Very Terrible Reception service:
Check in time is 15:00, I checked in ahead of my guests to welcome them well. I checked in the morning, the reception adviced that the room is not ready yet, because they will put our rooms close to each other on the same floor.
I checked in again after 15:00 - the room was not ready yet, when it's already check in time.
I checked in again at 19:00 and they gave us a room from another floor
I waited ALL Day to get a good room promised by the reception for the family to stay close to each other = just wasted my time.
The staff are very corrupt, they always imply for tips, and they seem to be willing to provide service only if you tip them.

The housekeeping staff are doing a lot of discussions in the corridors at the early morning.
The room was not well cleaned.

Such a comfortable place to land while I was in Cairo. Loved the pool with a Nile view. You could even see pyramids in the distance when the air was clear! Maadi is a tourist area and I felt very safe.

Fantastic hotel in Maadi area. The Nile view was stunning and on clear days I could see the pyramids. The staff were amazing in all departments from housekeeping to dining to reception.

This hotel doesn't meet the usual Holiday Inn standards. I've stayed in many IHG hotels, but this one falls short. The breakfast options are somewhat limited and acceptable, but it's fair to say it's not a delightful experience.

The staff were kind and very helpful! The hotel was one of the nicest Holiday Inns I have seen. We will book again.

The three room were extremely dirty
Food under bed
One room the bathroom had sh…. All over sear
Other room had spiders in balcony and corners
We paid for 3 nights
We left after one night
We talked to manager
He said to talk to Expedia to get a refund for the other two night for the three rooms
I tried to get hold of you
No one answered to what I said
Or no one answered the phone
Management said at hotel
They only can refund me if Expedia tell them
I demand a refund
Thank you

I loved the location, the friendliness, the helpful staff and the view. Difficult to think of a negative, maybe the pool could benefit from a shallow end but i was fine with the uniform 1.70m. I will come back again

The hotel is located in a safe area and close to several restaurants. The hotel itself has a couple of nice restuarants (Solis and The View) and a bar. Breakfast buffet was good with lot of options. The rooms were small and only had 2 single beds or 1 double bed for a 3 person reservation. There is a small couch for seating but that doesn't extend as a sofabed. It is very inconvenient for a 3 person stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The room is clean and quiet with functional layouts. The beds are comfortable. The shower water is strong with plenty hot water (we find it’s not always the case in Egypt). The breakfast buffet offers plenty of choices. We especially liked the vegetables and fruits, which help to smooth our bodies in the dry desert atmosphere. My only complain is that the hotel attempted to charge us breakfast. They did return the money after we showed our booking includes breakfast. Other than that, everything is perfect.
