Hotel was nice and affordable. Front desk assistant Patricia was very welcoming and helpful. Room deposit was also very reasonable.

This property seems to be used as transitional housing for homeless families and the traffic was heavy. Breakfast was awful.. food dry, no orange juice…. area dirty. I was EXTREMELY disappointed. I did not feel safe. The cops came to the property at least once during my stay. Terrible atmosphere!! Housekeeping left cleaning chemicals and cloths in my room after changing sheets. Very bad experience!!

Very friendly staff. Room was spacious and clean. Lobby and building’s exterior as well as exterior is very clean.

We were very pleased. The lovely lady who checked us in was professional and welcoming. We were a little concerned after reading some of the negative reviews that were posted but we found our room to be very clean. The rooms are dated and could use renovation but not withstanding there was nothing wrong with them. The location was very close to the party we were attending and we appreciated the convenience and the price.

Plug for tub and sink did not work. Only one elevator, which was outdated. Other than that everything was fine.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I don’t even know where to start. The woman who works the front desk (patricia i think her name is) is one of the most nastiest and rudest humans i have ever come into contact with. We booked a king suite (king bed for my husband and i) with a pull out (for my 3 year old). She gave us a double bed room and told us there was nothing she could do for us and that there were no king rooms available even though we booked our room well in advanced. She made no effort to try and accommodate us, not even an apology! It was almost as if she couldn’t be bothered. She didn’t even make eye contact with us and was extremely rude in her responses! We were not refunded. We were not accommodated. This was a family vacation and my husband and i had to sleep in separate beds as the beds provided were extremely small! Not to mention the bathroom was clearly not cleaned, there were clear rubber hair ties all over the counter along with hair in the sink and walls of the shower. Soap scum all on the shower wall. Bathroom floor was FILTHY. Yellow stains in the tub. The sheets and comforter were clearly dirty. The lighting fixtures are disgusting. The table in the kitchen area is also disgusting. The room smells like mold and the AC barely works. On top of all of that, the blaring fire alarm went off… TWICE! everyone evacuated their rooms just for us to be told it was a false alarm. This has been the absolute worst hotel experience i’ve ever had.

Beds are very comfortable! Nice and clean. Breakfast was set up oddly but it was nice as be fresh. Would definitely stay again!

The property shows pictures of Pool, which has been closed for one year.. this would have been a deal breaker for me . I do not appreciate this deceptive marketing at all. For a family staying for 2 weeks, engaging young kids is a nightmare in summer without a pool. some staff members are rude as well. Breakfast is good

It was good in a pinch. This particular Springhill Suites is very outdated (there was an iHome dock next to the bed). We had an issue with ants in the room, they were there when we arrived and we had a hard time keeping them away. The continental breakfast was definitely a plus.

There were dirty towels in the bathroom when we checked in. Floors and sofa were dirty. This hotel is not to the standard of a Marriott brand.

Nice clean inexpensive room with breakfast included. I arrived late and left early so a good nights sleep and breakfast which was a bonus is all I needed. Overall a good value

I booked and paid for a king suite. When I checked in, I was told only doubles were available. There was a long line to check in with only one employee working. The toilet had poo stains on the seat, the couch contained stains all over the cushions, there was no soap in the bathroom. This hotel is not being maintained or cleaned correctly. Must have very poor management. I’ll never stay here again.

The towels although laundried were still stained and looked old and dirty. Could not bear to use it because the white towel were yellow with brown and black spotted stains on it. The tub was not properly cleaned with scums and oil. Very slippery and also fell while attempting to use for the 1st time

I came to the hotel because I needed some quiet time to rest from some very stressful day and where they put me in the room and there was so much noise. I wind up being up all night and it was not worth my $109 for me to be kept away all night, I was so disappointed

Room has a smell like sweat. Carpet is old and my wife got poke by a nail on the way to the bathroom because the carpet is ripped the the nail that holds the carpets has exposed. Breakfast is okay.

Great price for the stay and area. Hotel was located in an industrial like surroundings so it didn’t have a very warm welcoming but the price made up for the surrounding area. I would recommend people stay there if they need a place for just the night or are limited in funds and need a cheap place to stay at.
