The bed was comfortable, the bar was great, the charcuterie was among the best I’ve had.

Such a beautiful hotel! The lobby is gorgeous and My room was very clean and very cozy. I love that the hotel is a 5 minute walk to the gateway arch and right down the street from the "dred scott courthouse". I highly recommend this hotel

TV did not offer Netflix. I was unable to mirror my phone with the TV. The screen had an annoying logo that would not go away.

We were on a 2000 mile road trip and came here for two days to meet friends. Street parking is free at weekends which saved $100 on valet parking. The Arch, riverbank, cathedral and Spaghetti House restaurant are all a short walk away.
The room was standard and we saw a lovely sunrise across the Mississippi. The building is a converted bank and keeping the safe as a gift shop was a quaint touch.
Breakfast service was slow even though the hotel was not busy.

Real clean

No soap for the shower, ice machines do not work, door hardware falling off, TV remote doesn't work right, air conditioner thermostat fan has one speed(high), off site parking not included(cost $38 per day). Otherwise, lovely.

The hotel is nice. Recently renovated and it’s very clean. Parking in the garage next door was easy. Check in was easy and the employees were all friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

I am awaiting a response as to cancelling with a refund. The event we were in town for was postponed to another date so there was no reason to stay. We NEVER checked in!

We stayed in room 729. It was noticeably musty when we entered the room. We used room sprays to lessen the smell, but that only offered a quick short-term fix!

Great location. Nice people

The building was well maintained and beautiful. The view from the room consisted of 3 brick walls. Not very inviting. There was not enough help in the bar/restaurant. It was almost impossible to get waited on. People were actually coming in and then leaving before being served. The food prices were extremely high also. $29 for a burger! Yikes. We left and ate at the Hyatt with excellent service and much better prices.

The property was very nice, and we like renovated buildings. The front desk staff was nice. The rm was clean however the phone didn't work nor the TV. The breakfast and staff were outstanding. The valet situation was frustrating. We would text for our car, and get downstairs and it was parked in front but valet. This caused us t be late several times. The area around the hotel is a bit rough but walking t the ball park area was easy.

The front desk at check in was unprofessional. While checking in I was nit greeted, instead the employees were talking loudly to eachother about ordering food and yelling accross the lobby about their order. I was supoose to receive free water with my stay, not the case. There is also no bar as advertised. The rooms are very loud and no sound proofing, I could hear everything including the next rooms shower and water turn in.
A lot of homeless people and trash outside the hotel. Not in a a safe area at all.

It is a beautiful hotel and very secure. Also convenient to the Arch and Busch Stadium. Great breakfast menu.

The staff was accommodating. My room and others on the 5th floor lost power my second day there and kept us informed of the situation. The manager (I think his name was Ryan) allowed a family to move to a different floor without any trouble. I was fine with riding it out until power was restored a couple hours later. I didn't care for the location of the room with a brick building outside my window and the lack of local channels I could receive on the TV.

It was very comfortable and nice for a short stay.

Stay was very nice. Very very close to the Arch. The hotel is an old bank hence the name. Lobby is amazing to see. It's quite beautiful. Hotel rooms are a tiny bit dated but still nice. Bathrooms could use a little updating. Need to have vents to draw the stream out after showering. Water pressure was fantastic though. The only thing i would say is if you eat breakfast know that you can order ala carte instead of the very small menu they offer you when you are seated. We thought we had to order based on what was listed on the menu. Found out after eating that we could have ordered standard breakfast foods.

The first room we were in, we were not able to control the A/C. The room got up to 78 degrees. It took me going downstairs 3 times before they finally moved me to a different room. The offered a free breakfast for my troubles but we were checking out before breakfast started. I asked for them to comp my parking, and they said, yes. Before checking out, I confirmed that my parking was comped, to find out they hadn’t refunded me. After double checking, they finally refunded me since I was standing at the desk.
Also, the ice machine did not work.

This “hotel” definitely feels like a ok motel!
You have the worst parking, terrible customer service, no poll and no bathtubs!
Also a fun side note they will overcharge you for your incidentals, should be refunded but nonsense! Stay somewhere else!

The hotel is located close to ball park and restaurants. The room was
Ok a bit dark and had a lot of dust. We had to request it to be cleaned. Although it was still dusty. The breakfast at hotel was very expensive.

The hotel was very nice. The parking was very easy and relatively affordable. The location was wonderful as we were only there for an overnight stay and a trip to see the arch. We had a view of the arch out our window. We loved the high ceilings in the room. We also really liked that it was an old bank which highlighted the vault and the gates. The only complaint was that the air conditioning was a bit noisy. Every time it clicked on it startled me a bit.

First room the AC quit working and it got up to 80 degrees in our room. Moved the second night, and the second room the AC quit working at 245am. It was 85 degrees and muggy outside. Naturally it was muggy and hot on our room which led to uncomfortable sleeping conditions. They brought us up a box fan but that can only do so much. We moved from one crappy room to another. The customer service wasn’t terrible but the office manager still has yet to contact me over this whole thing and that’s pretty disappointing.

The ac vent blowing down on the bed lots of street noise late the bathroom vent fan not working no coffee for guess in lobby unless you wanted pay 4$ for cup no free breakfast plus the walk to ballpark more then it says
