I stay here 4 nights it was a part of my business trip. I spend my weekend here. Hotel has Laundry washing machine and dry it was a plus for me. After I asked for Iron and Iron table Staff was helpful. Good breakfast. The room was big. Not far away from city center.

Price was good for 6 nights. Accommodation was ok, no room cleaning if you opt for one of the studios. Steep charge if you require late check-out, which we did due to flight cancellation. Staff were friendly & helpful. Location 30 minutes walk to town centre or buses nearby.

Location was good, about 25 mins (mainly uninspiring) walk from the historic centre. Car parking was free outside, or €5 inside. Bed comfortable, good shower. Kitchenette area was perfect if you're looking to have your own food, as we were. Staff friendly.

Disappointed! The property is run down and dirty. A/C didn’t work. Shower curtain moldy and the soaps and supplies given were almost empty. Only one small roll of toilet paper was provided. No hair dryer or face cloths. Would not stay again. I’m hoping for a partial refund!

Front desk staff was amazing! Helped us order pizza for the kids as we don't speak French! Room was gigantic! Easy to park. We enjoyed our stay!

Very pleasant hotel in countryside near Aix

Kitchen was well equipped. Lobby staff good but cleaning staff poor (no TP, left door open). Facility not being well maintained. Long walk to center but easy access to city buses.

I needed a place for myself and my 2 sons. Worked out very well, we all had a bed for a good price and were able to use the kitchen facilities.

Annoying hand-held shower in beat-up tub, dirty drapes, aged decor, weird safe, poorly-equipped kitchen.
Helpful staff, good linen service.

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel, because last year I really liked it. But now... wow, the quality has gone done. bad pillows, bad mattresses, slow to non-existent internet, noisy neighbors. 3rd time ain;t gonna be the charm for me. I'll stay somewhere else.

The place is 30 min walk away from city center. When you get there however, you really get what you pay for. Nice straff and clean big rooms. A good nights sleep and the opportunity to clean my laundry made me enjoy this place.

The facility is lovely - not quite what the photos would have you believe, but good. The problems were that (1) the internet did not work on 1/2 of the hotel (the half we were in) and there was little apology for it - this is a huge deal for travelers today who intend (as we did) to do most of our planning via internet and (2) no air conditioning. The AC was fixed after 1.5 days, but still. Anyway, we'd go back if in the area, but they do need to get up to speed quickly.

I have never known a hotel where the hallways are always dark, they do not have sensor lighting in them, you need to feel around for the light switch and hope you don't accidentally ring the room door bells. Would be funny if it wasn't actually scary and unsafe. Hallways also smell of smoke combined with some kind of cleaning product. It's a bit of a hike into town which is ok for stretching the legs. The garden is really a non event and has
4 story office block next to it that you view from the balcony. Staff were friendly and helpful but will not stay again.

While the accommodation is fairly basic, it is spacious and clean. It is a bit out of town and we needed a car. Ones of the nights, there was a lot of noise from other people.the apartment was equipped well.

The hotel is soulless and the corridors are dark and the outside resembles a prison or similar institution. The towels are threadbare and for what they charged it was terrible value for money.

A budget hotel. More of an apartment which can be nice. Stayed with a baby and they provided a cot bed for free. That was good. Room was big but a bit cold feeling. Also the walls are thin and you can hear noise from the hallway which made me nervous with a sleeping baby.
Location is good with access to bisque and city center. Convenient if you have your own transportation which we did.

This hotel was okay. It doesn't have a lot of charm, but the rooms are fairly spacious and having a kitchenette is nice. It is on the outskirts of town and not in the best neighborhood. Nevertheless, I didn't feel unsafe walking around. Plus, there is a bus that goes directly into town (line 6) and runs fairly frequently. If you want to walk it, it will take about 20-30 minutes to get to the touristy area. One useful thing to know is that you can't check into the hotel until after 4 PM. Another useful thing to know is that the name that is displayed prominently on the building is "Odalys" as opposed to Le Clos de la Chartreuse. For that reason I was initially unsure whether or not I was in the right place.
