Excellent hotel on the edge of the Old Town area. Walking around was fun. My only suggestion for them is to provide instructions for coffee pot and put out a tray of pastries to make a light start for the day. Only one nearby place at 7:30 am and they have no bakery stuff.

Very nice, beautiful old hotel. Friendly and helpful staff.

Great location. Friendly staff. Check-in area very small and extremely busy during check-in time. Waited in line 30min to check-in with one receptionist. But overall would stay again. Lovely property.

Our suite was wonderful. Plenty of room, even with the couch bed pulled out. Bathroom has separate shower and jetted tub and 2 sinks. The only problems are the shower door won’t stay completely closed and it is very hard to get the door handle into the room to work. Have to try many times.

We needed a good place to stay after our cruise and to enjoy old Quebec City. I think we achieved that.
We booked 2 rooms for 4 people, and our room happened to be the smaller one which was not a huge problem (aside from watching the room tv). Furniture in the room were dated, not like in the listing picture. However, everything else was good and the staff were quite helpful. The hotel also has an elevator which helps a lot when you have luggage.
Location wise, it is in the lower part of the old city. Many places to explore in the old port and along Saint Paul towards the new port and Petit Champlain. To visit the upper part of the old city is quite a hike (30+ meter elevation).

What a wonderful hotel with an attentive and helpful staff. I had left my phone in a cab, it was late and they were almost done with their day. They immediately got on the phone with the cab company and saved the day! I will stay here anytime I find myself in Quebec City.
4.2
Older hotel but well maintained, comfortable and convenient location. Easy walk to train station and Old Quebec sights.

The rooms looked like they were just renovated along with the rest off the hotel which is an old building in Old Quebec

Wonderful place
4.2
Good location but the resto downstairs had a strong smell to fast food!

The hotel is Ok, in my opinion abit too pricey for what you get. The rooms on 3 rd floor have low ceiling and are very dark as there is no proper lighting options. Despite that, rooms are very clean and have comfy bed.
Elevator didn’t work twice and my elderly parents had to walk up and down the stairs.
There is no lobby, entrence is very narrow.
The location was supherb and parking was right across the street for resonable rates.
The staff was nice and welcoming.
4.2
The hotel is ideally located, very safe and quiet, near plenty of restaurants and sites. Though there was no real lobby to speak of, the staff was friendly and helpful, there was an elevator and an attached restaurant. Our room was clean, newly renovated and modern. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well (in the middle of a heat wave!)
The one small problem was that our room was a bit tight; for 2 people with luggage, we felt cramped. But I don't know what the other rooms like and for 3 days of using the room mostly for sleeping, it was fine.

Nice hotel. Quite small room but everything we needed. Loved the location. Plenty of eating and drinking nearby. Easy walk to Petit Champlain. Very quiet. Could do with net curtains as you feel a bit exposed when curtains open although I don’t think anyone could see in. Better lighting would be nice.
4.2
Great spot outside the old city walls. Be prepared to walk uphill if you wanna go into the old city.
Amazing stay !
4.2
It was very close to the Cruise Terminal 30 walking 15 minutes or so. Short walking distance to Train Station. No places to eat breakfast nearby unfortunately that we could find. If you arrive late beware that you need a code to get in! No staff after 11 pm. Room comfortable, smallish. Renovated room and bathroom. Would consider staying if taking a cruise.
4.2
Our room is a little bit small, but the location is perfect! We just walked 10-15 mins to get to the heart of old QC :)
4.2
The staff at the front desk was great in helping us with their recommendations on where to go to see live music. There were very friendly throughout our stay.
4.2
Good location within reasonable walk to all sights and restaurants. Also good location for getting out of the city for two excursions we took to Chutes Montmorency and Isle D' Orleans.
4.2
The property is very much neat and clean. We were welcomed by a staff who was very helpful. The room is very clean, the bed is very comfortable. Overall I liked my stay and will recommend this hotel to friends.

Amazing place! Warm and quiet.

The location was close to the Old Quebec walled shopping district. I can't say enough about Max at the front desk. He was exceptionally helpful during check in and during our stay, with restaurant recommendations.
4.2
Nice room and bathroom, very quiet at night, and perfect location
4.2
Property right in the heart of old Quebec, very close to the train station and a lot of attractions! Good restaurant down stairs inside the hotel as well. Hotel was quiet and clean. No complaints.
4.2
Very convenient location; walkable to the train station. Staffs were super nice.
4.2
Everything was great. Would love to see tile in room and not carpet. That would be only thing I could complain about
4.2
Cute hotel that is close to many parts of Old Quebec. Can walk 15 minutes in various directions and access tourist activities and attractions.
Friendly, helpful staff. The restaurant in the bottom of the hotel offers delicious foods.
4.2
The room description was for a suite which implies room separation. There was a king bed with a fold out for our kids 4 feet away. There was no closet to hang coats or clothing. The staff was pleasant. Honestly, for the price- the room was average and the basics, like shampoo, soaps, additional blankets had to be requested. We loved that we could easily walk to Old Quebec. But, will not return to this hotel.
4.2
The location is very convenient and walkable to a lot of restaurants nearby.
The heating wasn't working so we had to use the extra blanket and snuggle to keep warm. We realised that after 10pm so didn't want to use the emergency line as it was still 19°C in the room and could be considered comfortable.
Security is great with a code to get im after 10pm so no one can get in late at night.
The convenience store across the street is a nice but the restaurant is only open fron 5pm to 10pm wed to sun so we had to walk in the rain to get to Buffet de l'Antiquaire.

Friendly and helpful staffs.
Safe, quiet, convenient, walkable.
Close to train station and bus stop.
Close to gas station, which is convenient, in case you want to get some water, drink and snack.

Close to cruise terminal and train station. Easy walk to the Funiculaire to access Upper Quebec without the climb. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. The beds are comfortable and the rooms quiet.
4.2
Unique and awesome place. Thank you.
4.2
Convenient location for people that want to be close to the cruise terminal, the train station and the old part of Quebec City. We walked everywhere, even with our carry-on sometimes. The room was modern and comfortable, and there's a great restaurant right downstairs.
4.2
Great location right outside the old city wall. Easy walk into old Quebec. Nice amenities.
4.2
Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. Room should have a place to set the open suitcase. Difficult for older people to get up and down on the floor to their suitcases. Very clean facility.
4.2
We were sailing on Holland America and this hotel is close to the port. It had bars and restaurants in the immediate area and if you were able to walk up a big hill, there was a street full of bars and restaurants and some even had live music.
4.2
The propertly was clean, beautiful and convenient. Would definitely come back. The young man at the frint desk was amazing and so helpful!
