Room was not as pictures on website and partly heavy worn. Air conditioning was noisy and not to adjust for nighttime in quite mode. Balcony faced waste land. Bathroom needs deep clean from stains and black mould.
Good and quite location with easy access to beach and amenities as all in 5 minute walking distance. Helpful staff and lagguage storage, but contamined with cockraches.

Not impressed with this hotel. Luckily we were only there for one night. Maybe there are better rooms but we must have been given the worst. The painting in the bathroom had drips everywhere- shower door didn’t close - bathroom door was dirty - mould on the shower ceiling and in corners. All in all a bad experience.

Accommodation cancelled by the hotel/Expedia 5 mins before I arrived. No trying to reclaim my money. Would never book through Expedia again!!

Upon arriving at the hotel there was no one at the reception desk and I had to ask the barman to find the reception staff, which is very bad for a three star hotel.
Once she arrived at the reception desk, she couldn't find my booking and told me to wait, which I did for 30 minutes and then she called me over and allocated me a double room on the fourth floor.
Upon entering the room there was a king size bed and mini fridge freezer and air-conditioning, but no tea and coffee and kettle and also the TV was very small with only a few channels to watch, also the remote control for the TV didn't work too !
There was a bathtub and shower, which I was pleased about and cold running water too !
But I had a small balcony with a fantastic view of the sea and larnaca bay !
Also there was no breakfast included in the booking and it cost an additional €8
The hotel is close to the city centre, which has plenty of bars and restaurants, but I couldn't recommend this hotel due to very bad customer service !

This is a decent hotel and good value given the location. Comfy bed, good shower, fridge in room. WiFi a bit patchy but okay. Receptionist helpful, cleaners thorough.
Hotel is 5 minutes walk from finnikoudis bus stop and 2 minutes walk from beach. Huge number of bars/restaurants within 10 minutes walk. The hotel has a lift and would probably be suitable for someone with minor mobility issues.
There is a fair bit of late night and early morning noise, probably inevitable given the location but the soundproofing could definitely be improved.

Boutique hotel One half block from Fikonoudes beach close to restaurants & bars. Return visit due to Pleasant, accommodating staff, proximity to airport & city center. Great breakfast! Good value.

Location close to the beach and airport Hotel is tucked away in a small street so very quiet at night.Breakfast was outstanding All the staff were very friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble for them.Theprice I paid for the room wea excellent value

Rooms spacious, breakfast had good choice, mix of hot and cold. Entrance to hotel strange ,in a back street, but very close to the beach and cafes and restaurants. Nice friendly staff.

Amazing staff and hotel, very friendly and always with a smile, especially the lady serving breakfasts. Great location.
4.1
The room had everything I needed for a 1 night stay. Breakfast was included. Lady at front desk was very friendly and helpful during and after check in. Location is a few minutes walk to beach and eating places. The hotel is approximately 10 minutes bus ride from the airport.

Just a short 2 night stay. The room was very small but I did book single room & once I acclimatised to the size it was fine! I had a couple of issues in the room but I spoke to reception & they sent a maintenance man to fix them very promptly. Excellent breakfast, lots of choice & very tasty, hotel is in a great location, very near to lots of restaurants & seafront. View from room not great - I overlooked a scruffy car park. Overall, it was great value for money.
4.1
Beware of this boutique hotel. My room and bathroom was infested with huge, extra large cockroaches, I couldn't sleep in the room and was terrified and traumatised. The reception staff were bored, always on mobile phones and unfriendly. The short lady with long dark hair who assists with breakfast is rude and unwelcoming, the buffet breakfast felt controlled. A very unpleasant stay. Avoid like the plague.

The hotel was ok. The entrance and dining area were fine but the rest of the hotel was tired looking and needs updating. The location is good for access to the beach and restaurant area though the shortest route is through McDonald's. The greatest asset to the hotel are the staff who were always pleasant, polite and very helpful. However it is doubtful that I would stay here again.

Amenities and breakfast are excellent. Clean hotel next to many restaurants and major attractions

The location was perfect for short walks to the sites and beaches in the centre. They strictly impose guests to wear masks and gloves in the breakfast area which was reassuring. Would be happy to stay again. They probably need to renovate the rooms a bit as it feels old and there was a tiny spider in the shower.

close to the city and the airport

the room was not as the previous one, the bathroom needs a lot of repair

Disgusting experience At the reception sat a disgusting and repulsive girl who in a very impolite way told us that we don't have 2 rooms even though they are shown a reservation tax and payment. She followed us for 20 minutes, she was disgusting, fat and ugly inside and out The hotel is nice I have been many times but because of this repulsive woman we will not return again We checked in at 1630

Everything was going well following my initial cheçhk-in. Then when I got back from having a late dinner I discovered that the air conditioning unit in room 407 was operating at 26 Degrees Celsius non stop, without any way to shut it off or lower the temperature; as was confirmed by the front desk clerk who I summoned to the room. Eventually he switched me into Room 405 about 1:00AM. Then I discovered that the TV in this room was not able to be turned on. And when I reported this to same desk clerk, he politely said that there was nothing he could do, but would make a note if what happened in both rooms, and how I was inconvenienced. By the time I was able to get to bed it was after 2:00AM. But I had to get up at 6:30AM in order to catch a departing morning flight from Larnaca Airport. So, I never got a decent night's sleep, and almost missed my plane. I think a fair resolution would be either riembursement of what I paid, or a free room there in the night if July 26stbwhen I return to Larnaca from Egypt, which is where I am now; at a booking made through you at the Pyramisa Suites Hotel. Meanwhile, it should be noted that the clerk was always polite and professional, and did the best that he could. But I was not happy wasting about three hours of my time, first finding out that my room was being heated while staying at a seaside resort, unpacking, packing, unpacking, and having to pack again. And then not having a TV even though I paid for one.

Really nice hotel with a great breakfast included in the room price. Very close to the main tourist avenue with restaurants everywhere. Tea and coffee in the room. Complimentary robes and slippers. Bit old some things a bit broken.
4.1
Excellent value versus other area hotels. Comfortable beds.
Rooms recently refurbished. Great breakfast buffet included.
Just a half block off the beach so alas no sea views but price reflects this. Tip: front rooms more quiet; back rooms can hear music from club nearby.

Service was very good! Amazing location.

We booked and payed online for a night in this hotel for 90 euros/night. When we arrived, the receptionist told us that the rooms were under renovation and no room was available, so she ordered a cab to take us to another hotel nearby (worth 40 euros/night) (?????).

Great! My only complaint was that instead of one large bed, we had two twin beds pushed together.

affordable price, convenient place

Nice place with cozy rooms and most importantly great location that is 2 mins walking from Finikoudes beach thus everything is easily accessible

We asked in advance if there were Covid testing clinics in the area. They never responded. There was one 2 blocks away. The hotel advertised free parking on Hotels.com. We were told no parking was available. We told them that was key for us in booking their hotel. They didn’t care and told we would have to find our own parking and pay for it ourselves. Extremely unprofessional!

It is geting a bit old and varpet need to go. Friendly staff😊 Great bed.

Nothing, it was rundown & not kept up. Only thing good was the location to the seaside. Entrance faced a rundown alley with lots of pigeons, poop & stray cats

Excellent stay and freindly professional staff

Nice small hotel very close to the beach. the view from the windows was very bad (parking lot and trash bins) the team was nice and the breakfast was simple and nice.
4.1
If you are looking for a nice, clean room close to the beach, bars and restaurants then this is a good option.
Don’t expect a room with a view as the hotel is located on a small street behind the main strip and is a 60 second walk to McDonalds.
We were really impressed with the breakfast, as served to you behind a plastic screen, tables wiped before you sat down - felt very covid safe. The quality of the breakfast was very good and better than most 4 star Cypriot hotels we’ve stayed in.
There were some lovely touches in the room with dressing gowns, slippers and a good selection of extras in the bathroom (tooth brushes, shampoo, ear buds etc). Fit and finish ie painting wasn’t amazing but didn’t impact our stay.
For the price of the rooms we would definitely stay again to be close to the beach and restaurants
