Old building with comfortable rooms in good location. Nice breakfast
2.5 / 5.0
Pool/roof top area was amazing, with views of Seville! Housekeeping was daily and very clean. Room had good air con, fridge, fresh towels good air con, comfy bed, spacious room. Hotel also has luggage storage and a vending machine. Breakfast also available for a few.
5.0 / 5.0
Affordable, clean and unpretentious. The hotel is dated and a bit tacky, but in a way that has some retro charm. Bed was on the harder side. Bathrooms have tubs cause its old shool. The hotel staff are very nice. The rooftop pool is crowded on a hot day. Decent location. Paid parking is close by.

Check in was not prepared for a full hotel of ac/dc fans staying for a concert. Could have been easily solved with a few extra staff. They were charging top rates for the night as expected but didnt seem to prepare or do anything special to justify

The receptionist was a deceiver, promised a lot and didn't deliver on anything promised.
This hotel advertised a glorious swimming pool, but it hasn't anything to show.
I felt deceived.

Great hotel with and excellent staff

Over rated and in need of renovation. Definitely over priced. Unfriendly and inattentive reception staff. Buffet offer reasonable.

The hotel is beautiful, outside, the inside floors look old, in my opinion is due for a complete overhaul renovation, stay rooms are warm, AC very weak but it’s Seville, hottest city in Spain.
1.5 / 5.0
The hotel was okay. Very outdated/in need of renovation in the bathroom. The rest of the room was fine. AC didn't work terribly well. But in a great location for a lovely walk through the Old Town.

The pool was closed, there is no gym, noisy air conditioning. The rest was ok.

This hotel was just adequate with nice transportation facilities around. Hotel itself is pretty old property. Maintenance could have better.

I can’t tell you how sad and unhappy we were to go to a hotel with bad service no restaurant on site and the worst no AC at all in a hot day they change us to another Erin with a window so we can open it was UNACWPTABLE we paid $350 Poe a piece of bad hotel soooo sad and upset

Extremely helpful staff. The area is accessible to both the old town and the train station. Taxis are available around the clock. Comfortable rooms. Walls a little thin, but we got used to it.

Expensive hotel with no any kettle nor having a complementary water or tea or coffee in the room and the swimming pool was close so bad for stey for 3 night for 1,489 pound wha a joke will not recommend to anyone who will travel to Seville and stay in this place . But the location for tourist it’s all convenient

The hotel is quite dated but it clean and convenient. Really well priced too
3.0 / 5.0
The pool area was not open and we specifically booked it because it had a pool the terrace was not particularly clean or welcoming - no comfortable chairs or beds. The hotel is very dated and clearly closed down shops once within it are vacant A good area with good links but little information in room etc.

Stayed for just the one night. Excellent stay, and very reasonably priced. Location is great for the tiny winding old city of Seville, and for its many bars and tapas restaurants. Service and check-in was professional, and prompt. Would definitely stay again

Excellent location, quiet room, friendly staff and great breakfast option.

Very good hotel in a good location but some way from the main views
3.0 / 5.0
The room had a very bad smell, although it appeared to be clean. There is no on site restaurant, and the restaurants around the hotel are mediocre at best. Still for the price we paid it was a good value.

Regret, old hotel, breakfast very poor not tasty not enough. wifi weak... other more things ( no caffe machine, no kettle ) very noisy air conditioning and no temperature control …….we didnt get what we expected.
1.5 / 5.0
The hotel looks amazing from outside. It is very traditional outside and staff ate warm and friendly.
Issues we had was TV did not work and the aircon was meh. Also no detail that the pool is only open in summer despite it being above 20° on two of our 3 nights.
But given the price the hotel was more than fair and value for money
2.5 / 5.0
Location was great. Easily get to the bus stop for the tours. Staff was very helpful and the breakfast was very good. The air conditioner in the room did not work well. That is the only problem we had. Great place and a very good place to eat one block away.

This hotel is situated at the edge of the Macarena district and just opposite the Andalusian parliament. It is a little further out of the main centre, however you can walk to the Metropol Parasol in 15 minutes, and the old town in about 30. There are also bus links although I didn't take them. I liked the fact the hotel had a taxi rank outside which I didn't find out until checking out, as I did need one to get back to Santa Justa. I loved the single room I had which was really huge given it was a single. I appeared to be in a smaller, quieter wing towards the back of the hotel which I preferred. Bed was comfortable and I loved the toiletries and shower. I would agree with other reviews saying to maybe bring earplugs as you definitely can hear things from the room next door. There seemed to be a poorly man in the one next to mine but in the end I got used to it, and this wasn't overly disruptive to me as I'm a night owl, so was probably up after him most nights! I stayed for 3 nights and this was great for having the time to explore the city. Reception check-in was friendly, after the service became more impersonal as the hotel is very big. However I had an issue with my suitcase handle and they proactively offered to send a janitor to the room to help me out, which I hadn't really expected and this was helpful as I had to take my return flight to the UK with this case intact. I would stay again, I'd request the same room which was on the 4th floor, number 448.

The front desk was helpful. Buffet breakfast was not good. Not much choice for vegetarians. Cafeteria wasn’t clean. Room is average and dark. Not enough light.
1.0 / 5.0
Shower was broken room smells pretty bad there is not swimming pool staff show no concern take it or leave it
1.5 / 5.0
Everything in the room was on the brink of braking down.
The walls were thin as paper and we could hear the next door guy farting on the other side - that’s how thin the walls are! Next door neighbors also woke up 6 am and started talking which means so did we.
We were only staying for 2 nights and we picked this place based it has a pool but when we arrived they told us it is only open on our day of arrival not next day. Felt betrayed because this was not made clear when we booked it or it didn’t read anywhere.
