Not the cleanest of hotel's. Ideal location which was the main reason for booking. Breakfast was tremendous 👌

We liked the area the hotel was in. Nearby both Legoland, Lalandia and the airport. Our room was just by the kids zone, and it was much noice early in the morning. We could her voices, screaming, foots runing all over us and outside our door. Several times people were smoking outside our bedroom window. The breakfast was very good.

Would have expected better service overall from staff.. little info provided about our stay unless specifically requested. Hotel rooms / restaurant is dated and in major need of renovation. Would not consider staying at again

Its pricey but its worth it for the family experience with kids who love Lego and the immerison experience of a hotel

Fantastic 4 night stay at Legoland Hotel. We stayed in a Pirate Room. It was showing signs of wear but very clean. The overall hotel was great, lots to look at and great play areas. Easy to get to the park as well. Staff were all lovely, polite and super helpful. Very nice food at both breakfast and dinner. Food and drink is generally very expensive though so definitely need to budget extra for that.

The Legoland hotel was awesome!! Great rooms, friendly service, and preferential direct access to the Legoland amusement park.

We had booked the friends room, which is in need of renovating. The front desk staff said that that section of rooms would be closed in the new year and will be renovated. I’m sure it will look amazing when it’s done. Apparently, some of the other rooms have already been renovated and are much nicer. We felt it was overpriced for what it was.
The upside was how nice it was to literally walk out of the hotel into Legoland.
Staff at the front desk were really great. Always available to answer questions and very positive attitudes.

Lego games, lego themed play areas & rooms, lego store, separate entry to Legoland. Great for families.

Comparing from legoland windsor, this one has loads of restaurants to choose from. Though those breakfast are all the same. No AC on room, and family of 4 of pirates room is so small

The first room they gave us smelled as urine. They moved us to a different one. In general carpet is stained and gives a gross impression. The halls are smelly. I understand is a hotel targeted for families but the condition should reflect the price. Food expensive and terrible. The buffet at night was cold.
Staff was nice and the location is very convenient.

It was a great trip enhanced by the items around the hotel at Legoland.

Nice and interesting hotel. The child really liked it.
The buffet was unbelievably expensive and the staff, when asked about a taxi, said that it was not part of the job description. That's a big minus.

Very close to the Legoland. Not many atractions for children. Breakfast could have more options for hot food. No AC in the room, very hot.

This property was not willing to accommodate a human error when booking. I do not live in Europe. I was making a reservation for Legoland in my hometown and somehow.. clearly human error.. the reservation was made for the Denmark location. Again I live nowhere near Denmark. I immediately got in touch with Expedia the instant the confirmation page came up. They attempted to speak to employees at this property however the property stood by their “rules” and denied any kind of refund. This is clearly a reflection on Lego and how little they value their clients. I did make a second reservation at Legoland New York for my family since I did not want to disappoint my 4 and 6 yr olds and we spent quite a bit of money while there! Unfortunately the experience with the booking error left a terrible impression and I do not see us visiting any of the Legoland parks again. The money would be better spent somewhere else where the individual customer is more greatly appreciated.

Great family oriented hotel. Buffet dining options were good for breakfast and dinner. Rooms are comfortable with some English speaking TV channels. Walk out the door to Legoland!

Great staff & place to stay given the proximity to Legoland & the short walk to the Lego House. Cleanliness generally was good but the Lego characters in the bedroom are very dusty, the hotel needs to sort this out. Food wise, breakfast is fair but needs more fruit. The evening buffet is ok but only for one night. The staff are excellent.

Amazing place for kids who love Lego, lots of play areas around the hotel to keep them busy, friendly staff and great food. Best place for a weekend away with kids!

so disappointing - nintendo consoles everywhere.
You are going to the Lego hotel not the Nintendo hotel.
Rooms are tired and need a refresh.

Kettle in room had mould in it when I went to use it. Was replaced by housekeeping.
Room I was in (305) was tired and in need of a renovation. Chips in tiles in bathroom, bleach stains on the carpet, no USB outlets among the issues. Not worth the price I paid.
I do want to say the front desk staff were understanding of the issues and were extremely helpful when asked.

February weekdays was the right choice. Hotel was not busy and felt like we had it for ourselves. Overall very good experience. Perfect for Lego lovers of all ages. Close to everything around (and there is plenty). Highly recommend.

We had a Lego inspired room facing the park. Friendly staff, nice rooms, good breakfast.

The location cannot be beat for visiting Legoland. The park view room did have a nice view of the park. Customer service isn’t great at all. Food is very overpriced and mediocre at best. It’s very near the airport so arriving planes rattle the room.

Great spot for Lego-loving children. The room and hotel were all very well themed. The room was small but clean. A little outdated but clean. A gifted Lego set was waiting on the bed for my child which was a great way to start the visit.
There was activities all over the hotel for them to participate in and filled the time for the evening we were there before our reservations in the morning. My son even won a building contest and was gifted another Lego set. There was a great little store with Lego clothing I haven’t seen elsewhere.
We only ate the included breakfast and it was great. We’re vegetarian and there was plenty of options for us in addition to a lot of meat dishes. I also noticed an allergy friendly station set up for those who needed.
As an adult it probably wouldn’t be my first choice but as a parent with kids who love Lego it was absolutely perfect. A great spot to be when visiting the Lego attractions.

Everything was amazing, but the room felt cold. We had the heater on high, but was not heating enough.
