It was a stay before our flight ✈️ in the early morning.
4.1
Convenient with a dog. Very basic room. We had a 4 day stay and the room was only cleaned once.
4.1
Excellent service. Good clean rooms, my fifth stay here.
4.1
Comfortable stay. I had to park & carry my bags upstairs to a main entrance then walk down a hallway to my room. This required several trips & much effort. The room was nice with a fridge. No HD TV channels with many channels unavailable. Breakfast room was small without much selection. I took my choices to the room. Water dripped from the ceiling when I turned the shower on which was odd. In fairness, I liked the spacious room & the desk

Good stay for one night.

It was fine and served it purpose. Good value.

We enjoyed our stay. Clean and comfortable and a good location for exploring water sports in Comox.
4.1
No coffee for coffee maker. One of beds had dirt on it. Plug in bathroom did not work.

Staff were very friendly and helpful continental breakfast was very limited and the dining area was very cramped. The rooms were very clean but all the furniture was very old and dated for some reason the fridge was mounted on a coffee table which moved every time you opened it.I found it quite over priced fo

Great location for the Comox airport. Incredible Sushi Restaurant attached... But looked and smelled like a 90s dormitory. They've started renovations but still along way to go. Some very noisy people above us partied until 3 AM. Making it hard to sleep.
But what do you expect for 150$/Night.

Location is good and the rooms were clean. Staff were bith friendly and professional. Would recommend this hotel as well as rebook.

I found the service to be above average. Maximum value as far as I'm concerned.

Out door pool, great in summer

The freezer had a layer of water that had frozen . And was not cold enough to keep anything cold . Duvet was dirty around the edges just been turned to avoid being seen . For the price we paid I would have expected room service but for two night was not a problem. The utensils were good but only 1 china mug . 1 packet of coffee and one tea bag . And 3 paper cups .Yes we could go and ask for More but for $200 night we shouldn't have to if they know there would be no service.
On the plus side breakfast was adequate to start the day

Breakfast was nice; pool also nice; we had a good time; the sushi wara restaurant was amazing
4.1
Great customer service, from all even the helpful custodian who helped with loading my luggage into the car.
4.1
The outdoor pool was great, along with the absolutely fantastic onsite Japanese restaurant - the sushi was so fresh and delicious. The continental breakfast was perfect, and the rooms comfortable. Great family friendly spot!

It's very outdated. Everything was clean and tidy though.

Check in was seamless front desk staff friendly and helpful.

Just very old and my room was about 3 mètres from the road.

We had so much fun in the pool! Would definitely stay here again!

Dirty room. This is a maintenance level issue, and not the room servicers fault. The linen and the bathroom were all fine and clean enough, but everything else, the walls the door, the curtains, the windows are all ridiculously grotty. Smears of god knows what is literally running down the walls. I didn’t want to touch anything. Desperately needs some repair and painting. Faded and dated decor. It was like a movie set for a depressing hotel room. Even at a “budget price” (still very expensive for what it is), this is not worth the cost.

Quiet hotel

TV remote didn't work. Moved to another room.
Stairs were dirty just did not feel like they cared.

The stay was fine. Only stayed one night on a visit to Comox with friends. Beds were comfortable and suite was large but could do with some upgrades. Some dust on floors but nothing to complain about as the rooms and kitchen and bathroom clean. Never went to the pool or restaurant.

It worked well for one night

Loved this cute little hotel and the pool. My only complaint was the room was quite warm and even with the AC maxed out there was hardly any cold air coming out. Then after a few hours I became very stuffed up. Besides that an extra pillow on the bed would have been a great bonus. Overall happy with my stay.

Clean room friendly staff
Coffee and breakfast not great
4.1
This place has everything a family needs for a comfortable stay in Comox. Pool is great, breakfast is awesome, staff are welcoming and helpful. If I could change one thing it would be to make the AC units in the rooms quieter but, that said, I'm glad they were there!

Room had been recently renovated but it’s kind of like putting lipstick on a pig. Property is dated. Floors creak. Area is not attractive.
$200 / night seems high for this room.

Room smelt terrible. Strong smell of cigarette smoke.
Limited seating for breakfast - only 4 tables.
Staff - some competent and friendly, wonderful; others new and untrained.
Housekeeping did great job

The outdoor pool was so refreshing

A nice getaway location for us as all the places we wanted to see were not faraway. This hotel was a good location for us, it was comfortable too.
