Gorgeous hotel, looks brand new. Multiple pools so there’s a place for families who have children and then an adult pool. Nice bar outside which serves cocktails. Room was clean and modern, nice sea view. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful with bookings and recommendations. Sometimes bathrooms of a hotel this size are outdated but this was modern and looked recently refurbished. It is about €10 taxi for a trip in to town. The breakfast was superb, 5* in such an idyllic setting.

The Pool 🏊 area still in the same bad shape as a few years ago. The tiles need to be replaced from missing pieces or broken pieces. The staff was great and friendly.

The views and area around the property is excellent. The pool area particularly is a nice place to hang out . The room we were in had a fantastic view of the sea and golf course.
What was annoying was the long walk from the elevator to ouf room . It’s a dated property.

The staff is really wonderful! Ask about the shuttle service to the beach from the hotel and you can walk to the Sitges Rail Station from there.

A very nice stay. Quiet, clean, and very comfortable

Since the name change, some of the hotel's free offerings are gone. The breakfast selection has worsened, and now there's a charge of £6 for a one-litre bottle of water in the rooms. Additionally, access to the indoor pool and sauna now costs £18 per person per night, whereas it used to be complimentary. However, I must commend the check-in receptionist for doing a great job.

Amazing staff and an amazing modern well appointed positive atmosphere location. Little far from Sitges center and reachable via taxi for around e15 each way.

Staff were incredible, room was spectacular, and we would visit again.

Great hotel. Unfortunately after multiple conversations with reception about the missing hotels.com silver VIP sparkling wine being missing and a call to hotels.com nothing appeared which defeats the point of using hotels.com
Hotel itself was nice but located quite a distance from town and taxis were often an issue.
Clean and friendly staff.

A massive hotel. One had to walk miles. Conference orientated. Pools a little disappointing. Views from sea facing side, excellent. Breakfasts good. Staff very nice.

I informed staff 3x our hot tub was not hot and it wasn't until the last evening I contacted Expedia that they finally sent maintenance to fix the problem, so we had ONE NIGHT in our hot tub out of 5. The hotel was also too far from everything. The hallways smelled bad. The carpet in the hallways was nasty. Breakfast was the same every day and not very good. The coffee was awful. The maid left our patio door wide open one day and unlocked another day. You had to have a door key in for the AC to work and we left one of ours in so the room was cool when we returned but she would remove it. All the signs says Spa was open until 9pm but they would close at 7pm.

It’s a great resort. Definitely not a 5 stars hotel. The rooms need an update. If you like big resorts it might be for you.

Hotel and staff excellent but remote from Sitges town although hotel mini bus available during the day but not evenings. Good hotel for short stay but not longer vacation
4.0 / 10.0
Dated rooms and bathrooms. Constant bad cover music playing from every corner all day long. Pools cold. Extra fee to use indoor heated pool. Food awful - 3 bouts of food poisoning in our group of 4 (on different nights), no vegetarian options at all for those on half board. Dead vibe. Not Dolce Sitges as it used to be. Won’t be returning sadly. Sitges however is lovely.

My stay at Eurostars Sitges was really enjoyable abd comfortable. The resort has excellent customer service, clean and spacious rooms, wonderful amenities and superb views.
The only area of improvement would be some of the carpets and decor, which were showing visible signs of wear and tear.
On balance I am happy to recommend it to anyone visiting the Sitges area though.

I'm speechless. Breakfast, parking, system, and staff are all perfect. The downside is that it will be reborn as the best hotel if only the signs and city shuttles are operated.
Thanks EUROSTAR sitges.

Great hotel in amazing location. Views from the rooms are stunning. Pool areas are relaxing and well spaced out. Great choice of food for breakfast. Modern decor throughout. We used the spa which was excellent and was included in the price as we booked before the hotel became a Eurostars hotel. Otherwise its €18 per person which i dont think it worth it. You should not have to pay to use the facilities of the hotel you are staying at. The bar area lacked atmosphere in the evenings but easy to drive into Sitges in the evenings instead. Water was a rip off at €4 per 500ml carton at the bar. Rooms are big and spacious with very comfly beds. Desipte the small negatives i would stay at the hotel again.

We had an amazing time here during our stay. The staff are extremely friendly and forthcoming. The pool areas and gym are great, such a secluded gem. Different pools that are perfect for everyone, one for swimming and recreation, one for adults, a shallow toddler pool, and a mixed infinitypool. all perfect for my kid leaqrning to swim. Our room was light, airy, well kept and clean. The bed was amazing, slept like a rock each night. Had an amazing view from our balcony. The kids activities that are provided everyday for free were great for both kids and adults! The gym had every single equipment you could possible need, loved the threadmills and stellar weight section.
We had breakfast included, and it was well worth the money. Fresh fruits and baked goods galore. A chef made omelets and other egg based dishes to order. Freshly squeezed juices and heaps of options made it one of the highlights of ourt stay. The a la carte restaurant provided tasty meals, large portions and exceptional service. It's fairly easy to get into the city centre, a hotel shuttle, bus or 10 euro taxi ride away. E-bikes were also available for rental, would have loved if they had some kids bikes for rent as well. Overall an exceptional stay!

We had a great time at the Hotel, very clean, friendly staff, great service. The only issue was they had limited shuttle services to the Beach and downtown area, between 11am-6pm only, with 2 hours siesta break. First shuttle started at 11 should've been 9, last shuttle back was 6:15 pm, should've been 9:15 pm.

Staff were not friendly. I am not sure the hotel is an international one, most of the staff doesn’t speak English. I didn’t feel welcome at all. The first day, we went to the snacks bar next to the pool, there was a staff hitting on the POS because the system wasn’t working so well. That’s ruin my holiday mood and I didn’t think that motion was necessary.
Few days after, one of my friend made a comment in the front desk regarding the bottle of water refill daily. There was 3 staff were laughing and speaking Spanish after my friend’s complaint. I felt shock and absolutely not respectful. I am not sure how it work as a luxury hospitality.
Only Alex (front desk) and the shuttle bus driver (experienced gentleman) I did appreciated. Their service were absolutely amazing.

This by far has been one of my favorite hotels EVER! so clean and the view is so beautiful! Everyone was so great and helpful especially Christina, the bar tender- SHE WAS GREAT!

The Euro stars is a beautiful high-end hotel with very nice rooms and great facilities, all of the staff (*) were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is excellent and the views are spectacular
Some small criticisms
The hotel is quite far out of town.. and the free shuttle only runs 11am-6pm, so no evening service and at busy times like weekends- taxis can be hard to find (with no Uber operating in Sitges)
The walls of the rooms can be quite thin, so conversations in adjoining rooms can often be heard clearly
99% of the staff we encountered were wonderful- with one exception, HEIDY in the deli-cafe, who after we returned a sandwich as the bread was hard, decided to argue with us that it was fine and did not want to give a replacement or refund u til we complained to her manager

I loved the location of this property and the spectacular views ftom the balcony.
I wish the bathroom in our room was better so I woud have liked the olace even more. The sink wasn't draining and we weren't able to use it at all.

Extremely boring hotel away from everything. Clean and quiet but Basic overall

This is our fourth visit, 2 pre-covid and 2 post covid. All in all this is a very nice hotel still, but not quite as good as it used to be in some respects. Reception and client services staff are still very good indeed and couldn't be more helpful. All are good, Ivan and Sonia outstanding. The pool area is still very pleasant, the rooms are clean and spacious and the balconies large and relaxing.
Some things have slipped a bit though. For example, the individual bottles of toiletries in the bathrooms have been replaced by large refillable bottles in the name of eco awareness. Fair enough in principle, but he replacements are far inferior - do the management really believe that returning customers don't notice these things? Also the toilet paper is of such a poor standard that you literally wouldn't be able to buy such poor quality in the UK (Tesco value is on a higher level altogether). The carpets leading to the bedrooms have become a bit worn and stained. The number of items at breakfast has been reduced. And the food generally and bar service just has a feel of complacency about it - for example I suggested adding strawberries, baked beans and some sort of cooked sausage to the breakfast choices - the manager listened attentively and said all the right things, and then did absolutely nothing. It just feels that maximising profit is now ahead of customer experience. Finally, as others have said, introducing a charge for the indoor pool is just plain counter productive.

It's a nice property,
the outside pools however are not heated.
breakfast was good
I would visit again definitely

Hotel condition is really nice but there wasn't enough staff to cover the evening shift at the bar - leading to long waits.
Restaurant bar food quality was no better than a regular American diner; you'd expect better than this for a hotel of this standing.
Breakfast buffet was much better value for money though.

This is a lovely hotel if you want stay in a resort. But it’s inconveniently placed away from the city. You’ll need a 10euro cab ride to the city.
The pool area is really nice, however 2 of the 5 days I was there the pool bar was closed, probably due to lack of guests.
The hotel seems very family friendly so expect children screaming around the pools and don’t take a lounger under the infinity pool because it’s a splash zone.
Overall great if you’re coming with family, but don’t take it if you’re in sitges for one of the festivals.
