Had a great stay here. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Couch was a bit firm, but it was a hide-a-bed so, you can't expect it to be too soft. Kitchen was small but convieneint. Overall a good room for the price.

My first hotel review buuuuut…. We had 4 registered guests, 3 sets of towels in the room. We called the night of check in, no towels brought. My husband goes to the checkin desk the next morning to be told they don’t have any. We are within 40 of leaving the hotel and still no towels. We call the lobby, towels brought in about 10 minutes. The last person to shower left the hotel with wet hair. There was drain issues in the tub. I stood ankle deep in water and my shower didn’t last long. Pretty sure the queen size bed had full size sheets. The room was clean and that is important to me

The room was the perfect size and in a perfect location in the building. The room was clean and very little outside noise. I really like the full size refrigerator and dishes/flatware. But the best thing was the separate sitting room. Like a small apartment. Very impressed.

The room was issued to us, but there was still trash in the trash can and the bed making looked like it had been done in a huge rush. The clerk at the front desk when we checked in wasn't really interested in our feedback when we gave it, but the morning clerk was much more attentive to the situation

I mistakenly left a pair of pants behind in my room. When I realized that a couple hours later I called the hotel and they said they would check the room. The room had already been cleaned and wouldn’t you know no one said they found my pants but I’m sure they found the $100 that was in the pocket. Sure they may not be responsible for lost or stolen items but it sure says a lot about the integrity of the people working there!!

We stayed at this hotel in our hometown while having work done on our house. We chose it because it was pet friendly and had larger suites than most of the places available. The room is a bit dated but fully functional, clean, and comfortable. The location was convenient. However, the real stand-out was the extremally good staff. They were friendly and helpful and made our stay that much better.

The toilet in the room was clogged and dirty and there was wet toilet paper in the floor. We tried to get another room but they said they were full. They did let us use a plunger so my husband was able to get the crap down but the plunger was necessary for each time it needed flushing. There were no other rooms in the area available. They would not give us a credit.

This is an older property that needs a big makeover. The room phones don't work, there are no streaming services on the TVs, and the bathroom fixtures are very dated. Breakfast is a sad affair, and there are no restaurants right by the hotel. You definitely need a car. Additionally, I had called ahead requesting feather free bedding because I have asthma. It wasn't attended to and I had to wait while they redid the bed at check-in. Thankfully the appliances all work and there's plenty of parking.

Three friends came to Lexington to visit a dear friend. Your staff was warm and welcoming. Our room was spacious with all the amenities. We were so pleased. We would reccomend the hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The shower head hadn’t been cleaned for a while (it was gross). This is how people develop a type of Pulmonary MAC. This isn’t good at all. Plus the sink in the bathroom wouldn’t drain.

When we got in the air dis nit work in one if the rooms. They did comp us another room. So we split up so everyone could sleep. The room they comp us was dirty. Please check the pull out beds if you are going to use it. My biggest complaint would be that it was hard to get our child in thay is in a wheelchair. Not all doors are handicap approved.
