The convenience of the hotel was perfect. Unfortunately, my bag wheel was completely broken off when stored with luggage service at the hotel. Understandable things happy however I had to prompt the conversation and request the broken wheel that had just been left on the shelf my bag was stored and no further support or discussion was entertained rather blaming of other staff.

I have stayed here quite a few times and always have a fantastic time. Although it seems to have been run down by the previous owners Corinthia we still had a fantastic time. Large clean room with lovely castle view, fantastic rooftop pool and spa with a view of the city, great staff nice breakfast and all for a reasonable price. The hotel is right next to the metro so has excellent links to the centre. Wish we had had the weather to match. Also miss the old bowling alley in the basement that was amazing.
4.2
Swimming pool was dirty. Breakfast was not good quality foods, no fresh juice. Hotel is extremely overpriced. Room was tiny and bathroom not suitable for two persons.
4.2
Excelent hotel

Check in was done in 2 minutes, the staff is very caring and friendly. Elevators are super fast. The executive lounge on the 22nd floor offers a beautiful view of Prague, coffee, alcohol, sodas and snacks (entry must be purchased or part of the room). Breakfast offers gluten and lactose free options in addition to a very large selection of classic dishes. The hotel is literally steps away from the Vyšehrad metro station.

Fantastic hotel & location 100m to train
4.2
Good
4.2
We thought it included the pool but that was extra. The GM was nice and let us use it. The train stop is right next to the hotel but when getting there you have to walk down and then up the stairs.
4.2
Excellent staff. Go above and beyond to meet the needs of the traveler.
4.2
very close to the metro
4.2
Very close to train station, safe area to walk around
4.2
Too big but understaffed. Hard to call staff fr the phone in the room so I went down to front desk to request more towels and an iron. NEVER GOT it!
4.2
Reasonably priced hotel in a convenient location. Simple wholesome food options and stable free WiFi.
Decor a little tired, especially the bathrooms.
4.2
Very helpful and friendly staff
4.2
Older hotel that has strong odor like a former smoking hotel. Older and worn out everywhere, bathrooms, carpets, lounge. Good buffet breakfast and gym/spa. Right next to metro station for easy transportation. Right next to conference centre. Doorman was excellent and full of information, rest of staff mediocre. Restaurant is not worth going to, check out other areas to eat.
4.2
The temperature in the room as quite hot, as the air condition wasn’t working properly but apart from that everything was great.
4.2
we order with free breakfast and get charged for it anyway. The boss is an arrogant old man who doesn't understand anything. If you want to be cheated, you have come to the right place. the hotel does not live up to their service or to earn the 5 star.
4.2
Fantastic. Staff and service is great.
4.2
Delicious food and comfortable accommodation. The whole staff was dedicated to the service of the guest-inspiring to witness and be a part of.
4.2
The staff were courteous and responsive, the property is clean, and the room was clean. Bathroom blinds may be needed to reduce water splashing during showers.
4.2
As a 5 stars hotel the facilities were not included with the room and did not show up on the reservation page.
We were charged extra to acsses the pool and the gym. And if you pay you will have only few hours and you should leave.
4.2
Friendly staff.

I lije the swimminf pool with sauna and fitness possibilities.

The hotel is beautiful, but we were very disappointed with the service. We had to call the front desk and/or housekeeping five out of seven nights we stayed as items were missing from our room such as wash clothes, body wash, coffee, creamer, etc. There were times when we had to call a couple of times to get anyone to pick up the phone. One night I gave up and walked down to the desk to request our missing items. One day our rooms was not cleaned until after 3:30pm... about the time we came back to rest up before dinner and we ended up in the lobby for 45 minutes while it was cleaned. The breakfast was great, but the service was lacking there too. A couple of mornings my husband gave up on getting coffee and went and served himself, while the waiters just stood and watched him. Plates were left on the table well past the time they should be removed. Staff did not appear to be well trained. The hotel is close to a subway, which is a plus. It is used for large bus tours, so on the weekends the breakfast room was really busy and tables were often not cleaned off for incoming guests to use. Overall we expected more from a Corinthia hotel than what we got. We've stayed in others (Porto) and found them to be well run. This one seems to have people who are not trained well. I would choose to stay somewhere else when in Prague next time.

Not first time in the hotel, but this time the hotel was quite full and service and cleaning took longer than is expected for a hotel of 5 stars.

A really disappointing experience! We choose the Corinthia Prague as we has previously stayed at their sister hotel in London. We were expecting a luxury stay but what we got was anything but!
Our room was outdated and the windows were filthy. The decor is old and mostly discoloured from what looks like cigarette yellow markings. This shows how long it must be since the hotel was last renovated.
On our first night the bathroom sink leaked and flooded the bathroom. When raised the response was slow and after multiple trips to reception we were informed that we needed to move rooms. We moved (with no help from the concierge) and we’re shocked to see we’d been DOWNGRADED to a twin room that was even more outdated. After another trip to reception we agreed to stay in the twin room for the night and change rooms the next day.
The next room was probably even worse. Filthy windows, peeling wallpaper and 1920s bathroom suite.
This is NOT a luxury hotel. The spa area is quite small and very basic. We stayed in 3 different rooms on 3 different floors and none were of 3 star standard, never mind 5 star.
An extremely frustrating and disappointing stay that would make me avoid Corinthia hotels in future.

5 star hotel with excellent services and staff

It was fine

I stayed at the Corinthia hotel for 6 days during the first half of October. Unfortunately, i had an emergency health situation (tooth infection) and was sick with the flu during most of my visit :(. The manager, Agata, and the rest of the staff were very helpful in providing me with medical assistance and transportation. Very professional and the hotel facilities are top notch as usual. The breakfast buffet is excellent. This was my third stay at the hotel and will consider it again on my next visit to Czech Republic. Highly recommended. Eddie
4.2
Excellent service and convenient location if you are there for a conference at the Congress. Great breakfast and nice restaurants, but the service in Monsoon is slow.
The hotel is right next to the C-line of the metro and extremely close to Vyehrad, so you can easily make it to the city center.
The design of the rooms and particularly the bathrooms is such that the towels are directly on top of the toilet, something that should be revisited. I also found both the bed and the pillows extremely soft.
4.2
Friendly staff and try their best to make the customers satisfied. City view is great and the metro is direct there.
However the facilities are too old for a 5 star hotel, which need a good renovation. Breakfast offers a lot but a fresh juice is missing.
4.2
I have been at the Corinthia the 3rd time now. Last was before COVID, 2019. The rooms need a renovation for sure. But it is still a good hotel and very friendly compared to others in this region. I would recommend the owner to invest in the hotel and starting a renovation too keep the 5 star.

The staff went above and beyond for us! My fiancé had a severe medical crisis and the staff always answered my calls for assistance and came quickly. Thank you so much!
4.2
Just right in front of Congress and metro station.
4.2
Sad you have to pay for the swimming pool and gym! Otherwise a great hotel, breakfast was amazing.
4.2
The window was broken and rain storm flooded the room and the air conditioning was not working properly to cool the room
4.2
Excellent
4.2
Parking availible for fee 650,-. To expensive in my opinion.
4.2
A luxury hotel at a reasonable price. Every person on the hotel staff has a smile and is always willing to help. They will all make an effort to speak in englis. Overall is a great option in Prague! Would definetly recommend it !
