Washroom in terrible state. Smells enclosed. Not at all as in the pictures. Not worth.

Just a quick 1 night for an ice hockey game. The hotel was very convenient for our needs. The double room was spacious! The staff were kind and helpful. It’s obvious that they’re putting work into updating everything. The beds were very comfortable!

The room was beat up. Bed frame was a DIY project. Hard as a rock. Breakfast was terrible.

After entering our room we were disappointed in the condition of our room. It was very worn does not appear to have been updated and very musty smelling. The deck to the pool was chipped (looks like it wasn’t stained in years) & the pool itself was chipping away. We did not stay and I cancelled the rest of reservation however it appears they will not reimburse me for any of the other days

We stayed at the All Seasons Inn for two nights, without spending too much time in our room. We asked for a room on the second floor and ended up in a quiet corner of the property, overlooking the indoor pool, with a nice view of the Bourne Bridge. Don't expect a fancy place with many amenities; it's a reasonably priced place to rest.

Bed was comfortable but that's about all. Stayed there a couple years ago so went back but it has declined. Felt I needed to walk around with shoes on, the carpet was gross. Bathroom clean enough. Continental breakfast comprised of one canister of corn flakes and some k-cups.

The sidewalk was not handicap friendly, it had gaps and ridges that were a trip hazard. Also, to enter the room you had to go up a tall step which was not handicap friendly. During our stay the ice machine was broken. One day during our stay the parking lot was closed off which made it very difficult to get to our room. I would not recommend this hotel for a handicap person.

This hotel is exactly what you'd expect a 2-star hotel to be. Remodeling finishes are sloppy, beds are not comfortable, air is musty, etc. The male owner was extremely nice, but I also encountered two younger employees and they both acted as if I was bothering them.
The hotel is located near the bridge - but nothing else. It served its purpose for us, but the only reason I would come back is if it was far cheaper than other options.

Complete dump. Pealing paint on the walls. Water stain cieling. Black mold. Didn’t use shower water stunk like sulfur and ocean. Gross gross

Toliet clogged…got a plunger from front desk and fixed it. While I did that the manager gave me a GREAT cup of coffee from a Kurig coffee maker!
Nice people…

This is a motel, not a hotel, although it is charged as a hotel. The room smells old and the carpet should have been replaced years ago. The staff is amicable and the location is good.
3.1
This property looks derelict. We were planning on staying here, but due to the mold in the room in the unsafe lock on the door we booked another location.
3.1
The property could use a bit of updating. Room was adequate and clean.
I did have a few issues (dropped watch down sink, TV issues), and the staff was kind and helpful

It was quiet and convenient. It could use some painting and maintenance

Our experience with this hotel was horrible. First room we got was deplorable. A big hole in the bathroom ceiling, mold do smell, carpeting in a really bad condition. The room decor with wall paper it was peeling off and behind it big spots of mold do. We got another room with same condition. I was very frustrating it the front desk staff. I keto the 3rd room because there was no other option where to stay and the it was thunder storming. I did not got any credit back because my family and I had to spend the night somewhere after all day driving. I had pictures of the rooms and it was nothin done for us.

Upon first entry, the room was VERY musty smelling, think an unventilated basement. The room was average size, no table/chairs so if you wanted to relax, watch TV, eat a meal, it had to be done while sitting on your bed. There was room for a bureau, but just empty space. There was, thankfully, a portable luggage rack, otherwise the bed was there for unpacking. A smallish TV that operated off a dish. It had a hard time receiving signals when it rained. TV picture might as well been from an old Philco. Bathroom was small, but clean. No vanity top to put anything, just wide enough for the sink. The beds were actually comfy, but the mustiness of the room was horrible. Tried to call front desk twice to figure out TV, no answer. The desk clerk did fix our TV after being summoned, but the picture was lame. Despite being close to the highway, there was very little noise inside, (a plus).
At check-in there was no mention of a pool.

The room I was given had ants, and the room smelled horrendous. The wall was plastered due to there being a hole or what looked like a wire ripped out of it. The towels and blankets all had brown stains on them. Not to mention the front desk attendant was being so rude, she refused to give me a receipt for what she charged me another amount. She gave me a hard time on getting my keycards after having speaking with her on the phone not even 1 hour before and getting the okay to grab it. It was just an overall unpleasant stay.
3.1
Dirty smelly room. I decided to leave and find other lodging and of course lost my deposit.
3.1
Rodents and trash in the rooms
3.1
The room was dingy and smelled like cigarette smoke. The walls and bathroom were dated and require a great deal of tlc.

The young man upon arriving was nice and knew what he was doing. BUT THE rooms need a major upgrade!
The floors haven’t been deep cleaned it was carpet in Lord knows. Ours looked like it had something sticky on it in several places. The tv system there is a joke. They replay movies and shows through taping. The heater/coolers do work well. The bathroom door and wall looked like there was dried blood, poop or liquid chocolate syrup in the door. The mirror had been ripped off the wall and not replaced or rehung. Breakfast offered was coffee and.a muffin. I didn’t see any type of items offered.
Overall, the housekeeping did a good job in replacement of bathroom needs and then by tidying up in the morning. It has potential to be a really good little spot, but someone needs to take help.

Carpet in the room was absolutely disgusting. I was afraid to walk on it with socks on not to mention getting into bed. Random stains around the room. The tone just made you wonder about the cleanliness of the rest of the room. I will not stay here again.

Nice for the money

Breakfast was supposed to be included but it was not. They gave us a bag of snacks on the first day that I guess was supposed to be breakfast for the 3 days we booked, which was insufficient. Towels were not put out by the pool. The pool and hot tub were dirty. Housekeeping tried to open my door while I was naked and shouting “do not come in.” If I hadn’t locked it with the deadbolt, they would have intruded. It was hours before checkout time. Very intrusive and creepy.

Greeted at check in with a gift bag of cranberry juice, water, chips, muffins, cereal bars and fruit. Very nice. Quiet rooms, comfy king bed, hot water on demand.

I just have to say the overall stay was pretty bad i had to show the front end guy how to use a copy machine. There were long strains of black hair all over the bed. The worst psrt is we found after about and hour of lying down there where 3 or 4 drops of what looked like blood . We felt disguested the next day i reported it after first getting my deposit back for having a clean room and at first he said hes terriblt sorry and hell let the house keeping know. At that point i felt i had shrugged things off long enough at that point and the blood on the pillow really crossed a line so i asked for a refund and also mentioned the thought of reporting that tk the boardnof health maybe considering its a biohazard and once i said that his entire attitude changed i was met with "ok well then ill report you" asked me to then walk to the room with him again and wr both look at the pillow and he claimed that we mustve put those stains there when that was absolutely not the case whatsoever neither one of us had any sort of cut on us anywhere on our bodies. Also neither of us smokes and the place almost immediately smelled of cigarettes i was only visitng for the night i had to go get a new identification card expedia also never notified me the exsct credentials i shouldve had on me i understa d it should be comkon sense but ive also never used expedia before and i think it would be helpful iv stayed at places that never asked for ID

Went for a weekend, trip of fishing, decent affordable hotel

We only stayed 1 night thankfully. The room was moldy and smelly, obviously older place, orange n lime green... bathroom was awful

This motel is located right off the rotary, so that's the view from your room. Parking is far from most rooms. Water in shower was tepid for first 3 minutes, then got reasonably warm but never hot. Indoor pool was unheated and in unheated building. Water was icy cold because there were only tiny windows, so no warmth from the sun even. "Hot tub" had hot water but only one jet was working, so not enjoyable. Motel room was clean but smelled very musty. Bathroom was nice - seemed to have been remodeled recently. Bed was comfortable. Motel staff were friendly, helpful, professional. Sadly, the musty smell and icy pool made the experience disappointing.
3.1
The place was ok. Not the cleanest. We had an issue with a clogged sink and needed to change rooms. It’s fine for a quick night but definitely not a Cape destination place to stay.
3.1
The room was clean and adequate. All of the fixtures in the bathroom were old, but they worked.
3.1
The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The indoor pool was a perfect temperature and we enjoyed our visit. The rooms are a bit dated but it was a convenient location for me.
3.1
Good price, friendly people. You can tell they work hard to keep the place running well and it has paid off

The hotel provides an adequate stay at a reasonable cost, particularly for the Labor Day weekend.

Old, musty, reeked of cigarettes.
