Our stay was awesome. The staff was helpful and very kind, so close to the old town. Highly recommended.

This is a great little hotel in a superb location where you can walk to countless restaurants, there is an open air street-covered shopping centre right across the street… the old town is a short walk away and of course you can walk down to Lake Zug and enjoy the sunset views. Highly recommended.

We arranged a taxi through the hotel from Zug to Zurich. They told us it would cost 150-180. We ended up paying 255. We needed some laundry done so we gave some things to them on Friday afternoon - they forgot to give it back and tell us there is no laundry on weekends. We could have arranged different laundry service if we had known. We would have also arranged 2 ubers for the price of 160 instead of paying 255. The staff is uninformed and not entirely friendly. There is no room service either. I would stay in a different hotel next time. The bathrooms look like hospital bathrooms. Unwelcoming place.

Breakfast selection was pretty decent albeit it was the same everyday for the whole week. Room was spacious and clean.

I really don’t get it. This hotel is old, smells like cigarettes, has dirty hallway carpet, no fitness equipment from the last two centuries. It was generally on the level of a hostel in my experience.

The air conditioner fan was unable to be disabled so the room was very uncomfortable. They offered to downgrade rooms, but with no price reduction. Finally we had to change at 2am. Then in the morning they called to ask about cleaning - quite rude to do before checkout. They did not offer any discounts, I had to. Finally I was given 35 chf off which was useless when the room was close to 400 chf. A staff member also walked in without knocking and waiting for my okay. I am shocked no other offers were given seeing as I paid a lot for a ver uncomfortable room. They even said to me they’d hope I’d come again. Why?

I enjoyed my stay at Park Hotel. Did not get to sample restaurant as it was closed for Sunday. Breakfast next day was excellent though.
No Aircond.on a 32C day was a bit strange as well especially when I was told that to get Air Cond. you have to pay more(I booked on line) ?...but in any case there were no more premium rooms?
Woukd go back again if necessary.

We had a fantastic stay at the ParkHotel in Zug - a superb junior suite room, very friendly & helpful staff, and the luxury of a heated indoor pool & sauna. Our five year old daughter was well looked after and treated like a princess by the hotel employees. Breakfast was included over the weekend and a truly outstanding buffet to cover all tastes, with cooked eggs & bacon, fresh croissants, a wide selection of meats & traditional Swiss fare - all the way to mini donuts and cakes. The hotel is a 5mn walk from the old town of Zug where you can enjoy reastaurants and the lakeshore - we didn't try the hotel's own restaurant but they had live piano music creating a very nice ambience. At night it is totally quiet, we kept our room windows open as we like to allow the fresh air to come through, but there was not a car nor airplane to be heard, nor loud revellers, which is a rare luxury these days!Overall very highly recommended and we'd love to stay again.

The hotel was a welcomed surprise. It was centrally located and less than five minute walk to the train station, restaurants, shopping and banking. The restaurant was located in the hotel and served a breakfast buffet (included) and local cusine. The bar was located between the hotel and restaurant and was well appointed and decorated. The staff and personnel was helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel and will be my selction the next time in Zug
