Not A Great Place to Stay if you are actually looking to sleep . Busy environment. Heavy Traffic all hours of the day and night from roads .You will hear car doors slamming people getting in and out of their cars and going back and forth to their rooms all night long until 3:00 or 4:00 a.m. . Police Fire and Ambulance there several times during my stay.. No Central heat or air. Evap Cooler that you dont really control , and portable heaters provided. I stayed in December but for my knowledge about coolers is they only work when it's not actually hot or humid outside. It worked well as a fan to circulate air but it was 60 outside. Lack of temperature control really only gives you the option to be burning up or freezing cold. No coffee pot fridge or microwave in most rooms .Wifi is useless. Phone was out . Shower broken . Cigarette stains everywhere even though it was a non smoking room. In the morning enjoy a 4 oz complimentary coffee at front desk thats cold and stale and your key will no longer work if you leave the property and come back forcing you to go the front desk every time to get in your room . Pros: Cheap Dont not recommend, pay the extra $$ and get something decent next time .

I paid for a non-smoking room and the room smelled like an ashtray. I woke up multiple times choking on secondhand smoke from the other rooms so it was pretty terrible to be honest.

Overall, thd room was great for the price. One of the beds was so worn in one spot, it would cause me to roll into my husband constantly. The other bed was great, and we slept well the second night. The room was missing a shower curtain, but the tub worked well. We checked in close to 10pm and the staff were curteous and efficient. Great place to sleep safe, after spending the day running around.

Ive stayed in many hotels over the last couple of months; Extended Stay, Metro Tempe Apts, a few others. I've always tried to avoid Motel 6 for its bad reputation, but due to finances, we had limited options and baded off recent reviews we decided to give this one a try. We were beyond impressed with the cleanliness! So much cleaner than the Metro Tempe Apartment we stayed at just a week prior. The water pressure is AMAZING and the best we've experienced. The rooms are obviously smaller, but cleanliness is our main goal. There's no appliances in the rooms, but there is a community microwave by the office and hot coffee every morning. Its not in the "best" area, but it is near many many stores and restaurants, so the lack of appliances evened out. Pets and kids also stay free unlike all others we've stayed at we've had to pay an additional deposit ($50-$75) plus a daily fee! Check in was extremely fast and the staff overall was amazing! We were very pleased and very surprised for it being a Motel 6.

I ended up staying 2 nights at this location. Motel6 brand has been convenient and feasible. This location did have cleaner floors than what i have experienced in the recent month. Good job.

The room and facilities were fine, but the clerk who checked me in the night of Sept. 1 around 9 PM was unfriendly and couldn't even direct me to where my room was. She just pointed to a map on the desk and left it at that. Fortunately, I came across a security guard in the parking lot who was very friendly and helped me find my room. He would make a great manager for your motel.

Deluxe room suited my needs nicely as it provided a refrigerator cold refrigerator as well as a microwave baby, and they offer smoking or not. Smoking not a common option at hotels. But I choose this Motel 6 because of that option. Um , it's busy , but the breeze ways don't smell like drugs and unlike the other motel 6s that i've stayed at so I look forward to many more stays in nights at this location

I have no complaints. But I reallyisd having Deanna in the office, her passing away so fast makes you think wow reality just hits you right in the face! It's scary. R. I. P Deanna you are missed dearly from all your friends here at motel 6. Fly with the Angels sweety!

The staff here are pretty cool. I like where my room is at cause it's close to the office and they allow pets! I have my 3 babies with me and that's #1 priority!

Why they ask Everytime to do this review. So here I am again, leaving a comment of my own opinion!?! As always i have no bad comments or any bad things to say about this motel 6. This is my home right now so for now I'm okay.. I'm alive. I'm not on the streets. Thank God for that. My animals are happy n that makes me happy. That's all I can say for now till tomorrow .. hahaha peace out! 👍💯

I have no complaints. The staff are all really cool people. That's a plus. For me anyway. I can't speak for everyone, I'm not the spokes of person for motel 6! LoL I try to have a good time where ever I am everyday of my life. It's to short so you gotta make it the best. Right?? Right. So live your best life now and everyday till the last day. This hotel is directly across the street from Sunsplash water park which is a great location. The air conditioning unit was broken so our rooms were very warm. Even though we stayed for several days, room service never restocked our disposables and paper goods.

Stopped here to sleep for 4 hours during the day. Very.. unsavory types of people... walking around the hotel. I would not stay here over night but thankful for the kind front desk staff and the ability to sleep for 6 hours for a hundred bucks with no bed bugs.

The room was okay. What caused me to leave only 3 stars was the condition of the pool, which was GREEN! Completely unacceptable that in a place where it gets so hot, that the pool would be unusable.

We reserved 2 rooms, both of the room their AC weren’t working it was very hot in there we couldn’t sleep because how hot it was, very rude the people at front desk, our cards to open our rooms weren’t working either we have to go down stairs a few times to reactivate them, the toilet on one of our rooms kept plugged, We won’t book any rooms with Motel 6, very disappointed, they didn’t even apologized or say sorry.
