hardly connect to their wifi in the room.

The property is within the golf field and facility of Pont-Royal in a great location with all the needed services. The room is fully equipped (except for the hair dryer which is however available upon request). The two pools are well maintained and accessible. Only thing is that the pool closes 14 minutes before the scheduled time.

Good news: the property and surrounding setting is beautiful.
Your accommodation is a small apartment rather than a hotel room. The bedroom is separate.
If, like us, you wanted to visit several spots in western Provence without changing rooms, this did serve us well. But be aware that everyplace from Aix-en-Provence to Avignon is 30 to 50 km away.
I am a golfer, but did not try to use the course. But it looked beautiful as we drove in.
Finally, the price was really reasonable.
Bad news: if you are not French speaking, it is hard to find your way around the property, and the staff did not provide very much information to help.
By the way, the parking “village” is actually an 8 story garage. This was not explained to us at time of check-in.
Property is not air-conditioned. We visited from 8 September through 15 September, so we needed to keep bedroom window and sliding door in living room open in order to stay cool. The problem is that neighbors in other apartments, some of which are owned, seemed to enjoy having up to 10 people sitting on their patios until at least 3 a.m. talking loudly with no concern for neighbors, making it difficult for us to sleep. We tried to get help for this problem but were not able to get any response from the facility. We were given a number to call security (English speaking) but only got a French recording and a hang-up.
On the final night of our visit our wifi would not work. I had to go to reception for new codes. By the way, the free wifi

Pleasant property. Courteous staff

Unfortunately I could not speak in English and the communication was not fluid (the receptionist was very friendly and we managed to understand each other). I asked for a baby bed during the reservation, but when I arrived to the room there was none. Some elements of the room were very old and the floor was not very clean (dust).

Great facilities, superb family oriented holiday destination

Great setting. Lots of fun for families. Kids loved the water slide and wave pool. They also had a kids night with games and face painting. The only negative we’re the rooms were dated and cramped.

The overall site is good. However it doesn’t say that when we went 26th isn’t in season. Pool bar and restaurant was closed and only 2 of the available restaurants were open. Also only during certain times - not all day. One day we couldn’t get lunch anywhere as there was some kind of function going on. Only one shop is open and that is also for a couple of hours in the morning and afternoon. We also wasn’t told that you need a car!!!!!

This Pierre et Vacances resort is absolutely perfect as a base to explore the lovely Provence region. Every day, we would visit wineries, pretty villages, touristy 'must do' spots ( such as Avignon, Aix-en-Provence ( our favorite), Gordes, Les Baux, St-Remy, Lourmarin and so on. We shopped at the large supermarché in Mallemort and walked through the lovely village of Alleins, next door.
The resort is absolutely lovely, situated on hilly grounds, with a magnificient entrance bordering a spectacular golf course ( open to all). One of the 2 large pools was open at this time of year ( mid-October) and entrance was free. Also free was Wifi in our apartment; we had several English TV channels ( mostly British - BBC etc.). The staff was welcoming, efficient and always pleasant. The parking in underground and cost 60 euros for the week. We had numerous cafés ( expresso) overlooking the tee-off and several bottles of wine purchased directly from the neighboring Chateaux where free 'dégustations" were always available. Of course, restaurants and bakeries are everywhere.
This P&V single center apartment acommodation is perfect for a week of relaxation and discovery in a beautifully landscaped and safe setting. Obviously, one has to enjoy home-cooked meals - but the supermarchés carry absolutely everything and it is so much fun to choose - including the very economical and varied cheeses.

We loved the hotel and stayed 2 days longer than anticipated. Restaurants were very good, kids loved the pools, and the village store was very handy. We had meetings in marseille, avignon & Aix and found ourselves perfectly located to get to each place quickly. Wish there was air conditioning or at least a fan.

The area seems to be nice, although we came in September and it was nice and quiet. The buildings are spread around and there is no sufficient signalling to find them, so may take a bit of time. Cars should be left at parking and then need to walk with luggage. We had nice apartment with lake view in building 6 - really enjoyed it and the view on the pine trees from terrace. Pool and recreation areas are nice, but seems small for a number of apartments, which does not encourage us to come during summer when it may be overcrowded.
Restaurants also seem to be not too large and the staff in them is not too friendly and not accommodating. In one of the restaurants they told us they were already closed (at 13:20 on Sunday September 20 with only 10% of facilities filled and little customers). Most restaurants were closed, one opened restaurant was not too appealing (looked like plastic warehouse tent) and another restaurants was full just with 10 families…
Generally nice idea, but the resort left a bit of gloomy fealing.. Many areas includign farm, game area, waterpedalos etc. looked neglected. It is not the best destination in mid-September, and general attitude of service kind of puts us off. We would not come back nor recommend it.

I would not recommend staying here. The rooms were small, dirty, and you basically have to make all of your own beds.

We loved our short stay here. The apartment was big enough, had a terrace and was well equipped. Lovely facilities for kids.
