Just stayed here for one night on a business trip. There was a large convention going on while I was there, so the hotel felt very busy and loud. I was disappointed by the room service (long wait times, sub-par food). But, the hotel had nice facilities, beautiful pool.

Overall this is a nice hotel and most staff were extremely friendly and willing to help. However, communication between reservations and front desk was lacking. I had to speak to a different person each day about checking out early and each person told me something different in terms of whether an early checkout was possible and what the early check out fee would be. I also had to wait in the check-in line for over 2 hours when I arrived in the morning because so many people were trying to drop off their bags before check-in for a conference. My room was available first thing in the morning since I had reserved the room for the night before, which I did intentionally so I could use my room to pump breastmilk in private upon arrival. They told me it wasn't possible to skip the line and the only space they could offer me for pumping was the bathroom. I ended up putting my pump on in the crowded lobby while I waited in line because I couldn't wait any longer to express milk. This was an incredibly uncomfortable situation, both physically and emotionally. I had to beg someone for a bottle of water so I could hydrate while pumping (they initially told me they had no water available). I was almost in tears when I finally got to the front desk, and just got a brief apology and nothing more. I will say they were very accommodating for storing my breastmilk in the kitchen freezer during my stay, which was a huge help.

Excellent hotel in very nice area of city which is safe and close to main shopping areas and cable car up mountain. The hotel and room was very pleasant. One slight criticism is they have lots of staff but trying to get a drink or even after ordering one the bar staff seem to stand about doing little and we had to ask repeatedly for our drinks on few occasions. That said the staff were lovely and otherwise I loved the hotel for the price we paid and would definitely come back. The 21st floor sky bar is well worth a visit for the views.

Service was unacceptably slow, staff ignored guests and were not helpful. Conceirge was helpful in recommending restaurants and transportation to airport but wouldn’t call us a cab and had us walk to the stand and were not provided transportation there - not sure what was going on. Housekeeping is not trained - for example towels removed and not replaced, dirty glasses left in the room following cleaning, no soap etc.

The restaurant service was beyond slow and the food arrived cold several times. On one occasion when asking the concierge desk to order a taxi, he told us there were no taxis available and sent us out of the hotel and down the street to get a cab! We definitely would not recommend going to this Sheraton Hotel.

Very nice hotel, awesome breakfast. The young women concierge {sorry can not remember her name} helped us out of a tight spot with a uber that caused us a lot of stress as we do not speak Spanish. Date we left was Feb20th. A big thank you to her.

A beautiful hotel and pool area. Wonderful rooms with all the amenities. The breakfast buffet was outstanding! Food and beverage service was great. The concierge told us about getting to the Immaculate Conception and the Japanese Garden that were nearby.

Location was fantastic with beautiful pool and grounds! Staff always helpful and pleasant. Easy walk to grab a Starbucks or a meal. Uber convenient and fast. We walked up to the top of San Cristobel Hill from the hotel. Really enjoyed our stay!

Nice hotel, good stay, probably 4 stars for Santiago, but most likely 3.5 stars anywhere else. Concierge staff was amazingly helpful. Bar & restaurant staff seemed somewhat slow and distracted. Not many nearby amenities unless you are prepared to walk and boldy investigate the neighborhoods. E.g., It was a hike to find an open/available ATM. !!??

Great hotel! Super friendly and helpful staff! Nice room, very comfortable bed, and excellent breakfast. Close to the airport, quick check in, and very helpful concierge desk. Only negative is that there are literally no restaurants or stores close by. Not one. Mall at Gran Torre is at least a twenty five minute walk. I’m guessing there are some close by car or taxi though. Good news is that the bar at the Sheraton had excellent food and service. There’s a restaurant onsite also, but I didn’t get a chance to eat there. What really struck me with this hotel is that every staff member smiled and said hello to me. Even the managers checked in with me to see if everything was okay or if I needed anything. What amazing service! I wish I had booked additional nights to explore Santiago.

This was my second stay in 10 days and since they do not take anything but a credit card for incidentals they were willing to take cash payment for the entire stay. My room had no coffee service which I find very unacceptable especially since ALL hotels I have stayed in do. I had to ask for an iron since it was missing. The hotel was making some alterations and was very noisy during the afternoons. I feel they should have discounted every persons daily room charge for the noisy conditions.

The staff were friendly. The hotel was likely built in the 70s and the part I was in was outdated and the rooms very small given the cost. Also hotel is quite isolated from the city and not easy to access downtown.

I know the hotel for the last 20 years, the rooms are in a deterriorated state and so is the rest of the hotel. There used to be a wonderful garden today it is dirty and almost totally abondoned. The personel is friendly but this is the only positive thing one can say about this hotel. Otherwise it is a shame for the Sheraton/Mariott brand!
