Wonderful overnight getaway. Beautiful hotel and grounds. Lots of good dining options nearby. On site restaurant has a great breakfast menu.

Our day started off wonderful with Jeffrey welcoming us as valet and Willow as checking us in. We went to the pool and the service was horrible that took forever to get anything to eat or drink. Our rooms air conditioning didn’t work and it took them over an hour to move us. Beautiful hotel needs help and service.

The Ballantyne is a beautiful property and was immediately impressed the moment we pulled up. Walking into the hotel was like a dream. Staff was very helpful and extremely friendly.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a long weekend getaway and we loved it! It’s a beautiful hotel. The bed was very comfortable, which is important to us and the outdoor pool was amazing, which is important to me :) We would definitely return, probably when they are done building the surrounding area.

I ordered 2 rooms. Called days in advance and asked if they would make a note. To request adjoining rooms If they had availability. They said. “NO we won’t make a note. We can’t change your reservation” I completely understand if you don’t have availability. But just pretend to be accommodating and at the very least make a NOTE! Especially since most people who book a hotel room see adjoining rooms as a negative.

Well kept. Pools a little deceiving because it’s not that big. The pool staff is wonderful as well as the front desk. We extended our stay one day and they gave me the rate I had through Expedia-which was nice. Didn’t realize there was no longer a golf course-its buildings and a park. So currently a lot of construction in the back-but didn’t hear it from our room. FYI: no refrigerators in the room-you have to pay a $25 fee for one-it’s just the mini bar so that was inconvenient.

Hotel is lovely and room was beautiful.. However, if you book by hotels.com they will down grade your room but still charge full price.. Out of the 6 rooms I booked and paid for only 2 were correct.. Employee literally told my sister to make her daughter sleep on the floor.. Not a fun experience..

Stayed here two days for a staycation. We really enjoyed the room. Only complaints were the tub looks small and dated and a regular breakfast was literally $100. We didn’t do dinner in the restaurant. Not enough options in the menu. Staff was super wonderful.

It was a WONDERFUL stay! They are very attentive! The food and drinks were OUTSTANDING! The property even sent complimentary anniversary champagne and chocolate covered strawberries! We will do our anniversary there again next year!

Always a good stay. The area has grown and a lot of new dining/entertainment options. I miss the old Ballantyne and golf course but things change and the hotel is still a top choice.

I didn't like the idea of having to scan on my phone to be able to order food to room. Also not having a mini fridge in my room or microwave for how much I paid for the stay. I liked the convenienve of getting to my room easy.

Absolutely first class. When we checked in they ask me what the occasion was for our visit. We were getting away to celebrate our 25th anniversary. When we came back from dinner there was a chilled bottle of sparkling wine in our room. Everything is SO ELEGANT! The staff is incredibly friendly. Rooms are gorgeous and spotless. Ballantyne never disappoints!!!

The room on the park side hit the mark for us. We left the balcony door open just to listen to the fountains as we unwound from the day. Staff was friendly. It was nice the had both an indoor and outdoor pool. We enjoyed the service poolside for drinks and food.

Nice place and nice staff but exterior needs serious cleaning or power wash plus my window view was covered in cobwebs and dirt. It’s gotta be the first resort I’ve stayed at with no fridge- oh they have a mini bar fridge loaded with overpriced amenities but you can’t even stick a bottle of water in it to keep cold! And if you like a coffee first thing in your room you’ll need to throw on a robe and head to the lobby- complimentary yes, inconvenient absolutely. Only 1 restaurant onsite as well, good food though.

My husband and I stayed here for our second wedding anniversary. It was an amazing experience! Evan and Ryan provided excellent customer service throughout our entire stay. The property is immaculate and the amenities were great. We will definitely be visiting again!

We loved our stay here. I surprised my boyfriend with a romantic getaway. He was very happy with our room and how they decorated the bed both nights with roses and rose petals (I asked for this amenity, I think it’s called a “Romantic Turndown”). The staff was so amazing to us. I loved the weekend here, I wasn’t ready to go and attempted to convince my boyfriend to stay another night but he told me no. He said we’ll definitely be back and we’ll stay longer. We didn’t participate in the events on the property or the restaurants. But everything we did was pretty close or 30 minutes drive time. I loved not having to drive so far for fun.

You will have a view of either the parking lot or the high rise apartment building being constructed behind the hotel. This is no oasis, it's really just a overpriced hotel. There isn't so much as a mini fridge in the room or coffee maker. There is a mini bar which is extra. The indoor pool is nice. The outdoor pool is ok but the chairs at that one are stained and filthy. The walking path wasn't much to speak of, as it didn't go very far. The grounds out back are nice but on the small side. The overhead canopies on the balconies could use a power wash to clean off the bugs and spider webs as it makes it a little uneasy to eat out there. The spa is the best thing about the place, quite nice. Probably won't be back.
