This place was an absolute nightmare. We got there an hour and a half after check-in and he told us that our room was not ready and if there is no other rooms that we can go to. Then he told us that we can go to a different room (after he said that everything is booked and not cleaned yet ) and that room was absolutely disgusting and not cleaned so I requested to cancel my trip and my booking and get a refund and he told me to figure it out on my own and that he’s not gonna do it. I would not ever recommend staying here to anybody even though it’s cheap, don’t ever stay here. The area is terrible the hotel is terrible the staff is terrible.

Tv didn’t work, no fridge, place was falling apart. Owner was grumpy and lived in one of the rooms so if you got a room near him he’d call the cops if he could hear you after a certain hour

TV and remote not working. Staff did not ask how our stay was. Room smelled like smoke. My son had to use his inhaler. At least the air conditioner worked and the shower felt nice.

Had to pay an additional $35 because my wife smoked, couldn’t use my Expedia points, microwave didn’t work, ice machine didn’t work,air conditioner was raggedy no ventilation panels. Okay

Very sparce room with no kleenex, coffee maker, or small table and chair. Bed mattress was fine (not lumpy or sagging). Convenient access to beltway and BWI airport.

It is a pet friendly place, but they will not clean the room if you have a pet. However, they do not tell you. The excuse they gave me was that the cleaning lady was afraid of dogs...we have a declawed cat. We called more than once because the WiFi did not work and the person at the front desk simply told us that it was working where he was and to come to that building to use it. The night staff had no interest in fixing the issue or even acknowledging it whatsoever. The day staff was willing to help us check out later than we hoped because of a change in travel plans. However, they started by wanting to charge us $20 to stay one hour past regular checkout time, despite the room costing $60 per day. They did not charge us in the end, but this seems excessive.

All I can say is you get what you pay for . It’s not the best hotel but it’s a place to lay your head . It was not cleaned at all, floor wasn’t swept or mopped in the room, sheets were dirty (but that’s a lot of place), and it’s not up to date at all. The beds were terrible not comfortable at all. I would tell you this the way they keep the hotel rooms separate is pretty unique and quiet . Also, if you have an extended stay the housekeeping doesn’t come everyday. And my room on one of the beds only had 2 pillows instead of the 3 but that’s okay too. Front office staff was great and easy to work with.
