Tried to see if early checkin was available, no big deal if it wasn’t, but was looked at like I was stupid by an employee named Tonya for even asking. The third day of my stay my debit card was trying to be charged for the stay when I know I used a credit card. Since I did not authorize this my bank flagged it as fraud and I had to cancel that card and now deal with a replacement. That same day I was being charged on my credit card, which I wanted to use, but it was for a different amount than I was charged on the first day. I went to the front desk to figure this out and was understandably a bit heated. Luckily I dealt with a different employee who was very nice and said her manager would help once he was back. During this exchange, once again Tonya popped up. She told me to “lower my tone” because she was checking in a guest. I was not screaming by any means and this only irritated me more given the situation I was in with my credit/debit card. Once I figured out the card situation I unfortunately had to interact with Tonya again. I noticed 2 full shampoos were left in my room even though I had the privacy sign on. When I gave them back and asked why someone went into a room with a sign she said it was a “miscommunication” and “what would you like me to do about it?” Yet another Tonya interaction on my last night. I called for toilet paper and she said sure, walk down to get it. Walk down to the lobby in my pjs? Horrible employee! Almost ruined my vacation!

The room was not cleaned daily. I had to go to the front desk to request the room be cleaned and made up. They said the service was every other day but that information was not conveyed

Great room, however we booked a king room months ago and that is not what we got. We were told after discovering this that it’s extended stay so if a corporate tenant extends theres nothing they can do. Staff was so nice and great breakfast. Very clean.

The air conditioner was not able to cool the room. We had the temperature set to 69 degrees around 3pm and it stayed 77 degrees in the room for more than 3 hours. It was 98 degrees outside with 30% humidity so the AC struggled. Fortunately we brought our own fans and it was tolerable. I have had the same issue with this specific hotel at other locations

Motel physical facilities were very clean, instructions available for using the in-room facilities were non-existent. Vehicle parking area was clean and well lit. However my vehicle received damage from thieves looking for, but not finding anything of value to steal.

Although well maintained, it seemed a little tired, especially the lobby/entry area. The room was nice and spacious and very adequate. I wish there had been more parking but we arrived late so had to park quite a way from our room.

The room was very small, the king size bed was very uncomfortable. The side close to the wall was higher than the opposite side, which was compacted and hard. This made the bed slopped from one side to the other like a low-rider. In addition, there was a large cockroach in the closet. I mentioned it to the receptionist on my way out. The sofa bed did not have any sheets on the mattress, just the cover, and we couldn't find any in the room. Breakfast had limited choices but was decent. Next time I visit Albuquerque, will definitely consider staying somewhere else.

Had a good stay. Was a nice clean room and beds were comfortable! Only complaints I have was we asked the worker for some towels after getting out the pool and she was rude and then brought us some old towels with holes all over them and black stains they looked like rags and for the price that you pay for the rooms I feel like that was unacceptable, disrespectful and rude! 2nd: No hottub 3rd: Shower wasnt all that great

The room smelled terribly of cat or dog urine, pee stains everywhere, pet hair on couch, etc! Couldn't get another room for 2 days. Finally got moved to a better room, then the electricity partially was out in THAT room!

We can’t say enough great things about this hotel! We were treated very nicely by the staff and the room was very comfortable for our 9 night stay for the balloon fiesta! We would 10/10 recommend staying here! Clean, comfortable and relaxing stay! Thank you!

Booked online after searching for pet friendly- after checking in I received a text that I had to pay an additional pet fee- for the total price I could have stayed in a 5 star rated property. Was going to say here again in 2 weeks- they won’t get my business. Pet owners be aware

Traveled with children. We all enjoyed our stay. Rooms were excellent. Plenty of room and very clean. Breakfast lady was so hospitable and helpful. Check in lady was not so nice. Very quick choppy answers to our questions and when we called for extra towels, she simply said no and hung up. Otherwise we had a great stay.

The spots in the carpet in the room need serious cleaning. This was in 225. We stayed there a few weeks ago in a different room and the carpet needed cleaning as well. Otherwise, the stay was satisfactory.

An amazing hotel with tons of amenities! The double bed suite was perfect for our family weekend getaway. All the kids (seven) had a place to sleep and a tv to play their games on. The two queen beds were so comfortable, we actually slept in. The staff was sweet and attentive. I will definitely return in the future.
