Wow was expecting a good stay at this hotel given the price. Check in took over 1 hour because there was a line and one person working. Walking to the room, the carpet in the hallway was very dirty. The room was dated and not that clean either. Overall dissatisfied.

Extremely loud room adjoining mine. No action after multiple complaints.
No cleaning service second day. No explanation.

Everything was good except the shower had no shampoo body wash in the containers

Absolutely amazing stay. The hotel staff was incredible and so kind; we will definitely be back!

This hotel is not great for the cost. It is overpriced because it is a 45 minute drive to the strip and doesn’t have that much of a lake view. The lake is more like a pond. We overpaying to stay near a mostly residential area with what looks like an obstructed pond view. I wouldn’t stay there again. And that’s with a special request to have a balcony (most of the rooms don’t have a balcony). Also, it’s good to note this is not like a typical LV casino hotel. In addition our sheets were dirty with hair and even a spot of blood! Yikes!

You booked my room, charged my card! I get to hotel, wife goes in…it’s her damn birthday and the hotel doesn’t have any rooms available!! You took my money, you stole from me and my wife! I want my money back or you will hear from my attorney and I will let everyone thst follows me on social media know, along with the PGA Tour!

It was very relaxing. The pool with the slide wasn’t open, weekend only. It was very quiet, not many people. Rick’s Cafe was excellent. Waitress friendly. All staff was very polite and helpful.

We were at one day family trip. Westin resort property is built with luxury and comfortness. We liked the lake view and peace as compare to Vegas strip. Staff is comperative.

We did a staycation and had a great time. The lifeguards around the pool were not great and need more supervision. One pool was freezing and the other was so warm. Our room was great. Some areas are a little worn down. We would definitely come back!

Says pet friendly but definitely is not. I had my 4-1/2 lb dog sitting next to me on a towel at the pool and was asked to leave and said when I exited the pool if I didn’t put my dog on a leash I had to leave the property entirely. Was told they would go to the front desk and check me out of my room and asked for my room number. So I went and checked out 2 night early and lost my whole trip. Absolutely horrible customer service. Was kicked out by a rude 75 year old woman that said she was a security guard. Walked into the pool while 2 other employees held the door open for me. Yet this old lady that must hate animals kicked me and my quiet little dog out

Very nice, clean, quiet, friendly staff. It is a resort, so no loud casino, no cigarette smell, just a calm vibe. It's in a secluded area, so about 30min drive from strip.

As soon as we walked in it smelled so good!
The drive to the entrance was beautiful. The cost of our room was very reasonable 😁
There were bottles of water next to our in room coffee maker, which had a few issues but it worked. The only thing that could have been better was if they served free coffee in the lobby along with the fruit flavored water. Since the coffee shop is way down the hallway from the front entrance, it would have been convenient to grab a cup to go.
The only other unfortunate thing is that we didn't stay a whole week!!!

The vibe is very chill. Very relaxing. The grounds are spectacular. The views of the lake and the other homes around the area make you feel like you're in total seclusion. Not much to eat or do around the area. Not much shopping. Basically it's a place to relax even to go find other restaurants other than what's around the resort. You have to make a 5 to 10 minute drive into Henderson. Other than that, it's a very nice place to relax. I would do it again

Where do I start?
The room was outdated. Bathtub was not clean. Furniture was not comfortable, dirty, and was also outdated. You had a foot long balcony.
We stayed in the “luxury suite”. There was nothing luxurious about it. For the price we paid, we could have had a presidential suite in the strip but the whole point of going here was to escape the strip and be comfortable.
Food was overpriced. Imagine ordering a $48 dollar ribeye and it doesn’t come with a single side. Our breakfast sandwich from Marrakesh had mold on it.
But it gets worst. Not only were the rooms uncomfortably warm (maxing out the ac and we were still sweating), the hot water in the plumbing went out. We were forced to shower in cold water. When we asked the front desk, they claimed that it will be a while but we will refund your resort fee. A resort fee!
We will probably never stay here again and I highly recommend the Hilton down the road. At least you’re closer to the village. You’re just paying for the view here.

The property is not at all accommodating to wheel chairs and strollers,

Beds are absolutely hard as a rock. When you check out they tack on a bunch of more fees then had charges from the pool bar that weren’t even mine. Make sure you go over your charges line by line. NOT worth the amount to stay there!

The staff was wonderful and provided excellent customer service from the moment we arrived. Dining, transportation and hospitality was superb. I will definitely come back again!

We have stayed here many times. Value is very good and nice to be off the strip. They could use some help on the pool deck, broken umbrellas, overflowing trash cans. Simple things. Otherwise we will frequent again and enjoy. Also, have to call for daily housekeeping service. And be lucky if they arrive. An overflow from pandemic times, but for a Westin, would expect they would make it happen, particularly if requested.

The reason we booked this hotel is for the private beach and kayaking. The beach was closed. No one had an explanation as to why. Also found out there’s a $40 fee per day per kayak to use them! This is ridiculous. The website made us believe they were there for use and included. This was extremely disappointing! The temperature at one of the pools was very warm. It was 110 degrees outside so this pool wasn’t even useable to us. The ‘arcade’ is very small and you have to pay to play. Wish I had known all these things before we went to this hotel.

3rd year in a row for our annual family trip. This place doesn’t disappoint. It is getting busier every year which isn’t terrible. My only complaint was the lower kids pool was dirty with just debris. They close it pretty early so I expected it to be cleaned.
Room was great and clean, no loud noises or anything to complain about. We will be back!

The Hotel is in the beautiful area. We asked lake view room, perfect. The pools basicly are clean. Sometimes would better longer open time. The rooms are clean, every day change the towels, refill the small bathroom toiletries. We thinking about to return back with our son. Just recommend this hotel

Junior sweet was nice. The beach on the lake could have been cleaner and the swim area bigger. The two pools are nice. Overall a great experience.

We love Westin! We continuously stay here over and over for the resort and convenience to Lake Mead. We bring our boat and parking is so easy and spacious.
