There was what looked (and smelled) to be urine all over the walls and ceiling. The place was very dirty and poorly maintained, much smaller than the photos made it looks (and dirtier). It smelled like strong air freshener trying (and failing) to cover up the smell of urine. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and I woke up with a painful back. This place was horrible, cheap but not cheap enough for the terrible experience.

My stay was fine. Most of the staff were great and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Good price for the stay.

Nothing special the room was nice but outdated a lot of room for improvement high ceilings big bathroom ac/heat unit needs to be replaced it’s dirty and smashed up but with all of that said it wasn’t bad this place was clean and quiet and the girl at the front desk forgot her name but she was super cool and patient and that’s what puts them over the top for me and I would stay there again. Felt generally safe but there was construction going on all night but the fan and tv took care that it wasn’t loud but trucks beeping would have driven me crazy If I wasn’t already conditioned to sleep with the tv on all night. WiFi was decent but better if you pop on your vpn and the relay the signal in a secured fashion which gave it an excellent bump in speed as well. Xfinity a few movie channels no pov bathrooms super clean and modernized only thing is the outdated rooms personally I think this place with a little more money put into it and if people didn’t do bad things to the and furniture etc., it’s hidden gem there’s a very vibrant night life out there. Next to a mountain mikes there was a club was smackin at 11pm when i went to pick up a pizza Saturday night. There’s all kinds of gas stations and liquor stores/7-11 and fast food joints like a decent handful of choices for quick snacks open late night. So yknow could be better but wasn’t even close to the worst I’ve seen

When I went to go to my room, it was already assigned to someone else so I walked in on someone.
3.5
Very rude at check in. Requested a late check out and was denied even though I’m a Goldmember.
3.5
Terrible service, terrible hotel period. The staff are horrible people.

So the room was arranged wired…the bed was facing one direction, the TV was on the wall in an very uncomfortable way…with me laying in bed was not able to enjoy watching it…when I asked for another room…they said there was not more available….very uncomfortable very un relaxing…

Room was very clean, however incredibly small. Front desk staff was nice enough. The TV didn’t have any kind of watchable service which rendered it pointless and disappointing. Hotel staff couldn’t assist in this matter.
3.5
The room was fine. The bathroom had a broken switch and tub was stained. We ran out of toilet paper but we always bring some with us. Overall nice stay

Cant beat the price. Room was huge. Lot’s of place to get food around the area.

Hotel Transylvania -
Lets start with the unexpected $100 deposit. No WiFi, no cable TV, bed was worn out, the sheets had spots, room wasn't clean-it was filthy. So much hair around the bed that it looked like the floor of a busy barbershop. Killed 2 roaches in the bathroom. Kill spots on the walls from slow bugs that didn't get away from previous visitors. The AC was Ok, but didn't reach the bed area. Lots of shady people walking around. Witnessed a drug deal in the parking lot. Our room never got cleaned. Had to remove my own trash every day that I was there. (For fear of the roaches)
The place is old, and if it were well kept, could be a better place to stay. Good for a cheap date, judging by the clientele.

Better customer service

Didn’t like the fact that they are not upfront with pet fees when I booked. I didn’t know the fees are charged separately. Also, online advertised that breakfast was included, but it wasn’t when we got to the hotel.
3.5
I just love it for the price! Only huge complaint I have would be how small the TV is.
3.5
Was not able to stay because of their “pet friendly” policy which didn’t say that it was only dogs and not cats until I got to the hotel
3.5
We needed a place to sleep, and the room provided the opportunity.
3.5
Awful experience. Our room smelt like weed, cleanliness was barely apparent, had a dog barking nonstop in the room beside us, and people upstairs were playing music and we could hear their every step. No way we could sleep so we left. The front desk employee was not understanding of the conditions and would not issue us a refund. We are still trying to get refund but can’t get ahold of the manager. So unprofessional and very disappointing.

The beds weren't very comfortable, 1 towel for 5 guest, shower and bath tub were filthy with someone's whiskers all over shower wal. Bathroom sink worksheet drain.
3.5
Ive stayed here before & was pleased. Its very well lit, the grounds are very well maintained. Rooms are clean.
3.5
The people next door where very loud and people had music on for a long time

Good place to stay. Room was very big clean and spacious. The bed was big and comfortable and the sheets looked clean and new. The towels had no stains on them and were clean and smelled good. The water pressure sucks when taking a shower. The mini fridge was clean and big enough to hold water bottles the microwave was clean and looked new. The floor and the counters looked new. Plenty of parking. There are a lot of people walking around this property at night time. Those people were not loud though. All in all I felt safe and I felt that my car was safe And I will definitely stay here again.

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel when we came to visit our family in Fairfield Ca. Check in was a breeze and our request for a floor room was immediately granted. The room was clean, especially the bathroom. My daughter is very particular about hotel bathrooms and this got her approval. We stayed for 4 nights in comfort. I highly recommend this Travelodge at this location.
3.5
I booked a room with 1 king bed. When I checked in I was given a room with 2 full beds which is a cheaper room than what I paid for. I was offered nothing in compensation and was just told that the rooms are the same price.
3.5
We stayed in room 118. Everything was great except for the bed. Unless you like super firm then you will be ok. Fast food, gas stations and a Starbux is within walking distance. A habitat restore is right next door so if you need stuff for your house check them out. There is also an Antique store accross the street as is Bootbarn and a Dialysis office. The hotel and surrounding area is clean..

I had to get a toon because ac in our house broke during heat wave. I got this room and their ac was in terrible condition. As soon as you stepped in room it was hot, muggy and smelled terrible. We ended up leaving getting another room in a different hotel. Would not recommend.
3.5
There's odor in the room. Ants were crowling on the bathroom. Not a comfy place to stay.
3.5
Good for a night stay. Air conditioner was old and very noisy. Took me a long while to get to sleep. Very good lighting all around the place. Overall I would give 7/10.
3.5
Nothing worked in room. Lights didn't work no ac, broken... horrible
3.5
It was ok. They never came and give us clean towels and take the garbage.
3.5
The first room we checked into had not been serviced/cleaned. Had to get anothrer room.

Visited a customer in Napa and this was the most reasonably priced hotel in the area. Property is older and dated, but appears to be well maintained and clean. Staff was helpful.
3.5
It was good for the price. And staff was very helpful.

Everything was clean, the room was good size, and very affordable. Wifi was pretty good for a hotel.

The room was completely different from the pictures shown, and was VERY small. There were roaches or some type of bug that crawled out from behind the fridge, I killed multiple but there were still more. I reserved 3 nights and asked for a new room on the first night at midnight since there’s “24 hour service” at the lobby, but the guy there didn’t help at all or know anything and told us to come back in the morning when someone else was working. So we had to sleep in the room with bugs. The bathroom was decent, and really the only plus about the room.
3.5
The room had a stench when we walked in and it was really too late to get assistance from the front desk. It’s very minimal and clean enough for a quick overnight. The bathroom is fairly spacious which is a good thing. We were awoken by the cleaning staff yelling at each other :(
3.5
Do not let the price fool you - if you come to the area with a limited budget, they WILL pre-authorize your card and pull money out of your bank AND THEN charge you the full price again when you check-in, on top of a $100 deposit, FOR A TRAVEL LODGE. So unless you have $300 you can part with for 5 days, do not stay here. I’ve NEVER in my life seen a hotel double charge - I’ve heard of $1 pre-auth to make sure the card works, but $95 pre-auth $95 for the room deposit.
Stay elsewhere.

Everything good keep it up👍

I slipped and fell in the bathtub, i injured my right arm and was sent to the ER. The management never contacted me. There were no adhesives on the bathtub for non slip. Im wearing a splint and sling due to the injury. Not happy with how things are handled. I asked for a incident report they declined. Very unprofessional.

Reserved a downstairs room (surgery on right foot
). Clerk did not read the notes and gave my room away. RUDE, INCONSIDERATE. Gave me upstairs room in the back corner. Stairs (2sets).
