A great hotel with extremely friendly staff and a good restaurant on my favourite street in Dhaka.

The swimming pool area on the roof had been redone since I last stayed. It was excellent!

The room was a bit more run down since I last stayed, but still felt clean.

Great service and for price a very high quality stay

Very well priced for a good neighbourhood. Staff are excellent - very willing to help with foreigners to find solutions (troubleshooting Uber for example). Provided good recommendations for local places to eat, and stored luggage etc. Food services are good and reasonably priced.

Found the pillows slightly too firm - and four all the same on the bed. Could improve by having a range on the bed to allow guests to choose comfort level. Nitpicking - all in all was a very comfortable and pleasant stay

Great Experience

I was quite pleasantly surprised at how clean my room was, including the bathroom. I have travelled a lot in my life, and so can confidently say that Platinum Grand accommodation is on par with 5 star hotels in other countries. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to accommodate all my needs. Great people, great work ethic, great place to stay in. Would definitely visit again!

I am tall so I wish the rooftop pool was larger

Excellent Business Hotel

I recently stayed at Platinum and I was impressed. The rooms are clean and comfortable, staff are super friendly and helpful, especially Noshin from the breakfast buffet. The location is great for the Banani or Gulshan area, and the pool and gym are good too. Despite being on a busy road, soundproofing is effective and I had no trouble sleeping even as a light sleeper. Highly recommend.

The breakfast buffet was good but it would have been better if there was more European Food items at Breakfast.

Hade a lovely stay.

Location was good and easy to get around. The hotel was nice, neat and clean. The staff were very nice, kind, polite and helpful. I stayed there for 8 nights and the staff made me feel at home.

This hotel was great and surpassed expectations, I will definitely revisit. Highly Recommend!

The hotel offers great value for money with its affordable rates and excellent service. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view. They have a fully equipped gym, steam room, sauna, and a rooftop swimming pool. There is also an amazing rooftop lounge called TRIBE, love the 360 degree views. The other restaurant is 24 hours open called Terra Bistro, the foods top notch. The breakfast served there is delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The place has everything you need, and definitely recommend this place if you’re in Dhaka!

Nice stay

The room was clean & specious. Food was exceptiona,l specially the complimentary buffet breakfast, what was full of different subcontinent dishes. Also very much greatful to the staffs whome are taking care of me from checkin to checkout. Recomend to stay in Platinim Grand.

I will never go there again. You shouldn't too.

The service was terrible. I had asked for towel three times, didn't arrive at the room. Later on that day asked for a tissue box two times, it didn't arrive. The worst part is, a room service guy entered in the room in the morning. I didn't put the laundry sign in front of my room so there was no point to ring or enter in the room, but he did. The front desk apologised, but they said to respond to that later on and will also inform me about that, but I didn't receive any mail or call. Overall, TERRIBLY POOR stuff and management, slightly overpriced compared to what they offer, there are better hotels around. Location was good though.

Starting front the front desk to room service plus the location great experience. Have to mention loved there door man service very much. I requested for an early check in plus late check out which helped me big time. I’m looking forward to stay there near future. Five star service 😊

Good location; budget hotel but book with international hotel chain if you are looking for luxury

The staff were great and went out of their way to help us. It is located in a great location with good restaurants and bars nearby. The restaurant provides 24 hour room service and has a rooftop bar that is really well decorated.

The room was not very clean; I found a discarded old slipper underneath my bed. The bathroom tiles are really unattractive and had yellow stains. The view is that of a neighbouring building three/four feet away.

Nice hotel with friendly staff in a good area of Dhaka, ideal for a few days of leisure or business.

Friendly and helpful staff, large size room, prompt service, nice rooftop pool and bar/restaurant, good commercial area of Dhaka, proximity to the airport (30 minutes drive), tasty food (asian & western).

Drinks at the rooftop bar are overpriced
