We booked this trip last minute and were impressed with the cleanliness of the building and room. Each person at the desk was very helpful, especially Ariel in giving us pointers on NJ transit. I had booked an extra night in case we missed our standby flight, and Rafael was super patient, flexible with our situation and allowed us to cancel a little later until we made our flight. I am grateful for the safety we felt here with our first time in NJ, thank you all for making this a great experience for us!

I was really surprised at the room size and bathroom, had a mini fridge and microwave, and a great experience, clean bathroom, shower water pressure couldve been stronger.. but it got the job done. Water was hot is the main thing. TV was built into the wall and had hdmi and other connections in the wall, for quick setup for Gaming or other devices. Overall Great Experience. Staff was friendly. Id stay here again!

Had to wait a very long time for someone to show up at the front desk when I w as trying to check in. Room was good size, bed was comfrotable, climate control device was easy to use and fast acting. Housekeeping was prompt and good.
Water from the bathroom faucet came out warm for no apparent reason. The water pressure in the shower was awful. The water was kind of just dripping out of the shower head.

The room smelles like smoke deapite it being nonsmoking. Outside smwlled like pee. Lots of abandoned shopping carts outside. Lots of noise. Bed was rock hard. We checked out early.

I like this hotel it was close to work and it was converted to get to expressway. Nice staffs and quiet .

While The room was comfortable and clean, I did not feel safe in the parking area. Seem to be a lot of “residents” hanging out in the parking lot and I was very uneasy.

I don't have much negative to say. Everyone was very nice, room was clean, bed was comfortable. I had reserved a handicap accessible room but was given an upstairs room and that was the only negative.

Rating was overstated. Check in was not friendly felt like I was bothering him. Hotel not located in a good area. Room was clean but the beds were very hard! I will not stay there again.

It seems like there’s a halfway house or something attached to this motel and there are bugs in the towels. The motel is gross. DO NOT STAY THERE!!!

There is a welfare hotel right next to this hotel, it was full of people hanging out drinking alcohol and smoking weed in the parking lot. Several of them approached me and asked me for money when I was going back and forth to my car. Never again.

I was there for a funeral and I called and asked for an early check in so that I wouldn't be late to the funeral. They allowed me to check in early and the staff was very friendly.

For an inexpensive pet friendly motel, this was great. They don't charge extra for pets. The rooms were very spare - no rugs (that's probably why they don't charge for pets). There's a second floor, but no elevator - if our 12 year old dog couldn't handle the stairs, the rating would be not as good. No breakfast other than coffee / tea and there was no lounge to drink the hot beverages. But, this suited us well for the price. Rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

Had to wait at 430pm a 1/2 hr , so they could reclean or deodorize our room The non-smoking room we booked had been being lived in by a very heavy cigarette and... smoker . still stunk after deep cleaning.. 😔

The staff was kind but you’ll have to take care of yourself mostly. Maybe I’m spoiled by Hilton but I had to pay in the vending machine for the one time use toothpaste. Trying to get towels and washrags was difficult if it wasn’t your “cleaning day.” But I did enjoy the conversations with a couple guys on the night shift since I’m generally an owl.

The fires alarm went off all night. There was no option to keep the heat flowing continuously. Overall, wouldn’t stay again.

The room was horrible. There was cigarette burns on one of the comforters. The shower had very little pressure couldn't take a proper shower. The sink faucet wasn't even sitting in the sink proper and everytime you would turn the sink on the faucet would move. The toilet would stop flushing every 3-4 flushes and I'd have to take the top of tank off to fix it. When we checked in I asked for extra pillow, the clerk told us that housekeeping door was locked for the night and he couldn't open it. The floor outside the bathroom door was raised and you would trip over it coming out. There was people smoking meth or crack in the parking lot. There was a lot of sketchy people in the lots when we walked to our car the girls felt unsafe. It felt like a crack den. The staff themselves were super nice but the stay was not a good one.

When I booked, it said breakfast was included and there was a gym and I get there. And there's no breakfast, no gym. There is no shampoo or conditioner. No tissues and the bed slides when you lean up up against it

I stayed here for the cost, but that was not as low cost, 2 days cost me $249. There is no elevator here, I stayed on the 2nd floor and had a suitcase. Not helpful. Also, apparently this hotel houses people who need temporary housing and have vouchers from the State. There are a lot of young people and their kids just standing around the place, on the sidewalks, talking very loudly, kids screaming all day long, music blasting at times, not what I wanted at all.
I work at night, and got ZERO rest here.

This property was not fit for my dogs. Hundreds of cigarette butts in the mulch. Non-smoking room smells like someone has been smoking in it. I don’t live in New Jersey so it may have just been a bad area. Expect for people to just be hanging out in the parking lot and smoking marijuana. I never give bad reviews! I don’t understand how this place got a rating of good through hotels.com. Avoid this place!

This day was not good my family and I had to stay there for many weeks and we spend a lot of money there's no amenities not even a coffee maker in the room there was a hair in the drain of the shower and I was told the room was cleaned the tub had cigarette Burns in the tub it was mold underneath the bed frame too many homeless people knocking on your door at all hours of the night absolutely no security and the manager there is absolutely no help she disregards anything you tell her my TV I could hardly ever see it cuz I had a black screen I was told by maintenance they would give me another one I was there for 22 days you never got anything no screen in the windows couldn't even open a window bugs flying in between the air conditioners definitely not pleasant I asked to be removed to another room I was denied that but I was reminded every single day of how long I've been there for and then I need to check out by a certain date
