This hotel had exceptionally large 3 person rooms with all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect for visiting the Christmas markets and touring the area. Staff was friendly and welcoming!

Excellent location less in Old Town. Only about 10-15 minute walk from the train station. Very close to shopping and restaurants. The entire town is very walkable. Breakfast was typical European and quite good. Room was clean. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful with suggestions. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel was fine. Front desk clerk was very friendly. Room was also fine - comfortable bed and clean. Good location in the old town and easy walk to the train station. The “problem” with the hotel is it was quite hot (thermostat seems to have been for decoration only) and nothing soft to absorb sound, so if someone came in late you heard them.

Great hotel. Comfortable room, nice bathroom. Right on the weinmarket square. Lots cafes, restaurants and other eateries close. Supermarket 300 m. Pleasant helpful staff. Nice breakfast

The hotel is in a great location for touring Lucerne and the old town. Three of the four front desk staff were amazing to deal with but one was somewhat crusty and not very friendly. The room was quite dark…we needed to use our phone flashlight to see the coffee maker. Bathroom shower had mold along the edges. The room definitely needed a refresh of paint etc. The hallways made us feel like we were staying in a hostel or a college dorm. Better colours and a few paintings would help make it more inviting.

Room needed a little tlc. Shower curtain needed replaced, coffee pot didnt function, knob missing ona drawer. We had the only room on the 5th floor with direct access to the roof patio. Could have been an excellent patio with ambience but it really needed work. Plants, flowers or at least clean the gutters from plant growth and weeds.

Great location! Our room was hot. Only welcoming staff was the young gentleman in the afternoon/evening. Morning front desk help was arrogant and rude and so was the lady in restaurant for breakfast so we ate elsewhere.

Great location! Walking distance to the train station and marina. Clean rooms. However... be aware, there is no AC!!! Also hard to find if you’re driving. The hotel is located in the walking area.

This property is perfectly located in the heart of Lucerne & easily accessible via public transport. The issue we encountered was that it was extremely uncomfortable in the rooms due to no ventilation and no air conditioning which resulted in us struggling to get any sleep. I wouldn’t recommend staying here in summer.

The location was excellent! Walkable to many shops and restaurants and the lake. Take a swim. It’s beautiful. If you’re bringing a car, getting to the hotel is really tricky and you have to drive on what you think are pedestrian only streets!! Once you get to the hotel, staff parks your car and returns it to you when you want to leave.👍

Nice hotel in the downtown area. No A/C, but they do provide fans. Nonetheless, my partner struggled to sleep at night, as it was very hot during our stay.

Very close to everything, roughly a 10 or so minute walk from main train station. Had the top floor so had a good sized balcony however lift was only to the 4th floor. The young man at the reception was extremely nice, welcomed me straight away and every time I left the hotel or came back he acknowledged me. Reasons for the low score was - the room was extremely hot, felt like I was in a sauna 24/7, there was no air con just 2 little fans that barely did anything. The shower head was broken - I had the shower head on the side going diagonal from the wall meaning I was literally showering pressed against the wall and the body,hand and shampoo wash. When I arrived I checked the bed like I always do, and there was multiple bugs underneath the pillows. The mini fridge was jammed packed with the hotels products - I paid for the hotel so I should be able to freely use the fridge. The pillows on the bed was also nonexistent- felt like I had no support, like I had no pillow on the bed.

Best location -The property is very central to shopping, dining and walkable to the main attractions and railway station. You just need to stay here to experience Lucerne especially if you only have 2 days there like us. We were able to leave our luggage before check-in time and after check-out which is a big plus for us. We stayed on the 4th floor facing the back of the hotel and it was quite at night. I recommend this hotel for its location for a short stay.

We only stayed one night, and only issue is with no air conditioning and the fans they have to make it comfortable are very poor. My only suggestion is to upgrade fans to oscillating pedestal fans, and maybe provide an extension cord as the outlets are limited.

Property centrally located. Accessible on foot. Hotel does not have air conditioning. When you open the window it’s very noisy. It’s a little difficult to stay during the hot weather season.

The hotel is very well located. In a near but not in the middle of the pedestrian traffic. Rooms are clean and neat. Not very modern but I don’t care. Attention at the front guest is good as well as the restaurant for breakfast. Only serve breakfast. The only negative is the WiFi. It’s terrible. If WiFi is important to you this is not a good option. The rest is great at at the least good.

Lovely hotel and central as well with a Coop and pharmacy nearby. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was spacious and comfortable.
