We had to leave because the beds were dirty, and there were visible bed bugs on the beds. The receptionist cancelled our reservation with no problem. He started a refund with no problem. The situation was very disappointing and caused a great inconvenience because we could not find any other place to stay for the night and we had to drive home.

Small shower, uncomfortable blankets, tiny towels, no movie channels. Oh and my girlfriend killed a roach in the bathroom. On the plus side, it is right next to a taco bell 🌮!

Okay hotel overall. Definitely not very clean. Most of the hallways smelled like weed and the rooms did too. Also not very safe feeling either. There is an elevator that anyone from outside can get right into the hotel. Some of the sheets in our room had black marks/stains on them. It didnt feel very clean. The AC unit worked, but was very inconsistent and I was hot most of the night. Overall wasn't the worst experience, but definitely at your own risk.

We chose this location based on the location and we knew it was an older building so we did not expect the latest and greatest. We were happily surprised by the excellent quality and comfort of the bed. Overall we were happy with the location and staff during our check in. We "bumped into a facilities/maintenance worker who also very nice and polite. We did have a bad experience at check out, the front desk worker was asleep and we could not wake him. There was no free breakfast (it was advertised) probably because he was sound asleep and didn't set it up. Unfortunately we had a tight schedule so we left our key cards at the desk and bought breakfast after we left. If we could attach a photo of the sleeping employee we would.

Bed covers with holes,smelly room, a lot of mold in the bathroom, clothes dresser with bad draw.

There was a dirty washcloth with blood on it in our room. We lwft after 1 hour! People hanging around outside in the front on the sides and back with lots of children. My husband received some kind of bite. We called the airline and took an earlier flight.

They never cleaned my room. I personally asked the house keeper on Friday to please clean it and when I get back it’s still the same mess and the bathroom had cockroaches, the hallways smelled like cigarettes and bad odors.

No trash can. No ash tray in a smoking room. Shower was dirty. Blankets had burn holes. No microwave or breakfast. What started as a wet spot got worse from im assuming the a/c. Entire area in front of bed ended up wet

You get what you pay for here folks. Beds were so old & uncomfortable. Bedding all full of cigarette burns, room had a funk. Does not come with continental breakfast as advertised

The room was relatively clean but the bathtub/shower had mold, there were bugs, and the bed was bare minimum. My door did not lock from the outside, I told management in the morning and when I returned late in the evening it had not been taken care of and the manager had not cared to check/take care of it.

When i booked it clearly mentioned that break fast is included but when I asked at counter he say not included. Bed springs were broken Bed sheets had a whole in it Ceiling had a spider net hanging all around Receptionist guy was so busy in watching movie he didn’t bother to check my id that i am the correct person or not? He was answering questions because he was more interested in watching movie…i had to ask 3 times to show where is my room but he didn’t want to take effort to stand up and show me the way. There were no blankets in the room for overnight stay…I literally had to use bad sheet to cover my self.

Sticking to facts here. The entire facility smelled of cigarette smoke and marijuana. People lingering outside clearly using drugs/alcohol. Our rooms had markings all over the walls, sheets were paper thin, shower was disgusting, and there were huge horseflies in the room. In a transitional space to go up the stairs (which was required to get to the second room) were bags of garbage sitting in bins and on the floor with bugs all over them. We got there at 1am as we were traveling and there were people partying outside our room and in the hotel for hours. We slept for maybe 3 hours, if that and didn't even shower because it was so disgusting. Not only was this unsanitary and unsafe, it was unacceptable on so many levels that I don't know how it is still operating. We discussed leaving but didn't know if we could find another room nearby, the kids were exhausted and we were scared to leave the rooms. No free breakfast anymore either which the website states, not that I ever would have eaten anything from this establishment anyway. Hands down the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Wish I would have gotten photos.

This was not a good property. Very run down and lots of people just hanging around. Didn't feel particularly safe. The front desk person was not friendly, and the front desk area was cluttered and shabby. A stroke of good fortune, I suppose, is that they "overbooked" and I was turned away. My son and I wound up spending a lot more money than I hoped, but went to a decent place. I would not recommend this hotel.

Didn’t have suite I booked. Didn’t have breakfast as advertised. There was no hot tub in the property as advertised. Worst booking I ever made. Topped off with a cockroach running around on my door

The air condition its bad

Front desk worker was unfriendly- room was full of mold, dirty. Checked in at midnight so didn’t want to cause a fuss and just dealt with it.

Many cigarette burns in blanket. Sink drain clogged. Hallway stinks like sour milk. Key card not working, but office is in another building from rooms. (Not the hotel's fault, but constant shouting, cussing, people upstairs jumping, kids running all night. If you stay here, you will need earplugs.)
