The pool is always broken, at least tree times during my visits this last year ? And never any reduction of the fee due to that, its bad !

They charged my for my cat but I didn't receive anything for it. When I pay for the room I received clean sheet, toiletries, breakfast but for this charge I have nothing. I have been in other hotels "pet friendly" without this charge.

Stayed here when visiting Stockholm to attend a Taylor Swift Concert at the Friends Arena. Great walkable location from arena & Mall of Scandinavia, comfy beds, friendly staff - would definitely recommend!

Breakfast buffet was excellent and staff was very nice

Staff are very friendly and helpful although there's no daily room service/cleaning, etc or signage to request service. Hotel is conveniently located near bus stop into town and airport shuttle.

Nice business hotel with good location to business areas as well as city center. Breakfast is better than average and the bar area has several quite areas where you can sit and work with something to drink without too much noise.

It seems like an old hotel which was modern I the eighties.

The best thing about our stay was without a doubt the friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Stockholm!

The room was very dirty while we came. There were som strange insects on the floor også. It seemed the room was not cleaned in months.
The positiv was that it had car parking and the staff and breakfast were not too bad.

Family room was without any complementary drinks, nothing for tea and coffee making and even no room fridge. No toiletries except shower gel and schampoo. In the morning noise from nearby highway quite disturbing. Room was not so cosy it felt warm not good ventilation. Breakfast was excellent. Location is good.

The hotel seems a bit old and needs a modern touch. The recently renovated spa area is Nice and I really liked the free parking. I was on business and great for that but as a tourist the licstion to Down town and orker areas could be better

In general, hotel is good. We noticed that there is no safe box in the room, but in the description it was saying that it should be.Restaurant was closed during the New Year period of time (from Dec 26th till January 6th) and it was a surprise for us. We went to a closest hotel Hotel Winery for a dinner. When we asked at the reception to clean the room, we have got only the towels changed. No cleaning was done at all. May be it was only our not positive experience with cleaning, but thi s is what I have to mention.

Whilst the rooms at Scandic Jarva Krog are very basic & with low quality bedding, the hotel facilities are fantastic. We could have stayed for hours at breakfast time with all that was on offer and the Jacuzzi and Gym were nicely done. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds and the wifi was good.

Room fine. Restaurant a disappointment - hardly any choice left and what was left to order arrived burned. Not ideal location if arriving by foot... so hard to navigate road syatem as pedestrian in snow!

Spent our first three nights in Sweden at the Scandic Jarva Krog. Transfer from Arlanda Airport cost £68 via Uber (larger 6 person cab) and we booked 2 rooms. Rooms were perfectly clean, beds super-comfy and although the outside temperature was 28℃ the windows opened up to allow the breeze in. If unlike us, youre not used to inner city traffic noise, then the open window might be an issue as the motorway is busy all the time but it didnt bother us.The breakfast buffet was so varied and plentiful that the vegetarians, fussy-eaters and nut-allergic amongst us were all really well catered for. Delicious yogurt, fresh fruit, porridge, cooked items, pastries, cheeses, cereals, breads and jams/marmalade, enough to keep you full till evening.Bus stop opposite hotel takes you to metro station and the quietly efficient Stockholm public transport network.Would happily recommend the Scandic Jarva Krog, especially for families with young children.

This hotel was 10 minutes on the train from Stockholm. Nothing to do in immediate vicinity. If you wanted to go out in town in the evening, trains are frequent back from town. Bus from airport will also take you to hotel so even if it feels like the middle of nowhere your well connected. Breakfast was great, although it would have been nice to have the occasional banana, that said I didnt go hungry, and didnt eat the same thing twice during my stay. Bedroom was basic but I think it was the budget choice, I suspect there were fancier options. Clean warm and working shower what more can you ask for? Would probably pick a hotel in centre though were I to go again just to save on travel fare.

chose the hotel because it had free breakfast and free parking, and it was close to the expressway, so we figured it would be convenient. NO it was such a nightmare driving to the hotel because there is this small road that you have to turn into when you exit the expressway, and if you miss it, you turn right BACK onto the express because there is a cement wall that prevents you from changing lane. the road is so small that it doesn't show on the GPS which is very problematic.

After hearing nothing but good things about the Scandic chain of hotels, i decided to try one for myself. On check in the staff were excellent, helpful, informative and their English as very good. When I got to my room and opened the door, it was a bit disappointing. The room cleanliness was ok but I felt that it could benefit from a deep clean and a bit of a spruce up as the decor looked really aged and there were horrible black marks all over the floor. The bathroom was fine, though it took me a while to figure out how to use the shower so maybe better instructions could be used. Nice comfy bed and plenty of towels. Breakfast was excellent, a very good selection of foods. Checkout was great too, no fuss. I would definitely stay at this hotel again but I do feel that some of the rooms could use a bit of a revamp.
