nice hotel enjoyed my stay

The hotel was older but had been updated. Staff was not friendly or welcoming. Our room did not get cleaned out last full day. There were no towels at the pool. It was quiet for being close to the airport.

TV out of order, no hot water, no garbage emptied and no change of linen for 4 nights and one hour waiting before to get the room.... we arrived at 4pm...

Property appeared fine from outside and lobby. Bathroom was obviously not cleaned- hair and soap on surfaces. There was no hot water in sink or shower. Would not recommend this hotel.

The room was not cleaned daily

This wasn't the worst hotel/motel I've stayed in, yet it was no where close to standard in accustom to with The Hampton Chain. I didn't feel comfortable in the room, it didn't feel like a clean property at all. Like I said it wasn't the worst hotel, just not A Hampton.

I thought the snack next to the front desk was free because there is no sign of the price.

This should have been an easy review, as the rooms are spacious, the location is good, and a reasonable breakfast is included in the price. The downfall however came with the cleaning services at this property. First, cleaning services (and I use that word loosely as all it entails is a change of linen and towels - the bathroom, floors and kitchenette are not cleaned while you occupy the room) happen every other day. Yep, in this era of having to co-exist with COVID, we still have hotels offering "cleaning services" every other day. On one of the days, they forgot to 'clean' our room and the inflexibility of the service meant that we had to wait two more days to receive this service. As much as we tried to get them to allow us this service on the off day, we were just told that "our room was not on the board to be cleaned that day. Absolutely ridiculous!! We can't blame the staff though, management puts these stringent, anti-customer friendly rules in place and the overworked staff have to live off these pathetic decisions, including having only one employee on site during afterhours and never seeing a manager around to guide the business. There's also an issue with fine ants on the beds and particularly under the mattress, maybe this could be addressed if there was a real, regular cleaning service.

Awesome property and Las Vegas restaurant next door was great.

I was at the opinion the property was closer to Dolphin Mall as implied by the name.

One the two rooms we rented smelled like urine. The management exchanged it without issues, but the other room was smelling too (although not as bad as the other) There was hair in the tub on the bathroom walls and floor. The tiles were sticky, making a noise with every step. The room just felt gross. Next day we asked for disinfecting the floors and the carpet, and it felt somewhat cleaner but we could still smell the urine a little bit. The fridge holding furniture door was hanging with broken hinges and the button that controlled the temperature inside the fridge was broken off. The fridge was barely cold and there wasn't a way to adjust it.

We liked when we checked in. Friendly girl eventhough we had to wait an hiur for our room to be ready but worth it. When we checked out we got another person... she was so unfriendly. The breakfast was good and the bathroom was quite spacious. Comfy bed and spacious room in general. Out room was in front of the road so you could hear the traffic.

The hotel is a little older, but it is clean and has excellent breakfast and customer service.

I enjoyed everything except the complimentary breakfast. Most of it was always done early.

My recent stay at Hampton Hill and Suites Doral Miami was a complete disaster. Here's a brief overview of the numerous issues encountered: Unhygienic Rooms: Initially assigned a room with vomit-smelling sheets, the alternative room's AC emitted a moldy odor. Front desk failed to address this, leaving me in discomfort throughout my stay. Neglected Amenities: My need for hot water, essential for my medication, led me to the front desk, where I found hot water containers emitting a strong coffee odor, indicating a lack of cleanliness and proper maintenance. These containers seemed to be used interchangeably for coffee and hot water, raising serious concerns about hygiene. The staff's dismissive response to my concerns added to the frustration. Misleading Breakfast Claims: Promised complimentary breakfast was a sham. Shortage of essential items like milk, bread, juices, and spreads, with indifferent responses from staff. Uncooperative Staff: Most staff were unhelpful and visibly frustrated by additional inquiries. The purportedly renovated Hampton Hill and Suites Doral Miami was a massive disappointment. The deplorable conditions and apathetic attitude of the staff were inexcusable, especially considering the high cost of the stay. I'm left questioning whether booking through Expedia subjected me to inferior treatment. Avoid this chain for a better experience elsewhere.

I can’t say anything good or bad about this property. Breakfast was so so, specifically on 26 of Dec many things were out of many items and no one was there to refill. The seating area for breakfast is really small.

My personal opinion is that I did not feel welcome at that branch in Doral unlike at Dadeland where the staff is so much more cordial. I did reach early for my check in an was told the room is not ready as it was being cleaned. Sat for 2 hours waiting and ofcourse had clear sight of the room that I was eventually assigned. There was no activity whatsoever. Long and short will never stay or recommend that particular branch ever again. I am an international traveller.

Crowdy to the point breakfast was difficult and front desk could not answer my calls.
