Hotel was dirty and had no restaurants nearby. Bad neighborhood as well. Breakfast was tasty and good though.

Front desk personnel are more suited for a maximum prison inmate reception department. Not a hospitality business front desk.

The people were amazing , the staff were excellent , they made sure we were comfortable , I really enjoyed my stay there

We had to change rooms because the refrigerator and microwave did not work, on a different floor The sofa bed did not have bedding, when it arrived, we were responsible to take care of it. The staff was very nice, but the manager was not available. We had a roach that fell from the curtain above the air conditioner, but it disappeared.

Stayed one night for an Edgefield concert. Great location a short walk to Edgefield. The hotel is average, as Best Western properties are. We would like to see them go back to using glassware in the rooms for guests...no-one should be drinking out of plastic cups wrapped in plastic film in this day and age...it is neither environmentally sound, nor pleasing for guests to have to use plastic cups for beverages, especially at these room rates. Additionally, the breakfasts could be a lot healthier and better prepared. There is virtually no consideration of vegetarians or vegan guests in what's on offer...soggy, watery, cold oatmeal just doesn't cut it. Are those eggs even real?

Overall a fine stay. We were on the first floor with a busy truck parking lot outside our window, and only the sheer curtains closed. The opaque curtains were on fixed hangars and could not be moved. This felt uncomfortable and let light into our room all night. The room was fine - very small/tight bathroom, but it worked.

Could be better how to treat customers whenever staff make decisions for their customers when they should not.

The hotel was very nice, clean and service was great. Also, the breakfast was great. We enjoyed our stay .

My bf and I stayed for a week and had a wonderful vacation. Everyone we encountered while we stayed at this hotel was lovely, helpful, and professional. When we first got there, the AC in our room wasn't working, but they fixed it by moving us to another room right away. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. They did a great job making up the room while we were out. Breakfast was pretty good. Not really sure about the neighborhood, it seemed ok enough and we felt safe, but we didn't really do much there, we traveled outside of the neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.

Great service. The breakfast lady was awesome on the 20th. The girl on the 21st didn't care as much, ran out of a lot of food and coffee.

Place was nice and clean. Nothing fancy, but perfect for the 1 night I needed a hotel for work. Front desk staff was nice and friendly. I'd stay there again.

Clean and quiet location. Great spot to stay overnight if you have an early flight in or out as it is not far from airport. Lots of dining options around! Check in was easy, front desk staff was very nice.

Breakfast was always cold and if you don't arrive by 945, there's no food. The room refrigerator froze our food and no way to adjust the thermostat.

Amazing breakfast!!! Quiet, clean, comfortable and really nice staff from front desk to kitchen staff. Nice to stay where someone cares about the small details.

The place was warm and inviting. The staff were pleasant and efficient. Bed was really nice and comfy. However, there was hair all over the bathtub when I checked in.

Only one check in on a weekend made the check in slow and they put us in a room that had not been cleaned. He tried his best but maybe it could have been better if there was another worker

Check in staff(male) was beyond awesome, good sense of humor and helpful. Room was clean, and super roomy as I had a toddler so super helpful. Good pricing as well as pool,spa was clean and welcoming. Breakfast was definitely a large variety and kept up. Will return in future

The front desk person was AMAZING, the whole staff for bfast and check in, everything was so clean and everyone was so nice and accommodating even tho it’s blizzard conditions out.

The hotel is quiet, well maintained, clean, and had a good breakfast. It was easy to access, as it is conveniently located off the main highway.

Used the restroom in the lobby, no water. Went to use hand Sanitizer at desk it was empty. I was told that they were working on plumbing and that’s why no water in bathroom. Desk clerk was rude

I neve got to check into the hotel Cuz they wouldn’t take my card they should have said they from the start that they don’t take chime card this was birthday present what a terrible day thanks a lot.

Pretty much as expected with a best western...odd setup for the breakfast area. A bit squeezed in and no privacy. Our mattress was good but a bit soft for my overall taste. The check in was smooth...no problems or concerns. Very quiet room. Just what we needed after a busy day.
