Pool was out of service for the entirety of my 5-night stay. Hotel was severely outdated and smelled a bit musty. Gym was tiny. Parking was limited.

Staff was great, checking in was easy. The bed frame needs to be upgraded, felt the stable and noisy and that’s with no activity. The tub had draining issues and the ac unit worked great just really loud during the course of the night disturbing sleep.

Constant loud noise both nights I stayed there. First night had to call the front desk and didn’t calm down until 4 in the morning. Following night again constant noise until 2:30am.

For the price we paid for this hotel there were many amenities lacking. There was no shower cap, nor make up remover. When I went to take a shower, since I had no shower cap, I shampooed my hair only to find that there was no conditioner in the pump bottle in the shower. When I called the front desk for conditioner, about 10 minutes later, someone came to my door with shower gel. I had to explain to her that I needed conditioner and had to wait again for the conditioner. The pool did not open until 10 AM. I had planned an early swim before having to leave at 10 AM , but the pool was not available. The gym had no towels which was unfortunate. One of the two elevators was not working but then the second elevator also went on the blink and we had to take the stairs up and down to our 3rd floor room. This hotel was a big disappointment for the price paid.

Overall, a great place and value, if you are going in to Baltimore or nearby and want someplace convenient to stores/restaurants and the interstate -- staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The only drawbacks are that (a) it is so popular that locals seem to use the bar as a hang out towards the weekend (which makes it busier), and there are events (parties, etc.) in the conference rooms that also make it busier on some nights. But it is very popular, and I see why. Thank you for our stay.

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful hotel and room is very clean and in great area.

We were put in a room that the AC didn't work and the blinds wouldn't open and they immediately rectified the situation and moved us to a different room. We have stayed here multiple times and the only thing negative is they charge for breakfast when right next door at the Hampton it's free

This was by far the worst stay out of many other stays at other Hilton properties. I have never been charged for parking at a Hilton Garden Inn nor was that charge explained on the booking website. The room looked like it needed ro be refurbished. The housekeeping staff did not clean or restock the room with linens or consummables. The duvet had a large rip in it, several of the towels were threadbare, the room clock didn't operate, the sink was clogged and very slowly drained and there was no safety mat for the shower. I believe some monetary refund is in order...when might I expect that refund?

I’ve stayed here before and had a better experience. However this stay wasn’t the best. I felt that the room was dingy and I guess housekeeping is done every other day and that’s something new for me. I understand it’s policy so I can’t really get upset about that change but for the money that was paid I had higher expectations for this hotel. The hotel staff were very nice professional and courteous during my stay. I also feel that they should update the property. The bed was uncomfortable and hard to sleep on.

The hotel and staff was great. Hidden fees and priced amenities were not noted. For example, paying to park at the hotel as well as using the wifi. Also, my pending charge was higher than price of room. When asked, I was told an incidental charge and will be removed, but I was not informed of it ahead of time.

The hotel staff were nice but my room needed updating. The window blinds were broke so I had to get a chair to stand on and manually roll them up. The bedding is old and the pillows need replacing. For the price I paid for the room, I expected better quality.

For starters the room i booked wasn’t an available so I had to settle for a different suite with a small bed and there was no monetary compensation. There were shabby repairs done to water damage that was visible in the room. Lifting tiles in the bathroom. 3 of my 4 days I killed bugs in the room.

Didn’t expect to have to pay for parking but otherwise this hotel was very nice and clean. Smelled weed everywhere in the hotel but that is becoming normal in Maryland since it was legalized.

Very nice stay for the two days with my daughter for a soccer tournament. The bathroom wasn’t the nicest, and the tv was small, but otherwise, a comfortable weekend.

The staff were great, professional, and accommodating. Beds were comfortable. However there was hair on the shower walls and on the bath cloths when I arrived. The room wasn’t throughly cleaned

This property is very old and needs updating. Was convenient to shopping and events.

Where should i begin. It's a no smoking hotel but my room smelled like someone was smoking in it. The room was out dated the carpet was run down the bath tub was dirty so was the pull out couch. The room had a odor to it which was not plesant i must say along with it smelling like smoke. My overall stay there was not good. Normally we will stay to check out time but we didnt we got up early before 8 got the kids together and left as quickly as possible.

Hilton should stand by its reputation. It was because I had believed that staying there would ensure clean, quiet retreat when you spend many hours in a car. Not. Not in this case. The only good thing was a very friendly and helpful receptionist. The whole hotel had scratches and dents in baseboards and casings, coloured in a terrible shade of brown. Room facing the hiway had no sound blocking windows and no blackout curtains. Furniture was all scratched, mattress 100 years old did not give any support. One of the night lamps did not work. Too bad I did not think of making pictures.
