The staff was friendly and had a easy check in. However the room was filthy. Bedding and towels appeared to be clean but there was a thick layer of dust and nicotine throughout the room. For a smoking room the odor wasnt bad, but it didnt appear as though they had vaccumed in awhile. Since i had the room for 3 nights i got cleaning wipes and cleaned the room myself. The picture over the bed was nasty along with the window i could hardly see out of. My fridge did not work and i told the front desk but nothing ever happened with it. There was no hair dryer, phone, or clock in the room and cable wasnt very good. Bed was old but not too uncomfortable.

They have a lady that is on staff and rude as hell I paid to stay here online and got there with my stuff to be told I couldn’t be accommodated….. Now I’m fighting to get my money back for no reason

In our room we found multiple items left behind from previous people. There was a men’s blue watch in the tissue box, a tube of kids toothpaste on the windowsill behind the curtain, a cigarette butt on the floor next to the bed, and in the drawer next to the bed there was a (used) pregnancy test, a lightbulb, and some other random trash. The nonsmoking room smell terribly of smoke residue, so I went to get a staff member to verify this as I didn’t want to get charged for it as we aren’t smokers. There was a piece of wood in the window that I was advised was there to “secure the window” as a safety measure.. huh?!? We were on the first floor, and while our booking somehow said a smoking room I was told when we checked in, I stated that was incorrect as it should have been a nonsmoking room. The room condition may have been due to the last minute change. However rooms should never be used in that condition. Luckily the sheets were clean and the bed didn’t kill my back so it was manageable.
Aside from the issue if you need an inexpensive room this works just fine, it gets you what you pay for.

There were no public restrooms, breakfast was only bread for toast and cereal 2 kinds. Coffee was lukewarm. This not a place I would recommend or stay at again. Needed repairs.

I forgot to check-in.

Bed wasn't comfortable, the air conditioner was too loud, pool was cloudy and smelled funny, there were socks left in our room... it looked like it wasn't vacuumed at all.

It was ok weird smell. How do we get our 100 deposit back? Also they took our towels and never restocked them so unable to shower on the last day.

Our bedroom was nasty. Sheets weren’t changed and had dry crusty stuff on it. Pillow cases had hair on them. Microwave didn’t work. Window screen was broken. However when we went and told the hotel clerks they were very nice and gave us new sheets and what not. Also came and gave us a new microwave. They also switched tvs for us since the one we had in our room didn’t have an hdmi port. Ki the hotel clerk was amazing and did all of the moving and switching for us.

We were booked for two nights but left after the first night. Their was a stick in our window for a lock! There were cobwebs and bugs behind the door in the bathroom and the shower was just plain gross!

Dirty, bugs, cigarette burns, lights flicker, outlets are horrible, rude front desk associates, breakfast is a complete joke!

He first room given the AC didn’t work, I pulled back the bedsheets to see dead bugs on the bed. I requested a new room, 2nd needed vacuuming, when I moved the night stand there was old food on the floor under it. The hotel is filthy beds where old and uncomfortable front desk service terrible. The Continental Breakfast was terrible, dining room also filthy. 0 out of 10 stars I won’t stay there again

It really run down and shabby. The furniture in the lobby is dirty and the hot tub hasn't worked for weeks. That being said, the beds and pillows were pretty comfortable and our room was quiet. I've stayed there before and was checking in late and leaving early so basically just paying to sleep there.

Cobwebs and dirt in the corners of the rooms. Very dirty carpet! Hair in the sheets, bathroom sink and tub. Looked like soap in tub. Towel rack broken and no cable tv. Will not stay again!

It's borderline OK as long as you don't need to be there much. However, very hard to sleep at night with people going in and out all the time. The hotel itself was in very rough shape. I wouldn't even sit in the chair in our room, looked like mold or a certain kind of stains, if you know what I mean.

Room was old and smelled musty, window has spider webs all over inside the window frames and dead insects, bathroom shower was terrible, had water leaking out of faucet and plaster repair for water damage above shower head and black mold in bathroom!

Definitely a rough place. Apparently "non-smoking" still includes a free smoke smell.

older dingy hotel, cheap and near public transportation, just slept there

This hotel needs to be removed from this site and closed down. It was the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. Our room looked like a crime happened. it had evidence tape on the door and window screen was broken

The room was so dirty, the worst hotel I have stayed at. The walls were gross, there were stains on the walls. Stains on the carpet! Stains on the sheets and blanket. The room had a very bad odor. The hallways of the hotel had a bad smell. The bathroom was gross. The nightstand had ashes on it. The light fixtures were rusting. The bathroom had rusted towel holders, hair around the sink and was dirty in general. I felt dirty and very itchy after the stay for one night. I would not stay here again.

The staff were great, very helpful and courteous. The place was definitely in need of TLC and a good cleaning.

The building and rooms and furnishings were pretty old and falling apart. No outlets in the room. Walls and floors had holes/damage. Honestly not too upset about it though because the price was so affordable! But just be prepared, this is not a fancy place.

The jacuzzi sweet lacked an exhaust fan to keep humidity down. There was a painting randomly leaning against the wall instead of hanging over the bed. No accessible bottled water. Front desk had secured bottles but charged cash yet nowhere to get cash to buy it.

The stay itself was good. Interactions were pleasant and checking in/out was smooth. Breakfast was limited, cleanliness of the breakfast area was a concern. Only one plate was there for the continental breakfast. I looked in drawers for extra supply and seen dead bugs and debris in drawers. The juice machine was completely water, at least two mouse traps were visible on the breakfast counter, the air unit was uncovered next to the breakfast counter and the trash was overflowing. The hotel itself was decent, the breakfast area isn't recommended.

Economical hotel, nothing fancy, but very functional.

It is an old building but the rooms were clean. Area is quiet. I felt safe in it. Breakfast needs improvement.

Had my wife and 2 daughters there for a total of an hour but the non smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke and there was water pooled on the bathroom floor. Staff was very appologetic when I decided to check out, offered to switch me rooms but I had already booked a different hotel last minute in the room when I decided we weren’t going to be staying there. This hotel is cheap but that’s the only plus side, spend the extra $30 for the night and KNOW your family is staying somewhere clean and safe.

No hot breakfast. Our room smelt so bad musty, and asked to change rooms and that room smelt like smoke, got moved again smelt musty. I would nof sleep there again.

This was by far one of the worst experiences ive ever had. The front desk woman blatantly ignored us to text while we were attempting to check in. We were immediately informed that the hot tub, elevators, and towels would all be an issue at this location. When I asked if there was a discount available for the many amenities being either broken or imcompleted I was given blatant attitude. While walking us to our room we encountered industial fans and without inquiring at all, were told a toilet had backed up into the hall. Why would you offer this information? The facility was chosen solely for the hot tub and pool on our end, and they certainly charge for it. This place charges nice hotel rates and provides a rundown motel experience. Save your money

Other than the fact that I got to breakfast at 7:15 and there was 2 packets of cream cheese and 7 or so packets of butter in the counter top cooler, and a dribble of milk in the dispenser. I asked front desk what’s up with the breakfast? He said previous guests came through and took everything, (I wanted to ask why don’t you monitor these filthy animals)
He informed me he can’t replenish it because he won’t have anything for the next two days…he was clearly f.o.s bc when I checked out guests were sitting eating…I certainly didn’t miss much…otherwise very quiet all night, no foul smells
