Towels in our room were torn and/or had holes in them and the shower head dripped all night. Also ceiling fan was clicking loud enough to have to turn it off. Other than that it was a very beautiful establishment!

This was just a quick relaxing 3 night stay to unwind. We stayed in a corner room and it was great!

This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. The service was top notch! I will definitely be returning.

I booked this hotel because it said it had an open sky bar, and a pool. When we arrived I was told by the front desk that all the amenities are seasonal and nothing was available. This needs to be updated so it doesn’t show up when someone searches for hotels with pools and bars.

Great trip, great view great people

Worst check in experience. Took forever even though it wasn’t busy. I waited for one person in front of me about 20 minutes. They didn’t give much information about wifi which was a struggle and I stay in hotels about 100 nights in a year

Wonderful place to stay.
Restaurant needs to explain the breakfast options available.

If you stay on a top floor that you pay more for the room vibrates at night until 2am for the dance club. No fun. Common conversation from those in the elevator going up and down around how disrespectful the hotel is to the guests. I said something to the front desk and they asked if they could send an engineer. That was not the problem clearly.
No one cleaned our room for the whole stay. The front desk said they were supposed to come daily. I was able to cobble together through asking for towels and coffee.
The elevators have a line and they say - try no to use them during prime hours. That is an interesting approach to ask guests not to go to and from their rooms for a beach resort.
Great location and a great restaurant ( ate there twice and it is not run by the hotel) what a shame about the hotel itself.
8.0
Nice hotel and great restaurant, but the fact that the music on the rooftop is so loud from 10p - 2a that it shook the room detracted from the stay because you couldn’t get a good night sleep. Elevator was also down extending wait times over and above the wait times during busy hours.

Grotesque. Didn’t even want to bathe here. Outdated. Filthy. You’ll never have any of my money, again. What a disappointment for a Hilton.

Pros:
The hotel was nice and convenient to shopping areas. It was clean and seemed well kept.
Cons:
All rooms have carpet. It would have been nice to have a room with no carpet for those with allergies. The doors were heavy and you could hear everyone closing their doors at all times of the day. The walls are thin as you could hear people in the hallways talking and laughing. There is no vent in the bathrooms which is odd. The room we had was on a corner so they put the tv on a side wall perpendicular to the bed so you were watching the tv at a severe angle. If the tv had a pull-out mount it woud have made the experience of watching tv so much better. We don't watch much tv but we noticed the issue immediately upon watching the first show. The wait staff in the Catch 31 restaurant were a bit slow. After we were seated, our server didn't get to us for almost 15-20 minutes and there were plenty of open tables so it was not busy. We had to remind the host that she seated us and were ready to order. The hotel is one of the most expensive ones in the area so we would expect it to not have so many issues.
Overall:
The trip was enjoyable and relaxing but the hotel could have made it better with not having all of these issues.

Located in a great location. Close to the beach. The staff was very helpful and friendly. This is my go to hotel the next time that I go to VA Beach.

The property was clean, nice hot water, quiet, friendly staff.
HOWEVER THE WAIT FOR THE ELEVATOR IS UNBELIEVABLE AND THE LAST TIME IT WAS INSPECTED WAS 10/26/23 and it sounds terrible. Valet is nice and did the best they could but were short staffed

Outside was a little stinky and we saw a cockroach the size of a quarter outside.

Love the hottub but wish there weren't so many children allowed in it, was not able to use very much due to this. Maybe adding an additional one would be great. Room was wonderful but bathroom water was scalding hot and hard to adjust shower.

Loved this stay. Amazing location with a glorious view from the oceanfront balcony. We had entertainment like concerts, people watching, movie projections on the beach, etc from our balcony. The room was pristinely clean. The pool felt like we were on a cruise ship aft and the surroundings had a ton of entertainment for the family. The hotel staff was also very fun, friendly and welcoming. We will be returning here on our next VB visit.
Ps. We saw dozens of dolphins EVERY morning ! Super cool

Only negative: Smell of pot everywhere from rooms to lobby but not always, rooftop pool and jacuzzi filled with kids doing kids things (not the relaxing type rooftop)
Amazing views from rooms and rooftop.
