Great for a quick stay-very friendly/helpful staff. We came in town to visit family and this was a great option with a toddler.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at in a long time. Great location.

We love staying here because of location and staff, rooms and amenities. Wish the shower was not in the tub. I'd add a mirror in the main room on the wall over the table. Breakfast quite good for hotel. My husband is very picky about his coffee and really liked it here.

This hotel was serviceable. Breakfast ran out of supplies often and it wasn’t busy, but there was some decent food compared to other including breakfasts. There was a hair stuck to the shower on the wall. It was fine and a decent deal.

We stayed 15 nights. Only had maid service once. I needed to request it. Had to request clean towels and coffee from front desk. Lighting in kitchen area was inadequate. We felt safe and the room was quiet. Front desk was often unattended.

The hotel is next to an excellent walking trail. The staff are professional and supportive.

More than I expected - room were large and included a kitchenette which was very convenient. Loved the larger fridge. Super close to dining places and bike routes. Our BMTR cycling group had many folks staying here and they had a similar experience. Great job on this place to stay! I will highly recommend!

We had great customer service, the room was clean and big, and the breakfast had a very nice variety. We booked this place last minute for a spontaneous weekend away and it was a great choice!

The hotel was nice but the guest was rude kept knocking on my room door about my tv that was on 13.. Also the next morning she complained about me talking on the phone in my room and even going as far as having the front desk call. I’ve been to many hotels from Downtown Chicago, Minnesota, Las Vegas, Arizona, California and I’ve never had a guest complain about my tv or me talking on the phone in the day time. It’s not like I was partying with loud guests, it was me and my 15 year old daughter who were celebrating her birthday.

Check in/out was quick and easy. Overall, staff was very friendly and welcoming. There was one person behind the front desk during the day that appeared too busy on his phone to greet us. We did have ants in our first room but were quickly moved to a new room. Our 2nd room was very spacious and clean. Would have been nice to be compensated in some form for inconvenience. Very easy to walk to trail, shopping, and dining. Despite minor hiccups, would definitely stay here again.

Very nice and clean. The shower was difficult to work. The pull on the faucet is rusted and stuck

while a bit pricey compared to the everyday chains, the difference in amenities and the quality of the bed were obvious. Breakfast choices were good. The fresh cut fruit was a nice touch.

We needed a place for my husband, myself, and our dog while our house was being renovated. I needed to be able to work remotely, make meals, and walk the dog. The residence in was ideal for all three.

This hotel is a good spot for an extended stay. The place is very clean has updated fixtures. We are hanging out for a few weeks as we have 2 weddings in this area. We enjoy the pool, hot tub, laundry facilities, and friendly atmosphere.

Stayed at this hotel in May and had an amazing stay. This February stay did not hit the mark. We moved a chair in our room find garbage, there was ants infiltrating the bathroom, the pool was ice cold, and the coffee pot was useless as they only had the room stocked with decaf. Room 102. The hallways and front areas looked clean and inviting, as the front end people did a great job checking in and out. Construction going on but we could hardly notice they were there (other than the overboard amount of shipping boxes scattering the parking lots).

Very nice location, right on the Greenway trail leading to downtown Middleton. There is also an abundance of restaurants and shopping right near the hotel. The staff was very friendly and even allowed us to check in a couple hours early, which was greatly appreciated. Free, hot breakfast was good and other amenities seemed nice (although personally didn't use the pool, guest laundry, or fitness area). Our floor was a little noisy with multiple dogs barking throughout the day, but we could not hear them in the bedroom at night. Overall, very nice hotel and would stay again.

I have stayed here multiple times but I find that with this stay it has gone downhill!
1. No bath plug - had to request one from the front desk
2. No trash can liners in room - it's disgusting to have to throw trash such as coffee filters, makeup wipes, apple cores etc. in a trash can without a liner. I feel bad that the cleaning staff have to empty them and then hand wash and hopefully sanitize them
3. No earphones for the treadmills in the gym - there was a bin of used earphones. I wonder how long they have been there?
4. Breakfast staff wore gloves whilst cleaning up BUT used their gloved hands to open a storage bin of raisins and put their gloved hand in the bin to pull out a handful and place into the serving jars. This was done with a few of the other serving jars. No telling how many germs and dirt was spread this way - GROSS!
Otherwise I found the staff to be very friendly, the room very comfortable and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was acceptable.
I hope that these concerns are addressed as I frequently visit there and would like to continue staying in this hotel for the convenience.

TV didn't work, and we had a few outlets that didn't work as well. Seems like a nice place, our room was just a dud.

Breakfast was outstanding as was the room itself.

Good stuff and service. Free breakfast is a plus too.

Front desk clerk was friendly, smiled, helpful. The breakfast was good & there were many choices.
There was only one small bar of soap that had to be shared between the shower & vanity and bewtween two people.
Although clean and spacious for a suite, the color scheme was dated as were the countertops, kind of dark. And really, orange walls?
We would stay there again because, on balance, things were fine and the location was perfect for a quick exit after a Badger football game!
