We did not get cleaning services due to the fact that we were only there two nights. Had to ask for more towels. The shower was awful. The doors did not stay closed and the floor was wet as a result including the toilet seat. We could hear everything in the hallway, the rooms on either side of us and the room above us. It was a very noisy stay. The bed was too close to the air/heating unit. And the room was either freezing or sweltering. We couldn’t get the temps right. Also, you need a nightlight of some kind in the bathroom or sink area. And no makeup mirrors were available either.

The hotel is secluded, clean, and safe. It’s a little pricey for what you get. However, the rooms are so dark. I turned on every possible light and it was extremely dark. I was working part of my trip and I found that rather depressing.

It was fine for a couple nights. The layout of the room was a bit odd - couldn’t really watch tv from bed and the bathroom was directly across from the bed. There was low water pressure. The ice machines are only on 2 floors so if you’re not on that floor (like us) then you have to take the elevator down to get ice. Like super small things. Breakfast was good. Loved making my own waffles but the line can get long because it takes a little bit. But we’d stay there again if we’re in the area.

We loved the room and the layout for the bathroom. Everything was clean and well furnished and up to date. We would like to see a refrigerator with a freezer. We loved the table and couch . The beds were very comfortable and we slept well . It location was nice and very quiet. We we like to see more options for breakfast . Every day it was the same scrambled eggs and sausage. We would like to see more options. Other than that we had a very pleasant stay and will be back.

we we're just staying overnight as u was in the area to pickup my oldest son and move him back home. The room was very comfortable and my younger two boys were able to burn off a lot of energy in the pool.

This hotel was spotless. Rooms were updated and well-sized. Breakfast was busy, but well stocked. Breakfast was especially great once they got the waffle maker going the 3rd day of our stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a large group and they were very accommodating, even suggesting their courtyard as a place for us to meet together. Our kids enjoyed the pool.

The room was nice and the staff was mostly nice. I had two bad breakfast experiences. Having said that Everything else was great. As is human nature, I'm going to focus on the bad to the detriment of the good. Breakfast closes at 10 AM and I arrived at 9:58 am (without being aware of the time). After making my Belgian waffle I noticed there were no plates and there was no staff in the area. I asked Brian at the front desk if I might be able to get a plate. Her said NO I was too late; breakfast closed at 10:00 am. I returned to my room and noticed the time was 10:02. Had I known the time when turned away, I might have insisted upon a plate. The next day, I came down for breakfast with my family at 9:30. The breakfast bar was out of fruit topping for the Belgian waffles so I asked the staff if we could have fruit to put on the our waffles, they said no. Feeling wronged, I asked Brian at the front desk if there were a way to get fruit to put on our Belgian waffles. He explained that NO, there would be no more toppings as the breakfast area would soon be closing. Brian's two unapologetic and terse rejections would have been better accepted the breakfast area closed sign had been out the first time and if I actually was late. They did this at 10:00 sharp on the second day but still kindly provided another guest with a plate after having closed the area. Bad experiences with Brian aside, we enjoyed a nice walk to the river and otherwise had a great stay.

I liked the proximity to Manchester Airport but that's where it ends. The hotel was clean but we asked for daily room service. We returned at night from a graduation to find the bed not made, no clean towels, trash unemptied and required my husband after a long day to go down to the desk to fetch towels while I made the bed. The breakfast buffet was monotonous. Everyday the same thing. Scrambled eggs, sausage patties, toast. The weekend did have a waffle maker but it was removed on Monday. The sausage patties tasted old and me and my husband both had stomach issues after eating them which limited us to bagels or muffins. We can not eat too many carbs. The pool that was indoors was dirty and cold not appealing at all. It was so so and not worth the money we paid
