the manager which is a female was very inconsidered all bc someone from one of the rooms next to me complain about the noises that were being made i know its TMI but it was moaning. I honestly havent been told not to make noise while in the room minding my business bc it bothers others.

Was a last minute stay. Great price for a queen bed. I ended up with handicap room, which was totally fine. There was dead bug on the floor and the bathroom sink was dirty. Otherwise, it was 6 hours well spent sleeping.

The overall 1 night stay was good. Surprisingly, the bed was pretty comfortable. It was a quiet stay at night, ideal just to rest snd sleep, no wow factor hotel, basic room, clean, night employee was very friendly (man) and it was a quick check-in since it was 10 p.m. It's right off the highway and you can walk to several fast food restaurants, coffee shop and convenience store.

Seems like this property was recently remodel. Fresh paint all around I went. Front desk guy was very pleasant and courteous. Mattress was comfortable and the sheets were clean and fresh. I'm not a person that asks for much, specially if it's a one night stay, but I strongly believe that cleanliness has nothing to do with High end or luxury. It's just basic service. That and good customer service to me are a must. This place has both. " A place is just as good as the people using it " So be mindful and take good care of the property. Paying for a night doesn't gives you the right to destroy, ruin, damage or disrespect the property or employees. Give exactly what you expect to receive.

They do not clean the room unless told to do so, even then when we told them to clean our room they did not do so. I would like to mention that the front end desk was very nice and gave us clean towels. Would stay here again for short time again but not long time. Thank you hotel 6. 3/5 stars

At check in, was great but the room was dirty when entering it. They didn't clean the room from the person before that stayed there. The personal came in and cleaned and fixed the room for us. They were nice and friendly. The rest of the time was fine.

My family and I would definitely recommend to everyone to stay at this location- @ Motel 6, when visiting the City of Pharr- McAllen RGV cities nearby. We were very satisfied with our stay because the 2 rooms we reserved were very clean and comfortable & the friendly front desk clerk even connected our rooms when we hadn’t even considered it was an option. The rooms matched the description photos on the booking website and the prices were affordable and exactly what the Expedia receipt reflected we would pay on arrival. One great plus is the convenience of gas stations restaurants stores and other hotels in one convenient area. We will return to visit again.

I would have loved our stay, as always, but our normal 2x a month room was taken and we had to stay in a joining room. The couple there the first night sounded like they were making a porno. Im too old for all that.

Have stayed here multiple times and every time I’m treated with prompt and easy check in service. Rooms don’t have an iron, but they always have some upfront. Will continue to stay here in the future.
