bug spray around the doors and windows. I killed 10 bugs in two days. The toilet leaked. The exhaust blew out pee scented air. I didn't feel comfortable showering. There was near constant loud music and talking outside my room which kept waking me up. The stove had hypoxy gel holding it together. It was the worse experience I have ever had in my life.

Asked for a non smoking and got smoking room. Also as soon as I walked in their was roaches. I went to go say something to the front desk, and they said that they didn’t have another room to give me. Not only that, but I went out to the corner store late at night when I came back, the card wasn’t working to the door. I went to the front desk yet. It was closed. Lights were off.

First, my after hours check-in went very smoothly. The clerk was quick, kind, and reassured me of the security of the property.
The amenities are a little worn, not so gently used, a bit frayed and in disrepair. The bathroom light didn’t work at all, but I didn’t call the front desk for a solution since my check in was already quite late.
Other guests were respectful. The property was quiet and peaceful all night and all morning. The area is closed down in the evenings, so there are no people around at all.
For the price, I would recommend this facility for long term needs especially. It wasn’t the most comfortable stay for one night, but I’m glad I understand the level of provisions in a Studio 6 property. I would choose this place for a week stay or longer.

We didn’t have a microwave for three days of our stay. The room smelled of mildew. Really not a good stay. Fleas and spiders in the room.

I could deal with the area not being so nice but not the roaches. There were roaches everywhere. Staff said they would treat the room but it never happened. The final straw was seeing a roach in the bag that I kept my toothbrush in. I had to check out early and find a different hotel.

they sold my smoking room with 2 beds and called 1 hour before check in they only had 1 room left no smoking and 1 bed but with no reservation ant were else we had to take it regretably the refigerator didnt get cold and was very loud waking me up and with no ice on the property we had to find ice at a gas station and pay inflated price for our cooler and the shower leaked so we had to clean that up every time we used it

Nasty! Roaches, sheets dirty. One good thing the young lady refunded our stay and we left after about 15 minutes. Wish i still had the pictures but figured I didn't need them since I was given a refund.
