We booked this hotel for one night before a cruise. Hotel is good but finding the entrance is not easy. If returning a rental car to the airport because is near, don’t be deceived by the maps, traffic is terrible and can take longer than expected. Staff in general are great. Rooms are a good size for European standards. Breakfast was great! If I find myself in Genoa again I will book again.

The location of the hotel was great next to the aquarium and the center. The staff were nice but not the best in NH collection hotel. There was a parking close to the hotel so if you have a car don't worry. The worst thing was the cleanness of the room. There was a hair allover the room and we had to ask for slippers that were not in the room already

This hotel is amazing 👏 food was great, service was great and it was clean and comfortable. Rooms had everything you need. For light sleepers; you do hear the cruise ship horns but that didn't bother us.

The hotel suited our needs perfectly for our one night in Genoa. It was very well located for exploring the port and the city as well as being convenient for the railway station. The hotel was clean, the rooms comfortable and the staff were friendly. We didn't visit either the restaurant or the bar during our stay.

Air conditioning very bad The room not worth the price, even though I booked sweet, they also not provide physical iron where it should be available in such this hotel and rate. Also they didn’t provide adapter for foreign users.They claim that they don’t have any more Breakfast less than the standard. However the hotel staff was good

Lovely hotel in a perfect spot. Arrived by car and the hotel is just outside the ZTL so worries about that. Easy parking right at hotel. Reception staff welcoming and helpful. Lobby spacious and comfortable. Great room with view of the Marina. A easy walk across the street and right in the heart of Genova’s old city. All the sights, restaurants, shopping and GELATO within easy walking distance.

The first thing that hits you upon entering hotel is the STRONGEST perfume smell coming from ventilation system. I had a headache immediately while checking in and continued so anytime I was in the hotel. The surrounding area was very scary at night- would not recommend walking around after dark. The staff was friendly and rooms were decent but dated. Not at all what I expected from online pictures.

The hotel location is really amazing and interesting , especially it's in the old port wich was built by the famous architect Renzo Piano if i'm not mistaken..and one more things it's a walking distance from the historic city . The hotel is surrounded by attractive and interested places to visit (the amazing ship , the aquarium and more). My room was a big one with a terrace, the view is really amazing direct to marina..clean and safe place For sure if i planned to visit genoa again i will come back to this hotel . Thanks to everyone in this place. PS: i want just to mention that the room needs a carpet, the floor is cold.

If you are after a quiet hotel to stay at - this hotel is definitely NOT for you. Stayed 2 nights and barely got any sleep. It’s not the hotel itself - the room was nice and the staff were friendly. It was inconsiderate guests. It’s a very family friendly hotel. Our room was near the lifts so we heard everyone! From 15 minute loud conversations in front of our room late at night to screaming babies all night in an opposite room. Loads of kids yelling, running, bashing on our door and even playing basketball in the hall.
