Fiddler's Inn is not the most up to date motel. It is clean, beds are comfy. Close to several bars that have great country music.

When you arrive to check in make sure the Lakers aren’t playing. If Lebron is driving to the basket, check in is on a 30 second timeout. This is a ways out from downtown which we knew so we knew Ubers would be necessary. Unbeknownst to us we didn’t realize the property offered a shuttle service. They were saddled up cockroaches, gives you that dude ranch feel. You have to catch them first, they're kinda wild, but there's enough of em it's not a problem. Hey it saved a few bucks though! Cracker Barrel across the parking lot, and two really good Nashville bars within a 2 minute walk across parking lots, makes the roach infested, check-in ballin, Fiddlers Inn worth the $57 a night price we paid. Would I stay again? Probably. Because I’m stupid.

wasn't the cleanest

It was very noisey. Loud cars and people yelling all night. The carpet was filthy.

Sink stopped up first time we used it. Roaches in bathroom. Workers seemed unbothered. And my daughter's room has mouse droppings on the sink. Never coming back. We have stayed here for years and never had such a horrible experience.

Checkin seemed very disorganized. Our desk clerk was awesome. However his supervisor seemed very disinterested and unhelpful. We asked for directions and if there was a shuttle to the Grand Old Opry and his answer was to 2 mid-60 year women was to walk it at night mind you. Parking is also very limited and lucky me had my car scratched by someone trying to squeeze in the no parking spot to park. When checking out, the poor girl at the desk was trying to handle check out and the breakfast alone.
On a good note, the rooms were clean and beds super comfy.

Room was what we expected. Clean, comfortable to spend the night as we are locals out for a night in the area and not driving. Would stay again. Great value compared to other hotels around and perfect location for restaurant's, bars, country music & dancing

We got our 2 rooms here for convenience to attractions and it was exactly what we wanted, THANK YOU for the great hospitality!!!
As to the questions I answered less than perfect, we were there for location not amenities, so they didn't matter to us. As to the cleanliness, the issue was resolved immediately! Thankyou!

There was what seemed like black mold in the bathtub, the walls were peeling and there was a musty smell. My wife’s allergies went nuts the moment we walked in and she hardly slept all night. We got up at 5:30 and left just to get out of the room. Waste of money.

The rooms are not cleaned like they should be when you can see some else’s hair stuck to the bathroom door and dirt all around baseboards. We stayed three nights and never received maid service! I told them every night when I had to go pick up my own towels and wash clothes but no one seemed to care. Will not stay here again!

Needed a last minute stop on the trip home from vacation. It is true that you get what you pay for but it wasn’t the worst. The room was semi clean. Just a few mildew stains in the bathtub and the sink was clogged and didn’t drain well. Other than that the bed was pretty comfortable. It’s okay for a quick stop for the night.

Really great location if you are into music and drink. So clean room, well maintained and staffs are really nice. But it located near music valley so it might be not the best one if you try to find quiet place to stay.

Hotels is very run down, received on bath towel for two people and it was so rough it would take skin off, ac never cooled room off, breakfast… not anything choose from. Front desk clerk was rude and short with me every time i asked question stayed here as a kid growing up and it was so much better

It was surprisingly clean, but majorly run-down. No shower head, hole in the bathroom wall, fraying paint splattered carpet, not a great smell to the room. A laughable “continental breakfast”. Very convenient. Low cost. Quiet. Instant hot water. Safe.

The first night was not good as the room i was in was clean but the door entry was damaged. I called they moved me to another room the hotel is going through a big renovation. All rooms. Are accessed from outside. Dont bother with the breakfast plenty around to eat . IE. crackerbarrel, bob evans. Plenty of night life as well. Two museums are great, esp Willie Nelsons. Its free and like going to the hall of fame without the cowds. If you liked dukes of hazard, Cooters museum was fun.. Transportation to downtown by bus is only 10 bucks rt. Drops you at the hall of fame can get to anywhere downtown. Uber was easy to get as well. Ill prob stay there again. There is no pool. That was out of service.

I had previously paid for my stay and the computer at the front desk showed no report of that payment. Despite a receipt on an email which I showed, I had to pay twice for the room. Three times the key did not work and I had to constantly return to the front desk to have it fixed. The room smelled like smoke despite asking for a smoke free room.

Stayed here once before and it was great. This time however, was not so great. Beds were smaller. Tv jack and outlet cover was just hanging from the wall. No smoke detector. Flickering lights. Empty tissue box. 4 of us stayed, only one wash cloth in room. Went to office to ask for more wash cloths and an extra blanket and no one was at the desk. Waited around 5-ten minutes then asked a cleaning lady. We had to literally play charades to explain what we needed because she spoke no English. By 6pm the elevator floor was so sticky that my flip flops came off my foot when trying to exit.I have photos but the site is not letting upload them.

We have been staying at this property for 15 years and this time the area around the hotel was filthy. First night there, our truck was broken into by smashing window. Ours and dozen others. Fiddler's response was disappointing to say the least. Day 4, all the crushes glass from all the vehicles still in parking lot with people driving over glass.

Staff was friendly. Room was exceptional for the price. Clean. Quiet. Would highly recommend for anyone, especially on a small budget. I will definitely stay here again.

Ideally located nearby Gaylord Convention Centre and Opryland. This is the 3rd year I stay here. It’s a pity it is in decline getting. The pool is closed, no information when I booked. Almost no opportunities for breakfast. They were out of butter and jam all week. Looks almost like they are closing down the place in a short time. It’s a pity do to the location. My last time.

Good location - but advertised as having a pool and dus not; room was clean but had dangerous light switch in bathroom with no cover; I had to ask front desk for soap and coffee/cups for the room.

Property is in need of care. Smelled of mold...exhaust fan in bathroom had no cover just a hole in wall...stayed there almost 1 year ago to day and conditions had deteriorated horribly.
