Bed had dirty sheets with hair and other gross things in it. Door would not close completely. Staff was worthless and was not very helpful or pleasant.

Very ugly and dirty. Stains on all bedding! Floor was so sticky we had to mop it with a wet towel to even walk in. Fight in the middle of the parking lot deom tweakers that woke us up.

Saw two bugs within the first thirty seconds of entering the room. Killed them. Woke up the next day with a large painful bug bite on my leg. Bad experience

Shabby property! Lack of maintenance. A/C unit panel was trashed & unit was noisy throughout the night, baseboard coming loose in several places, pool closed, hot water ran out. Basically... we got what we paid for.

Booked our reservation with Experian. When we checked in, they had us booked for 2 nights! Thankfully, I had a paper copy of our reservation that said 1 night. The manager quickly took care of the problem and credited my credit card!!

This hotel was absolutely filthy. Ypon trying to check in they coukdnt find our reservation we have had for over a month. After 29 minutes the clerk sais someone chdcked in with exact same name as you(rare name, very doubtful) then she said she was goung to the ither guys room to get it figured out. Came back & told us we were wating for him to come straighten it out. Which makes no sense because its not his fault and we arent going to stay in a room someone is checked into. After 20 minutes he never came then she got us a room. Was really weird and sketch The roo. Was so filthy we went & bought bedding and lined the floor with towels to walk on. I HAVE PHOTOS BUT THE U9LIAD BUTTON ISNT WORKING

Check in way a breeze. Front desk guy was great. No fridge or microwave but for the price, that’s ok. Room and linens were clean. It wasn’t fancy and there were some sketchy people next door to us but overall it was good

You get what you pay for! One night for 100.00 is a good price! Overall the property is in need of maintenance and upgrades. (See pictures) Check in is supposed be about 3pm but I had to wait until 4pm in my car in the heat. Room was clean but furniture was in poor condition or damaged. The television was not getting all the channels it should have and was not bright enough to see well. Pool needed skimming. One of the staris was actually broken and taped off for saftey, yet later the tape was broken. Oops, cant leave a photo for some reason.

The front desk clerk was kind and helpful, but the rooms were less than clean. The first room I checked into smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. When I asked the clerk if I could switch, he apologized and switched my room with no fuss. The second room smelled of animal urine in he carpeting near the door, which permeated the room. Additionally, one towel was stained and there was a blood smear left on the bathroom wall. Overall, the hotel is quite loud from a combination of freeway noise and parking lot chaos.

My room initially smelled like pee when I checked in. There was also soap scum in the shower that had not been cleaned from the previous occupant. I brought this up to the front desk and they were happy to put me in a different room. The new room was perfectly clean and had no smell. The beds and pillows were super comfy. The highway noise was surprisingly loud, so I don’t think the rooms are well insulated. Overall a good stay for a decent price.

We had to get moved to three different rooms. First room smelled like cat pee from the rug, the next room stunk like cigarettes and the third room was fine but up on the second floor even though we requested the bottom floor. The WiFi also was down.

The location was easy to spot. The check-in was quick. The parking was adequate just a little congested. The room was clean. The only downside is the lack of elevator.

I liked my stay well enough. It was 1 night only. I was treated nicely, and with respect. My room was clean and comfortable. There is no carpeting, which I miss, but that is the trend.

Everytime we go on a trip to Eugene, we always book at this Motel 6! We never had a bad experience here. Always catered to our needs and the location is accessible to any mall or restaurant we like going to. The ice maker and the AC are working well. The only thing we recommend is to have the AC fix cause at night it makes this buzzing/vibrating sound. Otherwise, everything is fine!
