Great place to stay but... 1) Spa with atoma therapy was down ...all week! 2) room service forgets to replenish forms for laundry 3) room service forgets to replenish tea

One of the best hotels i ever stayed in. Personnel is super friendly and professional. Amenities and room very clean. Breakfast is super. Mattress is comfortable.. i especially like the spa and the thermal pool. Right next to cery nice shopping center. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place.

Lovely hotel in a great location, we had a sea view room which was incredible looking out at the sea from your bed. The rooms are a little dated but not too bad . The staff are excellent very helpful and always smiling. The spa and pools are great also a fully equipped gym. Lots of lovely restaurants 2 mins walk .

We had a spacious room with a king-sized bed overlooking the sea. The mini bar was well-stocked. Room service was good. The bathroom was very nice. The only complaint we have is there was no charging outlets near the bed - we had to unplug the bedside lamp to charge our phones. There are a lot of restaurants within 5 minutes walk from the hotel. On weekends the place gets crowded.

Location is far from city center but adjacent to a mall at sea front. Great breakfast quality. Very well equipped spa. Outdoor pool is large for an İzmir hotel. Rooms can accommodate third guest with extra bed which was comfortable. Free indoor parking. Only minor issue is the wait time for elevators. Children above 6 years pay adult price which makes it an expensive hotel.

The room was nice. The bathroom are embarrassing m. They are from 1999. Some staff are very friendly. The front desk staff Merve or however you spell it needs a serious attitude check. She gives false information and then smiles about it at you like you are stupid. Thought we had found the hotel we would be staying when we visit İzmir. Unfortunately will be our last stay here.

I was happy with this hotel. The resort actually was one was a beautiful resort. The service the people were nice and the service were wonderful. It’s a hotel where I recommend people to stay because at the end of the day I was the wonderful hotel to be stayed there and was nice and clean very clean. I would give 10 out of 10 for everything because the hotel and the people were wonderful, to their customers .

Amazing location in Izmir, by the beach with breathtaking views in sea & also mountains. They offered us Fruits Platter, lot of drinking water, coffee capsules and towel/fabric gift! Connected to shopping mall, if you reserve a Suite via Expedia you get access to Club Lounge in 13th floor serving snacks, meals, deserts & drinks from morning until evening, the breakfast buffet at the lobby, they have good outdoor & indoor swimming pools, spacious suites, conformable beds, sofas & pillows, good bathrooms with standing shower & bathtub, double sink & double TVs, good coffee machine & working desk in the suite. Free valet parking. Walking distance to the beach & marine museum is next door! Good staff, delicious food, very recommended for short vacations.

Wynham Grand Izmir Ozdilez is perhaps the best hotel in Izmir. The ocean view from the room is relaxing and beautiful. The hotel is modern and sophisticated in its decoration. It clearly shows that it is a 5-star hotel. The spa is clean, modern and elegant in its decoration. My wife and I spent 3 memorable days in this hotel.

Traveling in Italy, Greece, and Turkey over 3 weeks, this was the second-best hotel I stayed in. It is a modern hotel with an intriguing, cylindrical design with spectacular views of the Aegean. The amenities are excellent and the choice of food was good, although over-priced for what it was. The only negative was the Izmir traffic but the hotel cannot be blamed for that.

We had trouble with our luggage because they didn’t make it to Izmir at the same time as us. However, the front desk staff (especially Marve) went out of their way to coordinate with the airline for the earliest pick-up available. This helped to keep us calm and so we slept soundly that night.

In short: Everything was perfect. Longer version: Every single staff member did everything they could to make my trip good. They helped me with literally everything. They were nice and helpful at arrival, they made food in the dead of night, they helped me with some Turkish phrases. And the price was very manageble. If you want to go to Izmir PLEASE choose this place. Very close to water, very close to mountains, very close to shopping and relatively close to IstinyePark which is also where the metro is. So, so, so good if you are interested in Izmir.
