Felt like home! We are dealing with a sick family member nearby, and this stay made all the worry go away! So responsive and helpful, and we loved the shared space for cooking.

The hallways were dingy and itbwas oretty loud when people walked innand out of thier rooms. Sone rooms dont have tgier own restrooms, luckily mine did. The room was nice and clean and worth the $120 if you're in a pinch.

Excellent experience in a hotel close to UW campus. Close to restaurants and entertainment. Just what I wanted

Great location, lovely room. Very nice stay

We loved the location and access to UW and all the shops and cafes in the area. The loft was also great to get work done, have a quiet conversation and a cup of tea. The only minor request is if there could be a stack of clean bathmats available in the shower area.

Staff was amazing, friendly and location was superb!

Cozy and very comfortable room. The bath robes were a lovely surprise! It’s definitely an older building. There is some street noise and the walls are thin but they provide earplugs and I didn’t hear a thing after 10pm.

It said bar and cafe but they were both closed during our stay.

The hotel was conveniently located next to our son’s dorm. The room was nice but it was hot outside and there is no A/C so we slept with the window open which don’t have screens and the bus stop is across the street so it was noisy all night. The hotel description does state No A/C but it would have been nice to have. I would stay here again just for the convenience.

place is good and is historic, dorm like.
Two things to consider before booking.
It is unfit if you have luggages as there is no elevator. We were sent email 1 day before on this too late to make changes.
Bathrooms are shared and one per floor - this was disclosed few days ago along with parking constraints.
Out of town visitors should be careful if you have luggage or other disabilities. I am unsure about other accessibility friendliness so no comments

Good for a 2 star hotel. No AC and very noisy to sleep with an open window. It’s clean but carpet seems old and stuffy.

The College Inn Hotel is quirky and quaint, and reminiscent of a British B&B but without the breakfast - overlaid with a student dorm vibe. The bed was super comfortable and the coffee excellent.

Close to the University of Washington Hospital for surgery. Ease of check in and check out, friendly staff. We had our own bathroom which we paid extra for.
Love the hostel style experience.

Super nice location. Historic building. A bit of a self run facility as I did not see anyone while I was there. Room was nice and quiet.

Quiet Hotel and Helpful Staff

No air conditioners . Room were very hot during the day. No elevators.

Everything was perfect except no ensuite bathroom but that is not a deal breaker. Room was large and well appointed and the beds were incredibly comfortable.
Definitely recommend if okay sharing bathroom (there is a sink in the room however!)

Love this Euro style hotel means walk-up rooms, no aircon, early 20th century this is above student grade. The double rooms with bath are comfy, the street is quiet. A kitchen upstairs allows cooking for long stays with a common room.
Suites have private baths other rooms share.
Management and style are very casual for Americans, and just fine for European cities. Summer rates are high, though we hear very reasonable for Seattle. One block to UW campus, reasonable breakfast and lunch places all around.
Even on the most hot summer nights without aircon the room was reasonable. The sidewalk and wide street were almost silent.
Familiar, though almost unique in the USA. Do it…

it was not bad, but a little uncomfortable

Friendly, clean & charming

The price was ridiculous for a room with no bathroom. The bathroom was down the hall and shared with strangers. No privacy. Very expensive to basically stay in a hostel with no elevator, no a/c, and NO BATHROOM.

Close to Link and University

No Ac and tv didn’t work

The College Inn was clean and comfortable with charm and character. Only disadvantage was there was no air conditioning, and on the two days we were there, it was hot!

Nice, vintage hotel in the university district. Great staff, great price. Wish it had ac and bathrooms at the rooms.

Our 3rd floor corner room with private bath was great! Fans and windows open made it pleasantly cool with sixty-three degrees at night. Nice sized very clean bathroom with window for ventilation. Great common area on 4th floor with coffee and water cooler to fill bottles. Comfortable beds and pillows. Can’t get more convenient to visit UW.

Great place. Great location. Thx.

This 1905 hotel is the oldest operating in Seattle, having been refurbished on the inside makes it worthy in itself.

Interesting and friendly stay in convenient location for U of W. No AC and windows don’t have screens, so not a good choice with kids if summer. Also no chains or bolts on room doors and no outlets in our bathroom. Otherwise comfortable with good coffee and easy parking.

I like the window seats, tv,and the location of the hotel. The fans were nice as well but a window unit or ac would be better. The hotel staff also won’t replace towels or tidy up the room and sheets unless you stay for a week at least. We had to ask for more towels at point. We also had to ask for a fridge in our room which wasn’t stated anywhere that I could find

Really liked the manager who let us in. Very helpful with directions to places.
Although inconvenient, we understood the restrooms down the hall. TV channels are terrible. Bed was great!

The staff went above and beyond! I had 3 heavy suitcases and they helped me carry them up. I also dropped off bags in the morning before check in because I had to go to work so then when they assigned me to a room they moved my suitcases into it for me. Really appreciated this as my trip was to move into the city! Really friendly!

Its a small, historic hotell with charm. About 7 km from downtown. The bathroom and wc is commonly. And in a commonly kitchen you can make your own breakfast and even lunch or dinner.

No bathrooms or showers in rooms- they are shared. No elevator - very limited parking. I had to park my car in a parking garage that was very expensive - after an 8 hour drive. Super annoying. No front desk staff 24/7 Annoying phone app for check in etc. I was not expecting this - booked thru Expedia and none of these issues were clear. I never would have stayed there if I'd known about them. Just one night so was able to tolerate it. Seems like a fancy hostel. Noisy at night - street noise and between rooms.

Beautiful Inn. It was very cosy and clean. The staff was vert nice. Really enjoyed out stay.
