Well the check in process took over an hour efore we could get into a room after making the reservation online. The front desk person wasn't able to retrieve the reservation. The person from Hotel.com had to call to walk her thru the process which took additional time. I assume the lady feom Hotel.com thought she got it;however, she hang up the phone before lady could ask her another question so we had to call again. Second call help me & her but the system still couldn't process. In other words, it took over 1hr and half to get into our room at 4:45 am. So my experience with this was very stressful for me & the front desk clerk.

No refrigerator! Who does that? Half the outlets didn’t work and half the lights didn’t work. Not even a plate in the microwave or a lid on the toilet! The place needs work.

Parking was limited , truck& trailer took up several parking areas. There were no towels in my room. I booked a king room and was put in a double queen bed room. Cigarette burns on night stand

I wasted $52 of my hard earned money I checked out within the 1st 30 minutes of my stay ,when I pulled up to my room, there was people sitting around on the outside of their rooms, starring at me once I got out of my car whichever was scary to me ,once i went into the room it smelled like strong smoke there was flies everywhere, no signal on the tv ,no wash clothes I was scared to sit on the bed ,it was like a project apartment, I returned the keys jumped in my truck and drove straight back to Louisiana, sorry it's a NO FOR ME GOOD LUCK ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK VERY UNSATISFIED

I enjoyed my stay at motel 6.. the staff was friendly and the room was immaculate! Will stay again!

Check it was great lady very friendly. Next morning check in again and card would not work in door would not open after 4 attempts still did not open . Took maintenance almost 45 minutes to open door had to sit in my van to wait.

The room reserved was not available. No smoke detector in the room and I reeked of cigarettes. Cigarette burn on the bed and nasty stains on ceiling and walls of bathroom and room. Also flies everywhere!!!

The hotel room was beyond gross. Dirty fingernails were left in the bathroom candy on the floor and the tub had tape all over it

Never got fresh towels or room touch up after staying almost 2 weeks. Went to store and purchased our own towels. Cops surround the place during stay trying to get some guy a few doors down. Loud at night always something or someone making noise. Only one ice machine in laundry room. Other side don't work. Rooms where clean for the most part.

We stayed in the back building facing a fence. The security lights were not on at all back there! AC wouldn’t shut off, finally had to unplug it! Bathroom was not very clean. Did not feel safe staying here and will not be returning.

I have bulbous infantigo and a rare but serious condition of lower leg cellulitis. I should have requested a deep clean before hand but I fixed it other then that it's been great!! One thing though I noticed it the burnt blankets on each bed so we r just gonna not undo the beds and use our blanket but thank u and I hope u have a great day!!!! the area appeared “shady “. no coffee pot or wash cloths.only one bath towel and one hand towel. bathroom smelt wet or moldy and the fan made a horrible noise as did the toalet when flushed.

Would of definitely been a solid 4 stars but when you literally kill more then 7 flies and sweep up so much hair you can make a wig its wild. So cleaness is 1-2 stars the beds and comfort are comfortable tho and i like the why they built the showers

By far the worst hotel experience we have ever had. There was one towell for three people and they said they didn't have any more when we requested extras. The water pressure in the shower was very low, but the toilet almost exploded every time we flushed. The walls needed repair and paint. Just a blanket and a sheet on the beds. On the plus side, there were no bedbugs.

The staff was amazing. My king bed did not come with a mictowave and fridge and they assisted me in changing to a double queen for $12.00 more. Cons: internet was down and thier office phones were out. Pro: amazin staff. Clean room, comfortable bed 1 block from wrights steakhouse and I44. Will stay again

Do not like the fact that when you check in there's no coffee so you wait till freaking in the morning then the coffee runs out they don't make no more you have to ask them for ice because and they don't even have ice doors were broken into they were locked together

Non-smoking room smell, like smoke, felt unsafe because other guests hanging outside and several rooms down was some loud music.
