Bayview is in my top 3 out of all the hotels in Guam! I was so excited to stay here after the renovation & upon learning that it's now under Dusit management. Bayview didn't disappoint! Beautiful view & clean rooms & facilities. The bed was very comfortable & there was ample lighting in the rooms. The breakfast service with the room at below the FAR level was great. The staff were helpful & super nice. Every time I reached out for help, Bayview addressed my concerns right away. I've been highly recommending Bayview to everyone I know. As long as the rate is below FAR, I can't wait to stay here again! PROS: 1) My door didn't lock in the middle of the night. I called the following morning and requested that the lock be fixed and a bar lock installed for added security. The hotel management was very understanding and accommodated my needs without delay. 2) The smoke alarm in the room next to mine kept sounding off. The engineering department came right away to fix the issue. 3) The rooftop bar and pool were lovely added touches to the amenities. 4) The covered parking structure with light indicators of open stalls made parking easy and convenient. CONS: 1) The AC in the room was centralized. I wish there was a way to turn off the AC. 2) The bathroom had a semi-transparent screen. I wish the screen provided more privacy, especially when sharing a room with another person. When the lights are on, everything you do inside the bathroom is pretty visible from the outside!

This is our 2nd time back on the island this year staying at Bayview after a family recommended this place. The area is quiet, parking is easy, all staff I’ve came in contact with was friendly, and the beds are comfortable! The reason for only 4 stars for cleanliness was the shower floor, it felt slippery and I wore shower slippers. It made me think the shower floor was not cleaned after each guest. However, the tub is sparkling! Also, the room door doesn’t seem very secure, I felt I needed to use all the locks. I also had to give the door an extra push to head the click on the door. The door does not retract on its own. We stayed here for 3 nights, went to another hotel and regretted that, came back on our last night to stay at Bayview and opted for breakfast this time. It was a good spread! Rice, Portuguese sausage, eggs to order, veggies, cereal, oatmeal, fruits, drinks including alcohol! I highly recommend Bayview and will definitely book here again.

Peaceful

I had to move room due to ants moving around. And in the newly given room, we had to fight with roaches. The employees were kind, but there should be something done for the bugs.

Staff were friendly and efficient . Our aircon didn’t seem to work so we notified the staff and they immediately resolved the situation. It was somewhat noisy since we were near the traffic.

Nice place. Quiet and relaxing.

Front desk was friendly and prompt with check-in. The room was clean and ready for the stay, but neighboring rooms were noisy blasting music at late hours and it was unclear if security handled the concern. Overall stay was satisfactory and I would return for another stay with family, but would try to upgrade to a room more private and further from occupied rooms
