Everything was super there. They also took the time to wash my car windshield overnight.

A beautiful hotel! Easy to get to by taxi (the taxis just shimmy right up those narrow streets). The room was perfect, and the staff were very attentive. I loved having the courtyard to relax in and enjoy a quiet glass of wine. Breakfast was very good. I wish that we had stayed here more than one night.

Base for exploring Cordoba and Seville.
Lovely hotel in best location for Cordoba.

Room allocated nothing like pictures for that grade, asked to be moved to room of that type and refused.
To compound matters the manager spoke to my wife at check out to confirm everything her staff had not done to resolve.
Very poor from NH, will never use them again.

Nice hotel with a few downs. We were not able to open a window during the night. But a nice big room.
the towel situation at the pool was a joke. In order to get towels to the pool, you needed to wait for a person to appear, then sign a piece of paper to get custody of 2 towels. When you wanted to return the towels you needed to wait for the towel lady (if she wasn´t there you needed to phone her) and then you could return your towels. Dear hotel: you need to fix this. I can´t imagine you loose so many towels during a summer that all this is necessary for some towels.

We had a greatvexperience, but the couple we were with booked at the same time and paid the same but got a much inferior room... andwere treated with contempt... the hotel from our perspective was very goodin a great location. Parking was €25

A fabulous hotel in the centre of Cordoba. Easy walking distance to historical attractions and a huge variety of cafés /restaurants. Staff were friendly and welcoming, especially the ladies at breakfast.

My husband and I spent 2 nights at this hotel, including my birthday.
Our room was spacious and had a lovely private patio. The only disappointment was that the headrest was not attached to the bed so when you sat up in bed it slid forward leaving a large gap between the bed and the head rest.
The staff tried hard to provide 5 star service but somehow missed the mark. As platinum Hotels.com members were offered free wine and asked if we preferred red or white. We asked for red but received white, but there was no corkscrew in the room. They attempted to deliver a birthday cake to my room on my birthday but we had the do not disturb sign on so they left a calling card instead. When I called reception they told me it was just a weather card! I eventually received my cake for breakfast the next morning.
Our biggest complaint was the pool. There were far too few chairs for the number of guests and the silly system requiring guests to call staff in order to sign for a towel resulted in lots of time waiting around. Why not trust your guests and provide pool towels in the room?!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the check in to check out, the service at the reception was great, including luggage storage, taxi calling service, late checkout / welcome gifts, and area information with maps and suggested restaurants. The breakfast buffet was good with nice selection. The pool is on the smaller side so gets crowded in the afternoon but seems quiet after 7:30pm till closing at 9pm. Location of the hotel is right at the center of the old town with 5 minutes of walking to all historical sites. AC was great in the room as well as the room itself (very spacious) with a nice terrace and amenities included. Definitely a great choice if staying in Cordoba for a day or week.

Nice hotel, however, as a wheelchair user checking in would have been difficult if i hadn't had my spouse with me. Also, on returning to the hotel at night , the door was locked, and there was no bell. Again, lucky, my spouse was able to go up the steps and get assistance. They did upgrade our room because of the wheelchair and that was a very nice and most welcome gesture

I love this little hotel. I have stayed here before and it was because of that stay that I started booking NH properties. They are good, reliable and come in all price ranges. This particular hotel is nicely located in the old city quarters. Close to the Mezquita and the Real Alcazar and within walking distance of many other attractions. Plenty places to eat and drink nearby. The staff at this hotel are super service oriented, friendly and go out if their way to acommodate your needs. The rooms are very comfortable, not huge but not cramped, and are well maintained. Good AC temperature desperately needed during hot August in Cordoba. The breakfast buffet is varied and the staff at the dining room is really friendly and eager to please. Parking on the premises for a nightly rate is very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay here. Sara and Rafa at reception were outstanding. Highly recommend.

Experience at this hotel was amazing! Staff was friendly and accommodating, especially the ladies at breakfast. Hotel is within walking distance to attractions and restaurants. Room and bathroom was spacious and comfortable. We traveled by car and although they having parking on site, roads were too narrow. We parked at another garage that was a two minute walk away.

Beautiful hotel. Not many windows, since it’s built in the walls of a fortress, but rooks are spacious and beautiful.
Perfect location - close to tourist attractions
Friendly staff - the young lady who was at the reception when we arrived was very polite and willing to help. Unfortunately, we did not get her name, but she desrves kudos for her professionalism
Negatives:
- hard to find, including hard to find a parking space. The hotel should share the parking options ahead of time, along with precise locations (street names) and instructions - e.g. if you park on the street, blue lines are for paid parking, white lines are for free parking. We circled the old town and almost got stuck on the narrow streets, when the hotel was within walking distance from free parking available on three streets. We could have avoided a lot of aggravation had better instructions been provided to us.

From entering the hotel for the first time, the smell was wonderful. The exterior of the hotel was in keeping with it's surroundings yet it was contemporary and modern inside where the decor allowed. Pool was small but ideal for us and the water was a pleasant temperature. Room was superb and every member of staff we came across was friendly, smiling and courteous. I'm struggling to find anything negative in the interest of being balanced and the only thing I have is that a party of approx 20 (I believe British teenagers) arrived on the second day and killed any tranquility there was round the pool. Also, as there were so many, other guests were unable to use the pool. I can't blame the hotel for this but it did taint our second day. We will be going back to the same hotel without any hesitation. Love, love, love this hotel. BTW - breakfast was superb.

Hotel is situated in the heart of the old town of Cordoba - very convenient for exploring the key places of interest on foot.
Junior Suite room was not as pictured on the internet & still unsure if the room we were given was a Junior Suite as booked, There were no other Junior suites available.
Limited space, sun-beds & parasols around the pool for guests’ use on ridiculously hot days.

Hotel was overall amazing. Rooms clean, helpful staff and perfect location. Close to many restaurants, bars and shops.

I recommend parking at the MEZQUITA PAKING LOT, about 300 feet from the hotel.

This hotel is perfect! The location is perfectly close to food and shopping and the Mezquita. The pool is a perk. From the fragrance of the hotel to the adorable welcome candies, it was a lovely stay. The downside is the VERY hard bed and the hotel is difficult to find and drive to.

Lovely little hotel within the city walls. Upscale feel, but the bed is rock hard. Our AC stopped working during the night. I informed the hotel the next morning, but we were checking out.

We like the welcome at the reception and breakfast. Hotel is ideally situated. We enjoyed relaxing by the swimming pool after a day site-seing.

Located in the middle of the old town, minutes from the Mezquita, Alcazar and royal stables.
The room was perfect as was the bathroom.
The hotel itself is stunning and has a good pool.

Great front desk staff who had amazing & authentic dinner recommendations. Clean, walkable & beautiful location.

Staff was wonderful. Room very comfortable

Great location in the old City. Very walkable to the Mesquite Cathedral. Word of caution- the road St Tomas to the Plaza Maimodines and the hotel is a very tight one lane road, AND IT GOES TWO DIRECTIONS! You may have to back out! Very nerve wracking.
8.0
Towels for the pool were obtained via a pass system, passes were issued at reception and then exchanged for towels at the pool area which was always unattended. This resulted in long waits to either receive or return towels in 38 degree heat, really negating the benefit of the pool. We also had to have our room keys recoded 3 times in 2 nights, not ideal. Aside from that staff were friendly, hotel was clean and tidy.

Location is great, in the heart of the old city and near the Mosque/Cathedral, but challenging to find by car.
Positive:
- Room was spacious with a comfortable king bed. Pillows were super nice.
- We had a junior suite and there was a small sofa that turned onto a single bed for our 5 year old, which was great.
- Room had all the amenities, including coffee machine and cattle.
- Bathroom was great with all amenities, hair dryer was great.
- Parking was VERY tight, but it was located in the same building, which is a big plus. There was a valet to help parking. Cost was 25 euro/day.
- Staff was super nice and allowed us to use the parking for a couple of extra hours after we checked out.
- Pool is small and located in a nice courtyard. It was a big plus to
- Breakfast was great - 100% worth it! There were a lot of hot options, fresh fruit and a pancake and omelet station.
- Location is unbeatable, inside the old city, walkable to all major attractions and it felt safe at night.
Negative:
- We were driving and the hotel was a bit hard to find, as you have to drive into the city in the SUPER narrow streets. It felt as if we were driving into the wrong place, but after you enter the old city gate, the hotel is located 200 m, just by the bullfighting museum. We were driving a small SUV and it was tight, but location still very worth it.
- when we booked the hotel, Hotels.com mentioned that parking was included in the rate, but as we got there staff told us that we had to pay

I would love to come back to this beautiful hotel in the perfect location in Córdoba’s old city. Close to the most important monuments.
The room was very neat and comfortable . The staff was very amiable and helpful!!!

This was a lovely property, and our only regret is that we only stayed for 1 night! We booked a superior room, and it was definitely that! Super comfortable and stylish and with everything a modern traveller might need, it was still very much in keeping with the age of the building.
Facilities were great – breakfast was excellent – staff were attentive and friendly. The location was fantastic – in the Old Jewish quarter and within easy walking distance of all the main attractions of this beautiful city.
Highly recommend – we will return for a longer stay next time.

I traveled alone. At first I received a smaller room than what I booked and complained about it. Although they ridiculously excused ‘it’s because you stay alone…’, I could move to the room where I originally booked. Though there was a small incident, I was satisfied with this hotel overall
