Cancelled on me last minute, no explanation given

Pleasant stay and good value accommodation for London. Reception were very helpful when we needed to make a few last minute changes to the booking, and check in time. Would stay again.

The bedroom was a good size with a large comfortable bed. The ceiling fan kept the room cool overnight. Breakfast is good. There is ample safe parking. The stair carpets are in poor condition, as is the paintwork on many of the doors. Nonetheless we would be happy to return to this hotel

Absolutely awful, furniture looked like it had been liberated from a skip, cleanliness was dreadful, free toiletries was 2 mini soaps only, the toilet was crammed into a corner so my 6ft tall husband had to poop side saddle and its flush was completely useless, the TV was tiny and miles away from the bed, the corridors were tight and there was no lift, there is a restaurant on the ground floor and this is all you can smell in your room, it was so hot it made us ill and the ceiling fan was next to useless, opening the windows helped a little with temperature but unfortunately it was main road and bus route all night. Paid hotel money for hostel conditions, do not recommend.

My single room was certainly small, but it was clean, looked recently decorated, and had modern facilities that worked.
The rest of the hotel also gave the impression of being clean and efficiently run.
Breakfast was decent and adequate.

It had its own toilet, sink and shower, tea and coffee making facilities, tv, ceiling fan and free breakfast

The staff was always kind and polite

We went to this hotel after a concert at Wembley. It was a bit of a trek back but thankfully well connected to the bus routes and 20 minutes from Ealing Broadway train station. The room was basic but clean and was all we really needed for the night and we actually slept pretty well. The bathroom is a little cramped but the bedroom area itself was quite spacious and the beds relatively comfy. The only issue we had was the ceiling fan. It looked rather loose so we were scared to have it on at night in case it somehow fell down. Therefore, the room was rather hot and stuffy. The staff upon check in and check out were informative and friendly and were great at answering any questions we had. Thanks for a budget friendly stay.

All was good, bed sheets are worn, need to have the correct reception number on the room key, breakfast was good

Hotel offers free parking which is good ,breakfast options limited, property currently undergoing renovations just be mindful there are no elevators and stairs are very narrow

This is a small, older property with lots of stairs. Rooms have been updated and were comfortable. They accommodated my need for a fan (no AC) and hair dryer. All the room electrical outlets are in one corner of the room and none in the bathroom. The breakfast was okay, not great but adequate. The restaurant in the hotel had good food for dinner. Very close to bus stops that can get you to the trains easily.

I have stayed at this hotel twice recently and it represents very good value for money. The rooms have everything you need. The staff and friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for me, being round the corner from where my daughter lives but it is close to a few tube stations and 2 buses go by. You can get into central London in 30 minutes from Boston Manor or Hanwell tube stations. Several shops, parks, pubs, cafes and restaurants are nearby. It is however predominantly a residential area that feels safe. Highly recommend.

Great price and place

We were staying for two nights for the AC/DC concert at Wembley Stadium. I chose the hotel because of its location and price to the venue. We found the accommodation together with breakfast and the hospitality and helpfulness to be as good as we expected it to be for the price. There were other clients there for the concert so it showed that they had made the same judgement as ourselves.

Good location and easy to access

Clean and comfortable. Lots of stairs. No elevator. Nice breakfast

Excellent hotel, staff were friendly and breakfast was most welcome!
Room was clean and shower was a double tray big cubicle so very nice to use! With lots of American guests it made sense the bathroom and toilet etc accommodated that.
TV was small as other reviewers have said but it's a hotel. I'm not sure who's staying there to watch TV.
Thank you for a lovely stay.

There is nothing around near hotel and transportation is difficult without rental car
2.0
The best thing about this hotel is its price. It is at least 20 pounds cheaper than ones in the Zone1/2 area. However, please consider that if you are taking public transportation into central London, the cost and time do add up (bus and tubes). If you are driving, this hotel will be the best.
There are local corner stores, supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.
The hotel is clean. WIFI is strong and stable. The hallway is like a maze and narrow, so you will have to carry the luggage one by one. The sound insulation is not that good, but luckily our neighbor sleeps early during our stay.
The biggest downside is that there is no refrigerator/hairdryer in the room. You will have to ask the staff to put the food in the refrigerator in the kitchen and borrow the hairdryer every night. The breakfast is amazing and the staff is extremely friendly.

Friendly welcoming Staff, when we arrived at 22:30 hours to check in! Excellent Nepaali Indian restaurant downstairs for evening meals (with a discount for Hotel guests). Delicious cooked breakfast also included so a bonus for guests in these days where few hotels offer this! suggest more cupboard hangers. We had only 3! Enjoyed and would srag there again. Emily

The staff is fine. The location is not very easy until you get the hang of it, but you have to take a bus to get to the nearest tube stations navigating the system Takes some time to learn. It looks nothing like the pictures

This place was in convenient location but had no lift...we were on 3rd floor! Limited breakfast. Bit dated but staff friendly. Good price

Place did get very loud overnight a few times as other people staying there were very loud.

Very clean hotel, everything get’s cleaned daily.
Breakfast was okay, nothing spectacular but good enough for the price.
Bed felt a bit small for me personally (1.90m) but I slept well nonetheless.

Incredibly noisy on the weekends due to thin walls and a banquet hall that is rented out for parties. Cleanliness is poor and there was noticeable mold inside the bathroom. Fine for a single night stay, but if you have an early Sunday morning flight you may want to look elsewhere.

Our room was large and comfortable. The staff were good. I did not like the state of the hotel. We had to order what we wanted for breakfast the day before and was basic.
5.0
The property was convenient for us as we had family nearby and was able to leave the car and walk. The bathroom was really so small and the sink didnt work the water kept running out.Saying that the room itself was huge and the bed could have fitted snow white and the 7 dwarves .Need to rethink the layout make the room smaller or at least theres scope to make the bathroom bigger

Excellent food, great service. I look forward to a future stay.

Staffs are nice and helpful. It's spacious than what I expected of a room in London. Just a bit smell (not very strong) and I just stayed for a night.

The room was small but nice. The staff was very polite and helpful. Location is close to train stations and airport.
The price was right. What else can one ask for?!

Extremely dirty , the toilet there was 💩 and bed had stains and very uncomfortable beds
2.5
All the employees were very helpful and kind, especially the man at the front desk and everyone serving breakfast. The room was very clean and plenty of space for one person. The bed was a bit firm but there were plenty of pillows.
2.0
At check-in, I was asked to choose what will I have for breakfast (each day of my stay) as well as choose a specific 15-minute slot for the breakfast. This made my morning routine a little more rigid that I would have liked. Other than that the hotel was adequate for my purposes and matched what I expected to get for the given price.
4.0
The staff on site was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early to the hotel and the held our bag so we could explore the area till check in. The breakfast in the morning was fast and delicious. The only drawback is that there is no air conditioning (which is typical) but was fine with the small fan I had.
