Bad stay. Rooms smelled like cleaning products. Very strong odor. As a result, I had to check out at 8 PM that first evening and go to a different hotel.
Also, I was charged for two nights instead of the one night, which was intended.

Check in was a mess. When I booked the stay they said the front desk was unmanned and they would email me a code for the door. (oh, and they wanted a copy of each guest's ID before they would let me check in too??) The day I arrived they told me the front desk would give me a key. The elevator wasn't working, the front desk didn't know the elevator wasn't working and didn't know where my room was.
They gave me a physical key and you really have to jimmy it into the lock to get it to open. What year is it that we are still using physical keys for hotel rooms??
It felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel. They have check out instructions? I'm not doing dishes or taking out the trash at a hotel. I prefer hotels to Airbnbs *precisely* because I am not interested in doing chores on my vacation.
No room service, no hotel phone, Housekeeping was an additional charge. The room I reserved was for a 1st floor suite with a patio. The room I got was not on the 1st floor, there was no patio (just one sad little chair and table outside the hotel room door) and the room was gross. Furniture was falling apart, the bed was flat, the toilet didn't really work and kept running all night. The walls are thin and you can hear every door open and close.
At least it came with a microwave and a decent-ish sized fridge? You get what you pay for I guess. This is what happens when you book a no-name hotel I suppose.

The tiki bar music was too loud playing until after midnight. Regulars locals take up the entire tiki bar area and are very rude to anyone who isn’t local. Since it’s on the property of the hotel I would think it was setup for the guests and not the local drinkers who are not staying at the hotel

This was an affordable and convenient hotel with a full kitchen and dining room.

I stayed on the 3rd floor of the main building. Stayed Thursday to Sunday. Room included a safe,TV, Microwave, small fridge, metal cutlery, dishes, coffee mugs, kitchen sink, dish soap, paper towels, 4 bath towels, soaps, shampoo and conditioner. Free parking. The queen mattress had a large circular concave spot right in the middle! The large garbage bins at the end of each staircase were overflowing by Saturday. Overall the room was clean and hotel was fairly quiet.

This is maybe in the top 5 worst hotels that I have ever stayed in. The check in process was overly cumbersome, I had to contact the hotel many times only to be routed to a third party that did not provide good information. I was supposed to get a code and upon arriving got a regular key(not a pass card). I continued to get text messages that I had to answer for check in and check out, but had to also physically check in and check out. Dumb! The room itself was a little creepy and the bed I slept in sunk into the floor and was held up by taped together 2x2 blocks instead of a legs, therefore I had to sleep diagonally in order to not fall off the bed. The toilet paper was basically cardboard, the weather stripping on the door was coming off, and there was no safety latch inside the door. I especially would not recommend this hotel for women travelling alone. Additionally, the price that I paid for the hotel on hotels.com was $24 more than the receipt the hotel gave me.

Was supposed to receive a massage with room # and key code for contactless check in, never received a message, got & no one at front desk, waited a hour for someone to show up. Talk to manger the next morning and got nothing for my inconvenience

When I got to the hotel to check in, The front desk said they couldn’t check me in. I had to check in online to give them all my information photos of drivers license, photos of myself, photo and license of the other person with me, list my credit card even though I had paid online… Online registration was difficult. It wouldn’t let me finish registering, very frustrating and time-consuming. Just wanted to get to my room like a normal hotel… I don’t think this was normal.
The room was too cold and I tried to adjust the air conditioner, but it wouldn’t work. Would have liked to put the heat on, but that didn’t work either had to just unplug the air conditioner so we were cold all night. The bed was not comfortable and very noisy it seems the old springs woke me up every time I turned over.
They asked me to clean up after myself and take out the garbage… That doesn’t seem like a normal hotel either.
Didn’t enjoy my stay.

Supposed to be a smoke free hotel but smoke everywhere by mostly the workers that live there on the property. Chain smokers.

This was a motel, which seemed to have long term residents. These residents were shady and it constantly smelled like marijauna outside and even inside of our room. We arrived with no towels and did not receive any until we asked a few times the second day. I would NOT recommend this motel for families. I did not feel safe with my children.

I booked this hotel for a week through expedia; however I had an emerging that made checked out the next day. I called expedia early that morning and was told that they will charge me a cancelation fee and will refund me the remaining balance. Several days later; I called expedia to follow up. They told me the hotel won't honor it and they can't refund me the rst of my money. They charged me a $199 cancelation fee and never refunded that as well. Expedia Travel Agency is the worst company to use. Theyre bunch of scamers who have staff working within hacking and stealing people information. I'm a very hard working single mother that was taking advantage of my hard earned money. $589 plus $199 was never returned to me from expedia. Please be aware of this company. They'll still your money.

The bed had a huge dip in it. Was the most uncomfortable sleep ever! The girl behind the counter at check out was more interested in having a chat with someone then check in/out the line of people. I wouldn’t stay here again

This property has decent ratings so we decided to try it for last minute trip. Lobby was nice. Everything else downhill from there. Check-in was a mess. I had to fill out a registration form online which I completed. They had me down for the wrong registration date. I filled out the second time. They never received it. Can’t get a hold of anyone. Nobody answers the phone and Nobody ever at the front desk. Drunk people and people smoking marijuana everywhere. The building was very sketchy. Took me 40 minutes to get clean towels because I had to turn in the dirty ones at the front desk and nobody is at the front desk ever. I had to track down the laundry room and ask the girl in there but she had to call front desk before hand towels And of course no one answered. Never again

This is a "value" hotel, like an older version of an extended stay place: housekeeping every third day. Mini kitchen with counter oven and microwave, sink and dishes, plus a basic bathroom/shower. Room was spacious and clean, good bed and sofa plus a basic table/chairs, only Roku TV, but free wifi. It was exactly what I needed for my weekend conference stay in Boca to save money without giving up a lot, and I would use it again without hesitation.

I checked in on Friday, only to be disappointed by the lack of a real balcony. The refrigerator was not functioning, and I contacted maintenance to rectify the issue. Upon their return, I discovered there was no hot water, prompting another maintenance visit. To my dismay, the elevator malfunctioned as I attempted to leave, requiring the same maintenance personnel to intervene once more. My stay was marred by a reoccurrence of the hot water issue on Saturday night, with no manager available to address my concerns. I was unable to secure a refund due to unsuccessful attempts to contact Expedia, leading to a thoroughly disappointing experience.

Cecilia was friendly and helpful.
The Dining room was empty. The Dining staff was argumentive and rude. I never had a chance to order because I left.
The tiki bar looked fun but I never made it there because I was busy all day.
The auditors or front desk persons never said hello or good bye even when I was checking in.
The French shop across US1 is excellent for breakfast and there are lots of strip mall restaurants that are boutique.
You also have Mizner and palmetto.

Neighbors were screaming at all hours, smoking pot in front so kids could smell. Cops ended up coming. Horrible first time experience.

It is a motel plus with per day charges more than Brand names. Disgusted check in annoying uploads of all photos and docs. Expedia should delist. Dishonesty observed in entire stay. I would not recommend any educated person to stay.
